The same thing happened to me. I got the product, took it, got real sick from it and called and cancelled. I got the run around and extreme pressure from the salesperson. It was within the time frame of 14 days and I kept being pressured to give it a try. Finally, they said they cancelled my order and then low and behold I received another charge (without the merchandise) I might add and another 60.00 charge. I disputed this with my credit card company and then just today (1-15-09) I received 3 more bottles of this junk without any paperwork inside.
I spoke with Ann today and she SAID she cancelled the order and that no other cancellation was on my account, which is pure bull. She was nice enough to help me (or so I think). Just found out that they put another charge on my account. I am disputing this as well. I have this junk ready to be mailed back and I hope that it is finally said and done. Do not take if you have GI or gallbladder disease...it made me real sick.
I hope a class action suit is brought against them. This is a deceptive company and the 4.95 for just shipping is a lie.

Hi,
I too felt sick and tired. I have a colostomy and need to lose weight for a reversal op hence my taking the pills. They didn't give me energy or make me feel healthier at all.
They didn't help me lose weight either and the company is almost impossible to get hold of. I've had to put a hold on my credit card untill I have sorted it out so at least they won't get any more payments.
I've also sent the bottle back requesting a refund and cancellation of any further shipments. If any arrive at my door I just won't sign for them.

I’ve have had the same problems... Yea… I lost weight because I was throwing up….
I got sicker then sick... and tried to cancel... got the run around... so I just ended up canceling my credit card... before any charges could be charged on it... thanks to reading these reviews...
I can’t believe Oprah is indorsing this product... someone should really let her know about all of this... I am not one to use pills… and the only reason why I tired it is because of Oprah...

| Just received trial package for $4.95. Called company same day. Told that they would cancel my membership and I would be billed $59.95 for the FREE Trial!!! I disputed this and was referred to the terms and conditions. I disputed what I was being told and quoted THEM. I also told them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureaua dn Federal Govt to have the company investigated. I was told I would NOT be charged the $59.95. The package is being returned today. I was given a return authorization number which was the same as the order number by the way. I will be watching my credit card statement. I have been charged the $4.95 which I have paid. I will be placing a complaint with the BBB and notifying the Feds. |

Honestly, more of a hassle then a help. If youwant to try a weight loss supplement buy it at Walmart because you are going to get stuck with charges up the ass, and it is ridiculous. Then go on their chat log and ask to cancel. Cut and Paste the Chat for evidence to send to Attorney General’s office.

For Australian orderers, the numbers will say 'disconnected' or you will call another company. in front of the numbers place 0011. i ordered my products last night and am in the middle of cancelling them. i did order from acaiburn.com, so im not sure for other websites, but i had no trouble from 2 of the 3 companies. the 3rd is closed due to time zone differences so i am waiting for them to open.

there is a 24 day no charge period from the comprehensive weight loss, so they said i had no charges, will check and let you all know within the fortnight.
shipping will be charged for the acaiburn, but so long as i send them the bottle back, with the reason why i cancelled and the order number inside, along with the order number written on the outside they will refund the 59.95 and i will have no more charges. items need to have a tracking number when sent, so if any problems you give them that number and they will check, see where the bottle is and you will get the refund and it also needs to be insured.

DO NOT buy this product they do give you a run around all they want is your money it is a scam i read theese reviews after i signed up for the 14 day trail and if i read them before hand i wouldn't and when i went to cancel they said they was still going to charge me 59.95 which is alot for a tiny bottle of pills however i contacted my bank and closed my checking account before they ever got the oppritunity i suggest you do the same if you already ordered let's return the favor for them and scam the scam artists besides this product DOES NOT WORK!!! |

To won't get fooled again
Unless you file charges with your credit card Company and the Federal Trade Commssion and Attorney Generals office in your State and the State that you recieved the product from - You will not get fooled again! People have not been speaking up until now! Even their Banks are tired of it! And aware of it! Some Banks back you up, some don't. Depends you are with... Good luck! |

| well i just got mine taken care of, they charged my card 10 times, when i spoke of a attorney they wanted to change the subject and trashed my account. But the only thing is they gave me another address to sent it back to po box 10233 De Moise, IA 53081. And when i told them i heard that this was a scam then they really got me off the phone. I too got really sick, I was taking this and i was on yaz a birth control i felt soooo sick and before i had regular periods but we i start taking this stuff i was all messed up i stop taking them after a week my period stayed on for a month a half. My doctor put me on pills to make it stop still didn't work. Then it just went off. And i only took this stuff for a week, and stop. Don't get this stuff just lose it by working out. |

| This company has charged me twice for product that never arrived. I also have incurred international charges. I had to cancel my bank card. The company is not trust worthy and the product caused my face to break out in what felt like sunburn and then turned to a rash of water blisters a few days later. When I called the company I did talk to some man that hardly spoke English. He assured me the charges would stop and I would not receive any more products. He was right I received no more product but the charges never stopped. That was two charges ago. So far I am out about $200.00 that I hope to get back by filing legal fraud charges with my bank. NOT A GOOD COMPANY OR PRODUCT!!! BEWARE!!! |

| An utter and total scam! I have tried to cancel my subscription: only managed to get through once. That was a couple of weeks back. There used to be a Skype connection listed which has now been taken off their site. I have today called my credit card company to block any further money to be taken out by this company and they will try to get some of my money back via a dispute procedure. They have received more complaints from other peole about the company. Today I have tried to contact them again and when I ring the number, it either tells me it is incorrect or there is no answer. The 24/7 life online help has been off line for most of the day which seems very strange indeed: I am starting to think that maybe they have done a runner! I won't rest however, until I know that no more money has been taken from my account. I hope they will be traced down and put behind bars for their fraudulent activities and from taking advantage of honest people who, like me, really believed the product might work and gave it a try. By the way, I only received the trial bottle and no other supplies! Plus I wish, like many of you, I had seen this before ordering in the first place! |

| I have not recieved any AcaiBurn but the money was taken out of my bank on the 17th March but it wasnt $4.95 it was £18.39pence i would like to know way that amount of money was taken out. I hope to receive the product but i do not wish for you to take any more money out of my account. |

I am an idiot i just ordered the stuff and thought as soon as i clicked 'buy' dammit how do i cancel it how stupid of me so im from the UK i tried ringing them and can't get through does anyone know the code i would have to use to call from uk. If i contact my bank can they make sure Acaiburn take no money?
im extremely worried and to hear it's made so many people ill is distressing the things we will do to shed a few pounds is so silly think ill choose the gym anyday after this.

To call them you can use skype, just put some credit on your account. Real cheap per minute, a little over a penny.

I called Acaiburn and the lady told me my account was permanently canceled, said she refunded me the $59.95 (takes up to a week for the money to come through) and said no further charges will be made. I hopeShe wouldn't refund the $25 for international shipping even though I never actually recieved the product.
The rashes and other side effects may not necesarily be the fault of the product. It conains many ingredients and you may have an allergy to them without knowing, they're not common ingredients. Plus many things react bad with contraception pills. But I don't know enough to judge either way. It's not a miracle product, you need good excercise and healthy diet while taking it, just like any other weight loss pill, however, this one is particularly troublesome in terms of payments.
General advice is not to order to avoid money trouble. |

I am so sad to read so many people being taken advantage of. I too fell into the trap of the spin that i could lose so much weight in such a short time. I am usually such a carefull internet shopper, and I would be the first person to say how stupid someone is to order such a product without realising it is a scam, however I will endevour to not judge people so quickly from now on. I have been about 4 stone overweight since my daughter was born 4 years ago. since then i have spent most of my time trying to diet. losing and regaining weight like a yoyo. i oredered acaiburn and within 5 minutes of buying i realised i made a terrible mistake. when my husband returned home i plucked up the courage to tell him what i had done. he was brilliant. he was more concerned about me taking the pills than the money. we immediatelly called our credit card company and reported them as stolen, that way with any luck they won't be able to take any more money. and i am hoping that this will be the end of it, although i have a feeling it won't be. they already took the $24.95 but hopefully they will not be able to take anymore. i guess i will know in a couple of weeks. ordering from this site may have been a huge mistake financially, however it is the best thing that has happened to me since my daugter was born. i have realised that my life is pretty great. yes i may be overweight, but i have to most fantastic husband that loves me regardless of my weight and stupidity and the most wonderful, beautiful perfect daugter in the world. My mistake may financially be upsetting, however it has opened my eyes to the fact that i actually have a wonderful life and that will not get any better even if i were thinner. Thin doesn't mean happy anymore than money does. i am glad this scam happened because now i will not take the pills when they arrive and potentially save myself from any unknown harmfull side effects. i want to see my daugter grow into a woman and savour life in all it's glory. life is not about being thin it is about being happy. i still want to lose weight, but i will only do it the healthy way. i will make an appointment to see my doctor and discuss a suitable diet/excercise plan. it may take me longer, but i will get there in the end. the most important thing to me now is to make sure my daugter grows up without any insecurities about her weight or body image and if she finds herself in this possition in the future, that i will help her lose weight the healthy way. so as a message to all you people out there.
good luck with cancelling and getting your money back, but remember - no one has died. you are not weak or stupid, you just had a slip of judgement. your weight does not define who you are. you are not worth less because you are overweight. if you are a good person you are equal to every other good person on the planet. appreciate the good things in life and be a possitive person, you will feel better for it.

| i wrote before that i canceled and was waiting for the refund. it just arrived. the people whose refunds have not arived or who have been charged continously must have been dealing with incompetent operators on the phone. Or the acai burn system was malfunctioning. I will keep my eyes open though, in case they do charge me again for no reason. hopefuly they won't. |
