I sent for a trial size of this product and in a month I rec'd another pkg which I did not open thinking they made a mistake and sent a duplicate. After the next month I rec'd another pkg. I tried calling the number to see what was going on and they always were high volume of calls and I waited 15 minutes and no one picked up. I tried again and the same happened. After receiving the third pkg I was very angry and called the # on my credit card bill. I have nevert opened any pkg except the trial. When I finally reached someone at the number on my credit card bill they directed me to this site. I want a refund on all three pkg which I will return. She said I could only get redit on the last. Please considr a refund on these since I did not actualoly order them or want them. I will return them to you.

Hi guys

I was sucked in by this scam as well, please please dont get suckered in like the rest of us! never had any problems ordering online before until now, I hadnt ever tried any diet supplements belfore and orderd a trial of the acai and colon cleanse, and then a moment later instantly regretted it because I had a feelin it seemed to good to be true, so I searched and found all these complaints sayin these kind of companies are rip off thieves and scammers, I feel really stupid now, but when I ordered the trial I then cancelled about half an hour later, managed to get through and the lady on the phone said it would be cancelled,

Only a couple of days later I've still being charged, ?! (so i wasnt cancelled was it, it was a complete load of b.s) this worries me a lot because I dread them still tryin to charge me full price as well for a product I no longer wanted! and I cant really afford this

Ive telephoned and emailed the 'VIV3' company but dont trust them AT ALL so I just hope I get some joy from my credit card company

These people are really taking the piss and taking advantage and shouldnt be allowed to get away with it,

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We recognize we are not perfect, but we are always seeking perfection.

We would like to take a moment and outline our whole marketing concept and emphasize it is very clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and made readily available and we actually require persons to verify it has been read BEFORE one chooses to take our sample. We offer a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. If they choose they no longer want the product, no problem, all they have to do is go to the web address on the bottle (www.gohelpnow.com) and simply cancel the product. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.

We strive to do everything possible to make the product cancellation experience as easy and fast as possible for our customers. In the spirit of good customer relations, we have created a specific avenue for all who wish to give their feedback directly to us by visiting our Customer Support website and clicking on the "We Want to Hear From You" button. We hope this helps to clarify any misconceptions and invite any and all to visit our Customer Support website (www.gohelpnow.com), available 24/7/365 a week, for more information.

These guys are a SCAM from the word go...they lied about the supposed terms and conditions being visible on the page. THEY WEREN'T...I'm literate, I can read. When something is not there you can't pretend that it is...also, when people are actually trying to decide if they want something, to determine if the product actually works, then what legitimate company would automatically charge them BEFORE they make up their mind sending them MORE product before they even got the free trial...TOTAL SCAM...AND beyond that...the "free trial" amount they give you, which was 3 pills, can't possibly be enough for you to even tell if it's done anything or is totally fake ! So, in addition to ripping off people they're taking advantage of folks who are trying to find solutions to their health problems. As a follow up, I"m reporting the company to the FBI for fraud and I urge any and all people who've been abused by these companies to do the same. It's time to stand up to the scams and corruption that runs rampant in this country. Oh and their "HELP" website...another joke...they ask for your credit card number to resolve your problems...DUH...no phone numbers, no contact information, no names, no business address. As I've stated, I have gone to the FBI website regarding fraud and have been able to contact an agent to help deal with the situation...after further searching, I've discovered their "address" a P.O. box, which the FBI says is typical of fraudulent companies. Here's the FBI link for fraud and white collar crime. www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
I will be RELENTLESS in my pursuit to bring these people down.

I must admit the terms and conditions are there, however, you have to know to look for them. My daughter decided she was going to try this and asked that I look at it. After she already ordered her free trial I explained the terms and conditions to her making sure she understood that she would need to call to cancel her order or she would be charged. It's easy to order your trial, however, it's a nightmare to contact anyone to cancel. She's been trying to call for a week but is unable to get through to anyone. It either says the number is out of service or it does nothing at all. At first she thought that maybe it was something she was doing so I tried calling for her...same thing. Bottom line is...she's unable to reach anyone, therefore, unable to cancel her subscription which is going to lead to a $180 charge to her credit card. I do agree that this is a SCAM and that someone needs to do something about it.

I agree with the complaints. It is a scam
1) There is a phone number listed to cancel 'at any time' but it's not manned.
2) Since they are not allowing anyone to cancel by giving an unmanned phone number, then this is an intentional fraud.

I will be contacting the postmaster general to file a complaint for postal fraud since they use the mail to send the product. It means they have 1) committed a felony, and 2) continue to do so. If the folks perpetrating this scam want to contact me, feel free to use the email listed. If not, expect to be contacted by the attorney general office.

I was just on another site where there were dozens of people complaining of their inabiliy to get in touch with anyone at this company and when someone did get through it was difficult to get a straight answer. I am confused about FIT FACTORY. I unchecked the box to not join any of the other "things" that went along with the "free" offer, but did not see this in the ad. Now I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone. Was that part of that price limbo deal ???? Can anyone tell me because I haven't a clue at this point and I want to cancel it and cannot seem to find an answer... I feel like an idiot. I NEVER order anything online to be safe and this just hooked me and I am kicking myself really hard. My husband doesn't know the extent of what I have done and I have to let him know soon...so if anyone can answer I would appreciate it. I cannot seem to get through on the phone and I TRIED to call as soon as I ordered the cleanse. IT just hangs up on you and that is the 866 320 0038 number. The numbers I got from the other blog site are 866 938 4832 or 805 528 1391 I am going to try them first thing Monday morning as it is past a week for me to cancel. I am going to have my husband go to to the FBI site to enter a complaint as soon as I fest up to him at what I have done...

I have been sucked into this as well. I have only just received the trial sizes, but reading further online I have found out that I am now in for it. I am considering cancelling my credit card and my ATM card so that other charges will be prevented from going through. I am going to alert my credit card company about this. Has anyone else tried that?

I really wish that I would've read this before giving them my credit card information for the free trial. :( Everything is fake! For anyone reading this take all of our words & run. Do not give these idiots your information.

AGREE WITH EVERYONE ABOVE. COMPLETELY FRAUDULENTLY COMPANY STEALING HARD WORKING AMERICANS MONEY. THEY SAY THAT ALL THE INFO IS ON THE ORDERING PAGE, BUT I CAN TELL YOU UNFORTUNATALY FROM EXPERIENCE THAT IT IS NOT!!!AND IT IS ALSO BEING FRAUDULENTLY POSTED AS BEING ENDORSED BY OPRAH CALLING IT THE OPRAH DIET. THE PHONE NUMBERS ARE FAKE, WEBSITE HELP FAKE!!ANYONE WHO DID THE TRIAL OFFER, CANCEL CARDS IMMED AND NOTIFY CC COMPANY OR BANK FOR DEBIT CARDS. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THE CHARGES WILL STOP. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!!!I HOPE THESE PEOPLE GET CAUGHT SOON. THIS SCAM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR ACCORDING TO COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE READ ON THE INTERNET AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THEM!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED FREE TRIAL OFFER OR YOU WILL BE LIVING THE NIGHTMARE THAT ALL THE REST OF US ARE!!GOD BLESS TAKE CARE

1 - If they are making it impossible to cancel, just call your credit card company and have them refuse payment to this vendor. If enough people do this, the credit card companies will cut them off for good.

2 - The Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/) or your state Attorney General may be more appropriate to complain to than the FBI or the Postmaster General.

3 - Is this also some sort of pyramid scheme? Why are there all of these "blogs" out there with people giving their personal success stories?

Thanks guys... i agree it seems way to good to be true and i almost fell for it... if someone is reading this and is still dense enough to buy the products there is something wrong with them... don't fall for it people... read up on any free trial offers before you buy them... there are to many scams out there to be entering your credit card number every time they ask... again thanks for the info.

After reading various complaints I cancelled before the free trial period was up. However the customer contact number was disconnected. I tried another number on the website and got someone. I had to contact them twice to make sure it was stopped. I am in Australia, according to the website I was calling Bristol, England. I received my phone bill today and it was actually in the Slovenia Republic the call went through to. It cost me $47.50 Aus for two 3 minute phone calls. Beware-none of the details on the website or the invoice were correct.
