I have the exact same complaint. I checked my bank and found that a charge of $87.13 was put on my card 12 days after I placed an order for this product (as well as Total Cleanse from SFL or some crap). I never received the trial product but called on 12/19/08 to cancel the order and any account they create d in my name. Now, on 12/30/08, I got yet another charge for $87.13 which caused an overdraft on my account (you know, other bills have to be paid!!!). So I was charged $87.13 twice within a 15-day period as well as an International Charge which no one can explain!. I called billing twice (the first time I never got any confirmation number) and am still waiting for a confirmation number from the second call. I will cancelling my account as well!!! This is rediculous! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. ALWAYS CHECK THE COMPLAINTS BOARD AND BBB BEFORE ACCEPTING THESE CRAZY SCHEMES (LIKE I DID!)!!!

Hi, I was wonding if any more people had the same thing happen as you did? I have not tryed ording this yet! I been trying to find out if it works and if it is a scam. So far I see this post that it is a scam to take your money. I was hoping that more people would post here if they had any problems or if they find that it don't work. I would also like them to post what web sight they order off of!! There are people that will make web sights just to rip people off, so if they can post what web sight riped them off so everyone here would know. I was also hoping that people would post the web sights that didn't rip them off and if they had good results with the products..Sorry for the bad spelling and stuff.. hehe..

| It appears that all these start with a local person saying how they lost wieght with these products and a way to order the 2 week trial. Push the button and it gets you to their site. Im sure they have thousands but I ordered mine (and got screwed) off of AcaiBerryDetox.com. Good luck. BTW, I GAINED WIEGHT ON THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE WORSE THEN NOT USING ANYTHING!!! |

| i was just charged 88.13 on my credit card for ACAI ELITE a product that says you just pay for shipping and handling, 4.95. I never ordered this specifice product nor have I recieved this product. And their phone number is disconnected...unbelievable! |

| If you are trying to actually speak to a live agent, and you purchased the Acai Berry Detox or Cologenix product from FWM Laboratories, INC or Cologenix in Florida, and the number given to call is 866-949-0138, then call this number instead as it goes right to their billing department. This number really works and they were able to find my order information - 866-931-6791. Tell them that you are contacting the Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, and the FBI to look into their deceptive internet commerce practices and that you demand a refund and cancellation. I also recommend that you cancel your bank card and shut down their buying power. |

| I ordered this product on the 1st of Dec. 2008. On the 11th I had yet to receive the product so I called the company and was told it had been shipped. I told them I had not received it, so would my trial period be extended? I was told no. So I told them to cancel my order and I would ship product back when I received it. Was told by agent my account had been cancelled and even got a confirmation #. 2 days later I was checking my bank account on line and saw a pending charge for $87.13 from the company. I called customer service repeatly until I finally got through. Explained the situation and was told the pending charge was a mistake. Was again told they were cancelling my acccount. One week later I see a pending charge on my account for $87.13. Called the company again. Was given the same line of garbage and assured it was a mistake. Called my bank and let them know what was happening. They advised me to file a fraud claim and they could recover my money. For approximately 2 weeks I believed everything was taken care of. Then I see my account had been debited by the company for $87.13. Called my bank and was told there was nothing they could do. At that point, I called the BBB in Florida. As soon as I told the lady what I was calling about, she immediately knew the company and told me there were 100's of complaints against this company. She advised me to immediately close my bank account as they would continue to debit until there was no money left. She also advised me to file a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Florida, as they are trying to put together a case and take them to court. |

| I have had the same problem with this company. After holding for more than an hour I got an email address for the cancellation department. FWMcancellations@gmail.com. I was told they would process my refund of $87.13 within 2-3 days. I doubt it but it is worth a shot |

| Please listen to these people, I too order from this company and they charge my account twice. When I call to complaine they kept on giving me the runner around. I finally got them to refund me one of the charge then what you think happen? those idiot charge my account once again so overall I did not get them to refund me. I figure out something was not right, and now I see this complain I know for sure they are fraud. Please stay away from them. The funny thing is I did not even order from these people I just accept the free trial I see being advertise and they just take that as on oppurtunity. I hope some one can read this and help us all to get our money back. |

I agree with you all. I also fell that scam I am out of new York. I ordered the trial product tried to return and they refused to credt my $87.00 Claiming that the trial product I received is what I paid for. I said to the supervisor that not what the sight said. If this company is so greedy as to steal from consumers. Why would I want to use their product. i am filling an official complaint with the Better and the AG's offife in Florida.

| Because I could not get any information on how to cancel the account they created for me, while I was trying to accept their FREE trial, I had to cancel my credit card. Why must people scam everyone all the time? Know what else...the Aci Berry is good for you, however they have it at Wal Mart for 7 bucks, not 88 something. Free trial my ---, this whole thing pisses me off. That is a crap load of money to a single Mom of two teenage eating machines. I work three jobs and never a day off and this is what I get for it. Just know...if it sounds to good to be true...IT IS !!! |

| The information that we found out about this company is that the owners name and addess is Barry Folger at 314 E. Dania Beach Blvd, Suite #117, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The billing departments direct email address is billing@fwmlabs.com so if you have made a purchase and found out that they charged you $87.13 which is $39.95 for an additional product and $49.95 for another additional product that you did not athorize and are not ok with. Go to www.yourordersupport.com and cancel your order and/or call 1-866-949-0138 just to make sure it is canceled by choosing the second option. Then go to www.myordersupport.com and get as much information that you can about your order such as your order number your rma numbers adn most important your cancelation numbers. Have the person tell you why you were charged let them know you did not approve such an order after waiting for a response and have asked all you can print off the conversation. Fax a copy of your bank statement with your account number whited out and receipts if you have them to one of the numbers above. Also email your concerns to the billings department. and if you really are upset send another copy of your bank statement, reciepts, and a personal letter with your thoughts to the direct owner. All this should help you get your full refund. If you do recieve products return them with the rma numbers written on the outside of the box and with shipping confirmation (meaning someone has to sign to get it) Find out what the cheapest way to ship the products would be and be sure to keep the reciepts. All these copies and stuff can be good in court if your angry enough to sure for them staling money without your permission. thanks for reading this I hope it helps. |

| I ordered the free trail of acaiberry detox I was only to pay shipping and handling. The company tried to empty my bank account. I was charged 3 times for the amount of 87.19 and then the colon product was also a free trail did the same and was changing the names of the product. Tip to get your money bank go to the bank a fill out the paperwork to return the money to your account. It on took me 20minutes. Also I never received any of the products. I call them a total ripe off. On the good side of things I got back my 180.00 dollars the bank issued me a new card and it all worked out. CANCEL OR BANK OR CHARAGE CARD AND GET A NEW ONE. |
