I recently ordered a trial offer acai berry pills. The offer said it was free except for $1.85 s & h. Now I have a charge on my credit card for $41.85 which I did not authorize. I have not received anything in the mail and DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I did not realize that this is a scam to get me to pay a monthly amount. I want to cancel this order IMMEDIATELY. If this is not taken of immediately I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau.

Also please cancel any further pills, newsletters, etc.

I'm not agreeing that companies should have an auto ship program, but come on! who (especially computer savvy ppl) doesn't realize by now that when you order like that, there is an auto shipment scheduled. It's not a secret the companies keep from you. They write it on the web pages and they say it in commercials. There's a lot of products I'd love to try for shipping and handling only, including this one, but I read the disclaimer stating there would be an auto ship unless you call and cancel. Besides, do you give your cc info out that easily that you would be surprise by the next months shipment? You did authorize it when you placed the order and this " I didn't know" is equivilent to the dog eating the homework.

I Recently ordered a trial offer of acai berry pills. The offer said i only had to oay for S&H. Now i have a charge of 79.76 I did not Authorize. I don't want this product. It did not work at all.
I want to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. I want a full refund. If i do not see a full refund within 5 business day's, I will report acai berry to the better Business Bureau.

6I fell for the trial offer and when I tried to call Performance Health USA LLC, I got this recording that said there was a 45 minute waiting time due to "the tremendous volume of orders" being placed; and I might prefer to e-mail them, which resulted in zero results.
I contacted the N. C. Dept. of Justice Consumer Protection Division and got good results. A prompt refund of my charges to our Credit card.

I am vry pissed! I got charged 78.33 whn I thought I had them for free. I cant get through to any of your stupid line and now my account is over drawn! I better get my refund! I havnt even gottn the pills nore do I want them or trust this pos site!

I too needed to get my money returned!
Here is what I learned today...after calling my bank, they gave me the following number to call.
*Call 866-730-8746 - the hold time is long but hang in there!
*Tell them to cancel your order and that you need a RMA number for your return. This number is basically your order number and your customer number with a dash in between (the dash for some reason is important to them). They are slick and try to get you off the phone quickly --- don't do it...make them send you a confirmation email that shows you have cancelled your enrollment. This is important! Here is the address to return your bottle to: Global Net Pharmacies / 127 NW 13th Street, #4 / Boca Raton, FL 33432.
*In a nut shell if you don't CALL and cancel the enrollment that 'free' bottle will cost you $94.57, with an automatic shipment of another one in 30 days.
Good luck - and remember be strong when you talk to them!

NOTE: they tried to give me the 866-938-4832 number to call back but I told her to quit giving that number out because it is a phony number that drops calls ...she acted surprised. Whatever!

I also ordered a free trial of Acai berry pills for $5.95 and although they said it was in the terms and conditions, this was never accessible to read. I was billed $89.51 for a bottle of pills I did not order plus $29.95 to a website I never heard of called Fitfac. the $29.95 was refunded immediately but the money from BETRWAY2CLN has been promised for 2 months. I call everyweek and they have another song and dance. the phone number is 888-771-7021.
My credit card company has taken over investigating them. do not order anything that pops up as a free trial.
My brother had charges, My daughter had 4 months worth of charges for nothing.

I too was ripped off by one of these "free" orders. Dont fall for it! If it was a legitimate company, they would not be "forcing" customers to buy the products. You "comon" people dont need to be forced, we know what we want. Auto shipments with a very hard maze to go thru to get the orders stopped is an old ploy that is used. The key is they hope that people will give up and they can keep the money because it is so much trouble to get your money back. Find the item locally. I found the stronger version of ACAI Berry supplement locally at of all places, HYVEE for only 10.00 so why go thru this? The supplement does work wonders, but dont fall for this kind of tactic is is bogus!

If all of these complaints have come from adults, I would simply suggest READING the terms of agreement. These companies have the terms clearly stated on their websites, and far too often consumers want to blame the company for an error that was caused by their own lack of research. I ordered the free trial, and it did not come within the 14 days, but I called to cancel anyway. I read the terms and noted to call and cancel on the 12th day. My free trail came the day after. READ PEOPLE READ. ITS NOT THEIR FAULT AT ALL.

And I did read the fine print and yes I am an adult but no where in the fine print did it say I would be charged anything besides the shipping & handeling fee! you try and order these pills and let's see what happens to you! Innocent people are being scammed and I'm going to get the word out, about the Acai Berry Scam! I read the fine print...

THE EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME...except I expected to have 6.95 billed to my credit card...instead they charged $69.95 not only once but twice. THE COMPANY IS ..

I too had read the fine print which stated that I would have to cancel before the trial period was up (30 days). Instead the charge $89.95 was taken out of my account four days after I received my pills, and only seven days after they were ordered. I am furious and am doing what I can to seek retribution. I am contacting the BBB, local consumer advocate and pretty much anyone who will listen. I haven't had the pills long enough yet to know if they work or not but I do think the marketing needs to be exposed as nothing but a scam!
