I have the same complaint as all the others. They say they will send you a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. Well, you don't get the free trial until after the 14 day cancellation period. Why would you cancel something you never received. I was billed $88.64 on my credit card. My card company flagged it as a fraud, and after I repeatedly tried to call the company to no avail, (got a message saying to leave a message, the person was not available) the charge is being handled by my credit card company. The free trial is just a scam to charge you at least $88.64 because the trial does not reach you until at least a month after you order it. I finally received the trial (6 weeks later) and returned it as soon as I got it with a note saying that I have cancelled and my creit card company is now handling the issue.
