hi,
my name is Anna Constantine and I placed a trial order for a bottle of Acai Berry Detox but was surprise when my credit card was billed for $87.13. I immediately called the Customer Service and was told to return the bottle. This bottle/product was received by them through USPS with confirmation tracking.
I called them again this morning and was told to wait for the email to acknowledge
that they have received the item.
I would appreciate if this matter could be resolved asap.

Free sample of acai berry cost me $97.29 total. Do not order thru "mydietmaxcleanse.com"... This is a scam. They refuse to refund charges. Contacted BBB of Chicago/Northern Illinois and filed complaint. My Diet Max has the rudest customer service reps and supervisors. After taking for a month, they wanted me to return an unopened bottle... BBB has page of complaints, mostly in Florida, including main office of Nutrimax Labs. One comment under El Tecal= "TONS OF WEB SITE WARNINGS ABOUT ACAI SCAM". Is there a CLASS ACTION suit going on anywhere? If so, I would like to join in.
