I ordered a trial 30-day of Acai Berry Detox for .99 which I charged with my debit card. A few days later I received a phone call offering me some free gift for trying some detox product which I assumed to be what I had already ordered. So I told them that I had already ordered it. They said thank you and that was that I thought. The next day a charge appeared on my account for 49.95 for this detox product. It was revampdetox. I called the number to cancel and explained the problem. The agent said they could not remove the charge until I returned the product (which I had not yet received). She gave me a Return Merchandise Authorization number. When I received the package I mailed it back, unopened. I have UPS confirmation that it was received on 10/27/09. The charge is still on my account and I cannot reach them on the phone. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. What can I do??
