i recently ordered a free trial of the acai products which they sent after paying the shipping fee as advertised. A month later £74.00 was taken out of my account without my consent. i emailed to request that they stop billing me and to cancel my subscription. A lso i requested a refund. i recieved an email stating that no further charges will be made to my account, my subscription cancelled and that my refund would be honoured. However, they said i would have to phone them due to internet privacy etc. A couple days after my subscription was cancelled, i noticed that a further £54.00 was taken from my account, yet again without my consent. I phoned the thieves who are based in the u.s which is probably going to cost a fortune as they keep you waiting. The person i spoke to was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike, totally useless. They said that to get a refund you have to send the trial product back. How can you send a trial product back if you have used it as a trial. Something needs to be done with these thieving vultures. if any body has any joy on claiming back their money please share with me and everyone else who have been affected by these thieves as i have lost nearly £130.00 and no doubt that some of you may have lost out on a lot more.
