Acai Advanced is a scam. My credit card was charged 64.95 + another 24.95 for a product I did not receive. Tried calling but no help. They said the 24.95 was for access to a site. This is the biggest scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I just want to help others out and let them know to call the day after they get this product to cancel it. Everyone has been using the 1-888-247-5160, but I found a better one where I got someone right away by looking at my paypal invoice. Dial 1-877-653-0015 and you'll get customer service. Make sure you cancel future shipments and get a cancelation confirmation number, then also cancel your subscription to Healthy Lifestyles or Living Life as they don't cancel that when you decline future shipment. I also got a confirmation number for that cancelation. I then asked if I had covered all the things I can get charged for and I was assured I was. So time will tell, but I thought this would really help some people to know this.

I paid their $12.95 for the free trial. It turn out to be a monthly fee generated by greed. My Amex was charged (without my authorization) again @$24.95 and then $64.95 and then again $74.90. This was in one month. I called and you guess it, nobody home.

I had Amex remove the charges. The culprit here is Vitality LLC.

I agree completly that this site is a scam - I received the product and because it took so long to receive this product by the time I got it the trial period was over which I didn't realize. I called 2 days later and was told that I was not going to be charged for anything else but my bank statement shows different. When I called and spoke to supervisors I was told that they could do nothing for me and that there was no one else above the person I was speaking to (must have been talking to the CEO of the company). They were very rude and unprofessional even to the point that I got cut off several times and was told they were having phone problems - how convenient. I tried to speak to them in a mature fashion but they spoke to me as if I were a child. I was also charged $64.95. I have the address for their corporate office and I will be mailing them a letter as well to try to get this resolved - if your interested the address is:

I got taken for $214, no chance of a refund. Spoke w/ Sean in Maine @ 877 653 0015.

Maybe none of you would have a bit of a problem if you just read what you were signing up for before you put your Credit Card information into the INTERNET. Everything these companies do is legitamate, and is legal. No one is to blame but yourselves. Go to the BBB, go to the Attorney General, and issue a chargeback with your bank. None of it will get you anywhere, because all of the information was available to you. Wheather you chose to read it is at your own discretion. Dumbasses. :D
