I ordered Acai Berry when they offered a free trial and I only had to pay shipping. I only authorized this one time shipment. Last Thursday, I received a second bottle without authorization. I got my bank Statement yesterday and saw that I was charge for 2 months at $83.13 for each bottle plus multuple shipping and other small charges. The product is terrible and I would never had ordered it a second time. I am trying to reach customer service by phone and have had no luck. I am calling my credit card to stop any future payments to this company. I am also going to demand a full refund and call the BBB.

Stay away from these companies. They will hide behind other names and products. Be very, very careful. These companies are scams and cheats.

i ordered the free sample also and then got charged for another bottle on my card they were not athorized to do called them they said it was to late to return the product so i paid for something i can not use this place is a scam and a rip off would not tell someone to order from these places at all.they get your card # and then charge you for more bottle of this acri berry detox. luckly they only chARGED only one bottle to me, DONT ORDER THE FREE BOTTLE ITS NOT FREEEEEE,

I ORDER THE FREE BOTTLE OF ACAI BERRY. 6-09 THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT BOTTLE THEN AFTER I CANCLED THAT ONE BY PHONE I SEE TODAY THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR A BOTTLE OF THE NATURE CLEANSER, THAT I DID NOT ORDER OR HAVE RECEIVED!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THIS COMPANY???? HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK????

I also ordered the free trial bottle and when I got my credit card statement I was charged an extra $83.18 how can I get my money back and stop these payments? HELP!!!

I have had the same problem and have for over a week to get hold of someone. They keep you on hold forever. It is a rip off. We need to ubnite against these tactics.

I also ordered for the free trial bottle and when I also got my credit card statement 83.13 was charged to my account plus 2.95 for a foreign transaction fee. My credit card co. notified me of possible fraud on my card that's when I noticed the charges. I never even received the first bottle. Notified company they gladly credited my account the 83.13 within 3 days. That same day I closed the account. The next day I received a bottle of Acai Berry, I called company the same day to get a RMA number to ship bottle back to them. Fortunately I got a delivery confirmation from post office. Make a long story short it has taken 6 wks and finally threating with the BBB and my attorney yesterday; today they said a refund was issued yesterday. I will check my credit card in 3 days to see. If not I will be back on the phone again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

i aslo ordered the one time free shipping bottle and i receieved my credit card statement and noticed the 83.13 was taken out, i called the number that was on my statement and it took me an hout to get a hold of someone and when i finally did, they said i authorized another bottle. I told them i never called to place another order and that i wanted my money back. in order for me to get my money back, i have to send the bottle back, it was issued 8-25-09 and i still have not recieved the bottle to return it. stay away from these people!!

You need to contact your congressman. They will check on it for you.

Another option is to contact your tv station, my area wrtv 6 has a consumers' rights segment and they will get these people on live tv and help you get your money back.

I too got tricked by this creepy company...but I was lucky enough to get my credit card cancelled before they charged it.. I feel very fortunate to have gotten one on them before they did it to me..

Here is a contact number, but I called and they tell you your account can't be cancelled. I hope others see this message and get their cards cancelled before they can be charged. I don't understand how they can continue to get away with this...
