They are charging my credit card $ 85.91.
No contact information to cancel, only the web site.
What do I do and where do I go.
I don't need the product.
It is bad .

These are a bunch of thieves to be polite. They charged me as well on my credit card. I called and raised so much hell they refunded my credit card. I hope. I received the conf numbers and contacted my credit card company and had them put the information in my file. They are going to send dispute forms to fill out in case they default on the refund. I have instructed the credit card company not to accept any additional charges from these companies. Beware there are quite a few under the same roof I believe at least 3. I have numbers for 2 of them. 1-800-983-7968, UT & 800-9576988 NV. Check your credit card statements or go online and look at your account. If you must, cancel your card and get a new one. I am if this continues. The credit card companies have to do this if you request it. Be Smart!!! I hope this helps ya’ll in some way!

I am one of many that were fooled.I ordered the free trial I was suposed to try it a full month, 15 days later they charged my credit card $85.91 for a month supply, and gave me the membership in two programs I don't know who they are.

I am also a victim of this fraud.as everyone else, i ordered the 15 day trial.i just received my statement, and there it was, 85.91 billed to my account.i just called the 800-983-7968 and spoke to a lady i could not understand.i did get the part where she said they would credit my acount, but would not confirm when...so it's a sit and wait situation.BEWARE...DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

This company is a complete rip-off. They claim to give you a 14 day free trial and charge you before you even receive the porduct. I tried contacting them and was told to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. I have not even received the product and have been calling leaving my information for 8 days in a row with no return call from anyone. I am seeking legal actions against hthis company and it's owners and the customer service department. I spoke with a Nicole Lopez who said she simply takes the information and fowards it, but cannot guarantee that someone will call you back. And the 877-495-1182 number is no better. It is simply another number to call the same call center and get the same runaround.

the employee is only correct about the number. What he/she is not saying is that you will be robbed. When you place the order (that day) the trial period starts and they don't send out the order. The 2 weeks later you are billed 80.00 for THAT MONTHS order. Meaning they are billing you for something you will never receive. Upon calling they tell you they can't refund your monies. It does not matter that you have not received anything and probably will never receive anything. CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. When you do this you will find that they were also going to charge you for something else that you did not order. 3 cancellations are necessary and I can't tell you that they are legit. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. If you feel this is not true I recommend if you still order from this place, make sure you take down this number to their so called customer service (1-800-983-7968) can cancel the order the MEMBERSHIP--that you never knew you joined. Maybe you can avoid the 80+ dollar bill they will charge you

I too have had problems with ordering the free trial and getting charged a fee of 74 bucks, I called and they gave me a hell of a time just trying to get my full refund back. But I finally got it..but I just now checked my statement and I was charged again for another service of acai berry this time for 39.95..Once again I had to call them back to get that refunded..this is turning into a nightmare I tell you..I dont want to keep checking my statement and seeing another thing charged to my account. dont try the brimlite product with it..cuz Im having problems with them too..they too charged my card with out my permision. So Im still waiting on that refund on that one..god forbid to trust anyone anymore.

I too am a victim of this scam. I should have known better than to order something like this off the internet! All I wanted was the free trial and got duped by an add from someone claiming to be from my area so I figured it was legit! Don't trust this company! I now have a 79.96 charge on my credit card. I emailed the contact email off their site to insist that the charge be removed since I was out of state at the time. It's still there! So now I am calling both them and my bank to refuse this and any and all future charges. I also just noticed a second charge that looks weird. Has anyone been getting a second charge from DJMLIFESTYLEFITCOM ? There is a phone number that is the same as one of the ones listed above so I am thinking this is the same company trying to charge me twice for something I never ordered. Don't order this product! At least not from this company! They will rob you blind from the looks of it!

Bromilite did the same thing.Pay for shipping then ther was a charge for 34.95 plus shipping 4.95.The chare showed up under drireg net healthbut it was for bromilite.The # for this co. is 866-892-0663
You can also check and cancel on web www.verifyyourorder.com
You will be able to see what they charged you for.Hope this helps!!!

you all are lucky just 85.00 i was taken for 139.95 plus 4.95 shipping had to cancel my bank account and open new one that was the only way of stoping them like all of you i called number and they hung up on me i didnt even order this stuff and still got ripped off and the number i got is 1 800 440 4397 this is a rip off my name and address was all that was right on that order nothing eles my email didnt match or my telphone number did not match never got anything but the bill . i have my police report that says this is a scam and no way of getting my money back from them my bank is going to refund me the money that was taken but that is another week away

This company is a rip OFFFFFFF! Please do not order anything from them. I ordered a free trial that was suppose to be only 1.95. Well I got charged 74.99. I am now in the processs of trying to get my refund.

I GET RIPPED OF AS WELL! I only just found out 10 min after i order, so i email straight away to cancel it, but they kept asking for ID! I never had a ID number! then get the product! then charge me 79.95! So i send a email to www.natures-acai.com so hopfully it will be done! If not, then what should I do????

i too was ripped off - same thing - before i knew it they sent bottle #2 and yes I was charged $83 + s & h for 2 bottles...i called to complain and requested a supervisor - after raising the the point of their unfair business practice and deceitfulness, I was promised a refund for both bottles if I retured them
i retured both bottles, 1 opened (my free trial) and 1 unopened, but was only reimbursed for one - I am not done yet after seeing them featured on the cbs evening news last night (7/29/09) I will be making further calls or whatever to obtain a refund for the other unopened bottle.

I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one...I told the credit card company what was happening and they sent me a new card in one week and I did not get any charges...good luck

If you have a bank of america cc you will find them very helpful. I too, had the same thing happen to me. dispute it with your credit card company. Call them and cancel, but remember to call and cancel all of the little side companies that they have too. Make sure you get a cancellation number from the person you call and a name and Id Number of the person you talked to. Some of these companies associated with Acai Burn are in England so you will be charged a foreign country conversion rate too. CANCEL ALL

The same B.S. happened here to. I got a hold of the (eliteselling@gmail.com) email for that damn Acai Berry crap that I never received either and was charged $91.80. This James Th omas told me to email acailoss1@yahoo.ca, apparently customer support. So far I have not heard back and this was back around Aug 10. SUPRIZE SURPRIZE EH!!! damn bastards. Then, I had another charge from WEIGHTSECRETS for $95.90. Tried that 1-877-495-1182 and was talking to someone in the Phillipines who didn't know what the hell I was talking about and wants me to fax my Visa statement to the Fax Dept.????? I too have changed my visa card, but have not received a cent from these scammers. I'm sooo mad at these SOB'S, I could strangle them all...venting always helps. I have an email for weight secrets if you'd like to try it...sales@powercleanse-trials.con.

I've got the same problem. I can not reach anyone to cancel and get me of this b-s list. They have threatened to put all my personal information including my credit card number online due to the fact I refused their package. I' m filing a report with the : www.ftc.gov-----www.seflorida.bbb.org-------Attorney General Bill McCollum: www.myfloridalegal.com----www.broward.org/consumer [Brower Co. Consumer Affairs Division]
If everyone would do this maybe they could put a stop to the crooked mess.

I to have been a mug and ordered a free sample of acai berry detox and life clense
on checking my bank statement today have discovered the have charged me for my free
samples of £75.00 each item and then charged me the same amount again the following
month. I tried to phone the address from where they were sent from and did speak to a
lady who was quite rude and after a lot of fuss gave me 2 refund numbers for the last
items that were charged and then put the phone down on me.
I have phoned the fair trading standards office who have advised me what to do if not to get back to them
I am also going to see my bank manager tomorrow and cancel my bank account so as they cannot take anymore money from my account I am an old age pensioner and cannot afford to have money taken out like this. a free sample is free how dare they
charge me for it and you didn't even know by how much until you look at the statement
How can people be so cruel. Janet
