I tried calling to cancel my order and no one answered the phone...so they proceeded to charge my debit card. They have no "contact us" information on their website unless you click on their terms and conditions tab...therefore they do not give customers a true and correct method of cancelling orders and one cannot cancel future orders! The trial period os for 15 days yet they start counting the days from the day they ship -- not the day of arrival which is one week after placing the order!

I did not see a screen that told the customer it was more then just a free trial and how is it a trial if it starts before you even have time to get it.
This company should be reported by everyone that has had this happen to them. I know I plan to report it to the FTC and BBB.
I have purchased things online before but never had this happen. I guess a person needs to remember "Buyer Beware."

I have the same problem!! I called the phone # on invoice and web site and you you just get a message & can not cancel!! I found another phone # on this web site that someone else called and was able to cancel. But when I called they gave me a different phone #. That one said leave a message and someone would call you back!!! HA HA, what a joke! Obviously, no one ever called me back! I called the second number again and person said that I was calling the wrong company to cancel. They sell EXTREME Acai Berry and NOT Acai Berry SUPREME! I called the second # that said leave a message and someone will call you back, but today got a message saying the phone number has been disconnected!!! I had called my bank the other day to get a form to proceed with trying to get money back for "unauthorized transaction to my debit card" (checking account). Today I called my credit union again and they said the only way I could stop them from taking money out of my account was to BLOCK the card. So, that's what I did today. Now I have to notify all the accounts that I use for mail order meds, etc. and change the account number once my new card is received in 7-10 days!! This has caused me a lot of grief and am out about $400!!! I am composing a letter that I intend to send to "The Oprah Show", Rachael Ray, etc. which are shows that have promoted the Acai Berry and let them know the SCAM and FRAUD that this company is pulling on all of us! I will also contact the FTC, BBB, my state's Attorney General's office and anyone else that I think would be interested in stopping this company from doing business!!think of!

I too have just recently been scammed. All today I have been trying to cancel the order and i continously got a busy signal. something told me to try to find an additional number on line and instead what i found was all of these complaints. I just put a block on my debit card and now have to proceed with ordering another one tomorrow. I would like to say thank you to all of you for posting this because i would not have known in time without it and i would have just assumed that something was wrong with there line!
