pls help me i purchase a bsnl card rupeese of 560. iam in dubai iam always buying a card from the shop and sending the numbers to my home. unfortunately this time i got only 18 rupeese. i lost other amount. i think some one misused that numbers.
because i purchase one of my friends. may be he cheat me.
