ordered the free trial and paid $ 5.95 for my product. Now i have a unauthorized charge on my bank card FOR $ 39.95 or explaination. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company without success, they do not respond to calls or e-mail... I have made the call to my credit card fraud department and cancel for card and will be receving a new card but have to fight to get my $39.95 . This crap did not even work I can weight on it . But the point is I order a sample for $ 5.95 and no where did it say they can go in a take money out of my bank who the hell do you think you are.

Hello from Canada
We are several here in Canada to get trapped as well. Visa does not protect us and theses scam take advantage of us. It is beyond fraud.
I have now to pay 200 CAD for something I had to return. Plus it is hell to get a chargeback from Visa. They are not helpful. To top it all, Visa tells me that even after cancelling my card, Acai Pure, known also as HOMEHEALTHSTORE, can still force payment on my new card.
If you have any advice for me let me know.
And if you have fallen into this scheme, God be with you. We all need patience and advice.
