I used this company because of their promise for fast carpet installation. They were a week later than promised to come and install, as well as 5 hours longer on the actual job than they had promised. This is essentially a tile and granite outlet, and carpeting is certainly not their specialty. They outsource the carpet installation and so when you call, they have no idea what's going on. They constantly say that someone is going to call you back but they rarely do. Their employees do not communicate with each other and the carpet installer seems to be unavailable once you have paid for their services. I would definitely not recommend using ABKA for carpeting.
