I Manasi Deshpande brought Electrolux microwave-oven in Feb 2005. One day while using it the handle(door frame) broke off. then i lodged complaint by calling 9370240149(Mr. Bishnoi) about the same. Within 24 hrs their serviceman (Rajesh Bhagawat) came & checked our microwave.He said their cant repair it. he said you need to buy new one or purchase new model in buyback scheme.

Please kindly help me out & look in to the matter.

I purchased a Fridgidare microwave made by Electrolux in 11/08. It had chips on the inner portion of the door. Then the front window fogged up and never went away./ After NUMEROUS CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALKING TO WARRANTY DEPT. (THAILAND CALL CENTER), NO HELP. The customer service/parts people in the US ordered a new door, the wrong color came in (I needed black). After over three months, still no door. Had to write President and CEO in Sweden to complain and then had a new microwave installed. Same problem, more chips and fogged window. The so-=called rep. at corporate in Augusta, GA never returned 5 calls. Had to get the repair people out who verified yes, the door is indeed defective. Just wrote the Pres. and CEO in Sweden again;s till waiting for a response. Forget the overseas call centers, no matter what you say, they read from a script and DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU SAY!!! What's up with that. Hopefully I'll get another new unit, but even repair people in NM say bad service and this applies to many other manufacturers who have call centers overseas!
