| on 08/06/09 I a free bottle of acaiburn and was supposed to have 30 days to try it before i recieved another shipment.several days latter i have recieved bottles of acia supplements.i dont know if its the same company or not but i did call 866-9898945 number for a refund and was told i had only fourteen days to cancel so my account was charged $79.95 and i lould not get a refund.i only wanted to try the product and 14 days is not long enough to try anything.i'm a grandmother on disability and cannot afford to spend 79 dollars on anything.i feel lied to.i read the ad fully. disappointed grandmother |

| I also ordered the 14 day trial on the 1/8/09, and after taking the suppliment for two days I had a allergic reaction. I called the australian number and told them to cancel my subscription. Now I have received my bank statement which shows that I have been charged the full cost of $79.95 US dollar plus Vat, and not the cost of 14.90 for free trial which I have received and nothing else |

| I have had the same experience with this company. I checked my account and less than two weeks after the first order I have been charged a second time. I will be calling my bank and hope that they can help. This company is difficult to reach. |

To whom it may concern, i am rather worried about your company, i have had some money taken from account, would you please answer if these two companies belong to you, one is called kit access, the other is called elite pack, i am trying to find out if
it is your company taking money from my account, my apologies if it isn't you, there was two payments one for £4.19. made by card transaction to elite pack, and the other wa for another card payment of kit access for £5.14.
I am not familiar with these companies, as i have tried your product and it doesn't work, so i won't be asking for any more. like i said my sincere apologies for any inconvience.

I just realized your company charged US79.28 for 2 bottles of Acai Burn to my credit card twice without my agreement. I only agreed to pay about US5 for the shipping. I only agreed to purchase one free trial bottle and pay for the shipping cost. Your company had better refund all my money or I will launch a police report on this issue. How can you draw money from my credit card without any agreement? What's more there were no terms and agreement about anything but a free trial bottle. This is a complete fraud. it looks like many people have complaint about this.

this company is really starting to piss me off!!!
so i ordered a trial cos i saw the product on a tv show and got sucked in like everyone else.. only i never even recieved the trial, apparently it got mailed to me but i never recieved it.. then i checked my bank account a few weeks later only to see that they changed me a a bunch of money for products i didnt even order.. so i called and cancelled and they apologised and told me i would get a refund, 3 weeks later i still have no refund, no product and a bunch of other companys taking money out of my account each month who have phone numbers to call to cancel my "trial" with them only they never answer!!!
SCAM!!! BIG SCAM!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OPORATE SUCH A COMPANY!!! |

I have had the same experience with this dishonest company. The company charged me $ 13.27 for the l14 days free trial bottle . I did not order any products from this company after the free trial product. However, I just realized Acaiburn charged me twice ($ 88.19 on Sept. 18 & $ 89.24 on Sept. 25) from my credit card without my agreement!!! On Oct. 5, I received three bottles AcaiBurn which I did not order and I did not want. I am going to send these bottles back to AcaiBurn and give all my money back immediately.
HOW THIS COMPANY CAN DO THIS TO ME? ANYONE CAN THINK ABOUT THIS: IN SUCH SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, DO I NEED THAT MANY CAPSULES? OBVIOUSLY, THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD. |

| I have the fraud squad investigating this matter. I believe that I have been charged for products I do not have. I did purchase products Acaiburn Secret of the Amazon and received the products and paid for them via my credit card costing me $17.91 (Australian) and have since been charged $93.89. I am furious at being charged this further amount as I do not have any other products and would ask that you investigate this at your end and credit me or send a cheque as I have had to cancel my credit card and have another one issued. The Police here in Australia will be investigating this and action will be taken in due course. Please therefore credit this amount back to me by cheque in the circumstances. When I give my credit card details I expect them to be used for the purpose they are to be used for and not abused but I guess I am not the only one for this to happen to. Please reply to me via email lindysue7@bigpond.com that you have taken care of this matter. I will be less inclined to purchase things again via this method. Thank you, Linda Smith |
