I ordered this product based on the advertisement it provided along with a colon cleanser product that was offered with the same advertisement. I contacted the company after I completed the product(colon cleanser) to tell them to cancel my order. The company number provided on the insert no longer deals with the colon cleanser. I was able to track down another customer service number, xncld my order and they provided me with a confirmation number. Why would the insert provide a number for a company that no longers handle their product? I thought this was the number for both products being when I received the ACAIx3 there was no company information listed anywhere---- not on packaging, no inserts at all where enclosed and can't locate them via the web. It redirects me to the same order form. I would like to cancel this order being I have not seen any ---- except for constipation and bloating from this product. I can't xncl any further shipments if I can't locate them. Does anybody have a number to this company that offers ACAIX3? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

I experience same situation regarding cancellation of product. It is almost impossible to get a valid phone number and/or web site. A day after I ordered, I began my attempts at cancellation. NO LUCK! I have already contacted my bank and they are aware of the complaint. So far, I have only been charged the shipping fee...no product received yet. As a result of reading this site, I finally called (888)705-1275 and spoke to "Melanie", employee # 12002. I received a cancellation number of 042909-2636343. I also requested a confirmation via email. ---- Hasn't happened yet.
Am keeping record of all attempts at correspondence, etc. in case possible class action suite is filed.
Definitely a major scam.

I received the products and my credit card statement shows a charge of 88.55. I was only supposed to pay shipping charges. I called the number on my credit card statement and cannot reach anyone.No company information listed anywhere---- not on bottles, no inserts were included with either product. I just receivd my product today. I also called (888)705-1275 which thankfully was provided by Judith Mayer. I to recevied a cancellation # 051009-264-9229. I spoke with Alex id# 12155. I also had him assure me that there would be no further charges. He agreed, and said that the $2.95 would be the only charge. As of this date that is all that has been charged to my card.

Good luck for anyone else looking for this information.

There seems to be an error in my complaint status. In the phone number section of the company name it lists my cell phone number instead of the company number and I can't find a way to fix it. I do't mind the calls because I can provide you with the company phone number. However, please be aware that under Nancy Kaiser and the company name --- the phone number listed is to my cell phone.

In the meantime, I received a phone call from this company asking me if I wanted to receive a free trial sample! Ahha! Gotcha ya! So I got their ear and then she provided me with the following number 1-866-951-1393. I too received a cancellation number and explained our situation and why so many folks are angry with them. She said that she's heard this before. At least we have 2 phone numbers now. thanks to everyone. Good Luck

I too stupidly purchased acaix3 from this site. I had gotten it from another site and had no problems. I should have known when on the site there was no phone number to contact them, that this was a scam. The phone number provided on my credit card statement was a non-existent number. I tried contacting the numbers you good people have shared only to be told they are closed. I didn't think that 12:00 pm AZ time was that late! I'll try again tomorrow. thanks everyone!

I, too, was ripped off by this company with the same fraudulent marketing practice. When I called to get my money refunded they tried to deny my request, stating that I had accepted the terms for monthly auto ship purchases. Their website hides these terms, you will never see them. I made three phone calls demanding a refund and was told to ship the product back in order to accomplish this. I returned the product which was received April 23rd by USPS confirmation. I still have no refund as oMay 8th.

This company operates at an address of 405 E 12450 South, Suite 1, Draper, Utah 84020. No, they didn't give me this address, the City of Draper did. A phone number to try to get your money back is 866 951-1393.

I strongly suggest filing a consumer complaint, as I have, with the State of Utah Department of Commerce. Their web address is www.consumerprotection.utah.gov. Also file a consumer complaint with your state attorney general's office as well.

A horrible SCAM. I will file a charge, and I suggest that if this happens to you or anyone you know you file one too. It's unethical to hide the charges until one has already agreed and this company should not be allowed to steal consumers money without providing a service. I cancelled my product 5 minutes after I ordered it because the charges aren't shown until after the "free trial" is ordered with your credit card number and the shipping and the fee is still charged.

I ordered this product and it is not good for my body.
I have been sick as a result and want to return the bottle and cancel my order. I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel my order. I have called countless numbers 8 as of today and can't get any help.
I am told that company doesn't represent this product and that no one can help me. I find that everyone involved with this product is extremely unhappy and can't locate anyone to cancel. There arn't any numbers on the site/botle/packaging. The package was mailed from Real Technology Labs 970 W Broadway STE 83 Jackson, WY 83001. the numbers i called said this company only was involved with other acai products not the acaix3 and they have no way of helping me! I am extremely frustrated, feeling very scammed and taken advantage of. I do not want this product or want to pay this 88.55 when I did not agree to it and this product is harmful to my body.
Can anyone please help me locate the correct persons involved with this product? Please, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you . Marie

Hello Marie, I think you may be trying the wrong number. The address you have above is not the same address I found. If you scroll up you'll find my email with a phone number that I was able to cancel through. I had rcvd 3 different products when I ordered the acaix3. the other product was a melt away you put in your mouth and it was supposed to aide in weight loss along with a bottle of soemthing else. I forget now. But they came froma different company than that of asaix3. I ussually contact someone at the phone number I have listed above around 12:00-1:00pm. after that it goes into an answer machine saying they are closed. good luck the number I cancelled through was 1-866-951-1393 it appears that someone else also received her cancellation through the same number. all listed above. good luck and I'm so sorry to see that there are soooo many folks in the same situation. I am still getting so many calls on my cell phone --- only because my cell ended up in the company number section some how.

I made my complaint to the BBB, FTC and Oprah via her website.

On April 21, 2009, I ordered a free bottle of Acaix3 from a website that said Oprah endorsed it. the website said it was a free bottle to try out, and I only had to pay postage of $2.79. I received the bottle on May 1st. I also noticed a charge of $88.55 and $2.79 in my bank account on May 1st. I called them at 866-882-1281 and was told I had to cancel within 10 days to not be charged "the monthly supply". When I told her I only ordered the free bottle, she said, "Didn't you read the fine print?". In any case, I didn't receive the first bottle until 10 days after I ordered, so I didn't have 10 days to "try" the product before I was charged for the second bottle I had not received yet. I told her I wanted a refund and she said I had to wait for the second bottle to arrive before I could get a refund. She said I would then need to call them for an RGA#. Almost two weeks later I still had not received this second bottle so I called back. She said I should get it any day and gave me the RGA# and to send it to 405 E. 12450 Suite I, Draper, Utah 84020. I finally got the second bottle and sent it back via USPS signature on May 14, 2009. I called to let them know I sent it back and find out when to expect my refund. She said 7-10 days. I told her that didn't make any sense. It's not like they had to mail it somewhere. She said she couldn't expedite the refund until they received the product. I said "fine". I checked the tracking number on May 19, 2009 to find out it had been signed for. I called back on May 19th and talked to a guy who said they hadn't received it yet. I told him someone signed for it. He said it "wasn't in their system yet". I told him I wanted to speak with someone who does the refunds. He said they were not "reachable" and that I had to just wait for the "process". I asked him how much longer this "process" was, and he told me 7-10 days. I told him this was not acceptable. He said "It isn't MAGIC Maam" I told him I was reporting them to the BBB and he said "Fine, have a great day!"

This is their website, but I only found it after I made my complaints. This calls their product Acai-Pure but it's the exact same website, claims, tactics and labelling.

Thanks for above information. I don't know why, but received a sample (small) bottle of ACAIx3, and two larger bottles, last one just received. I tried to find the company without success. One denied any relation to the product. Will now write to the Utah address and call the 1-866-951-1393 and the 1-888-705-1275. Also, will contact VISA to cancel any charges. If problems persist, will also report it to the authorities. Al.

I called the 888-705-1275 and was told that they have nothing to do with the product. They told me to call 877-726-2296 and they would be able to help me. When I called that number they told me that their number was being given out fraudulently. I called the original number back and was given another number to call. 866-951-1393 and had a bit of success. I spoke with James and got the cancellation number with no problems. Hopefully this will be it. Good luck to everyone else out there.

I called (866.949.0138) this AM @ 0651, tapped the prompts to speak with a customer service agent. You wait quite a while until a CSR answers. I finally got Kelly (ID#A129), I told her that I have been trying to reach the company from the original phone number that I previously had, but couldn't, or would have difficulty with the the clarity when speaking with someone (there was even bleed thru from another customer trying to cancel an order on another line); I informed her that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I actually spoke with her on 7.16.09 to cancel my order and reverse the charge. She said that since the order was shipped out, that I had to wait until I received the package, then call back for the refund. So, I called back now that I received the package. Like what everyone says they say, she said didn't you read the terms and conditions. I asked her, if a customer isn't satisfied can't they get a refund? We went over and over, then she asked me...so what would you like me to do...I said, I want a refund. She then says, ok, let me give you an RMA#...it's RMA# 1291405-7597094. She informed me that once they receive the bottle, I will get my refund (it would take them 5-7 days to process it). I asked, is my account cancelled? She said that it was cancelled on 7.16.09, when I previously called after the 2nd bottle was shipped. I too will sent this return via certified mail, so that I have record of the return. Now the question is, will they send me my refund???? I shall keep you posted...

First, I can't believe I actually fell for this scam. I immediately started receiving phone calls telling me I will receive a free vacation voucher, and also calls asking to verify the credit card number before they ship. I refused to verify the number over the phone, and got phone numbers to call to cancel the order. Not surprisingly, the phone numbers did not work, and they sent the order even without my "verification". I have tried every number I have found, even here, to no avail. When I do reach someone at 866-951-1275, they alway "lose" me. This service center is located in the Philippines. Perhaps that is why I also have a foreign transaction fee along with the actual fee? I am completely frustrated, and feel helpless. I have stopped my credit card, and am getting a new number.
