I booked 2 boxes 25 kg each date 6/01/2016 at abc cargo branch dammam. He tell me your boxes delivered within 3months but 4months finish my boxes are not delivered at my address AAN STUDIO Railway station road Akbarpur, distinct ambedkar Nagar state uttar Pradesh pin 224122 India my consignment number ADS5883 & ADS5884 .. My india contact number [protected] & [protected] .. Saudi contact number [protected].. When i go to abc cargo branch its closed nd all phone are switch off. Than i call abc cargo main branch riyadh its also not recieve my phone. Pls sir help me how i get my consignment ..

9 months has already passed and approaching 10 th months. This is my 5th
complaints but still I did not received any reply and response from your side.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that I send some personal stuffs(Two Boxes) on Sep-4, 2015 Bill No.# AJ144231 to Kashmir(Indian Occupied). I was assured that the said shipment will be delivered within 45 days. Now six months has passed away and the shipment has not been delivered yet. I approached the ABC Cargo Agency several times via telephone but unfortunately don't get a satisfactory answer. This Cargo Agency is cheating consumers and misbehave at the time of inquiry by customers. I am not receiving any appropriate response from this Agency.

Therefore, it is humbly requested to look into this matter and provide your necessary support to solve my problem.

Your support will be surely appreciated.

Almost 9 months are going to cross, but I did not got any information from
your side. I tried hundred times . Now your office stopped receiving call,
I request you please look into the matter & deliver 13 boxes cargo.

I had send total 2 boxes of 30/30kg. through ABC Cargo, from BATHA branch AL RIYADH to INDIA (Madhya Pradesh : city satna) in the month of 20 JUNE 2015, on dates, details are given below.

I made contact more than 100 times, every times they replied I will get within 15 days, or next month now already 8 months are going to pass and their reply still 15 days or last month or next month This is my second time complaint, earlier I raised complaint in September, when am going to vacation for 3 month and I also try to contact from india Mumbai ABC cargo branch but I did not get any response. & Now am come back Saudi Arabia Now their some mobile no. and phone also stopped working. if not response from their side I will take legal action against ABC cargo if I do not receive my cargo I request you please reply to my given e-mail address ([protected]@hotmail.com) or mobile no, 00966 [protected] in india 0091 [protected] Afsar alam
If you are facing customs problem, it is yours duty to keep contact with customers, and solve the problem not to run away from problem. I hope you will solve the matter and we will get our cargo.

This Cargo Agency is cheating people by making fake promises and misbehaves at the time of inquiry by customers. ABC Cargo Agency Sharafiyah branch is run by a bunch of South Indian lairs and Thieves They makes fake promises and cheats customers as they use to do in India. There are several other customers who face the same problems while dealing with this agency
This (Cheating and corruption) is like a Cancer for an Islamic country like Saudi Arabia. Please look into this matter to solve our problems

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته وبعد
أنا أفسرعلم جلال الدين ، هندي الجنسية ،، مقيم في الرياض ورقم إقامتي [protected] .
أود أن أرفع لكم هذه الشكوى ضد ABC cargo ، حيث وأني أرسلت معهم أغراض خاصة وزنها ستون كيلوجرام (كرتونين كل كرتون 30 كيلو جرام) وتكلفة الأغراض التي بداخل الكراتين (7000 ريال) سبعة آلاف ريال سعودي غير شاملة تكلفة الشحن التي دفعتها مقدما للشركة (700 ريال ) سبعمئة ريال سعودي وكان تاريخ الإرسال [protected]م وقد سافرت بعدإرسالها إلى الهند في إجازة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر وعدت ،والمشكلة أن أسرتي لم تستلم الأغراض حتى الآن ولا أعلم ماذا حل بها ،، علما بأن هناك الكثير من الأغراض بداخل الكراتين ربما قد انتهت أو شارفت على الانتهاء ،، لذا أرجوا من سيادتكم التكرم بعمل اللازم لإلزام الشركة المذكورة بتوصيل أغراضي إلى أسرتي كما تم الاتفاق بيني وبينهم ،، وتعويضي عن الأغراض التي انتهت أو شارفت على الانتهاء ، وتعويضي عن التأخير لأن هناك العديد من الأغراض بداخل الكراتين تخص أشخاص آخرين ،، والذين طالبو بأغراضهم ولما لم تصل بالوقت المناسب اضطررت أن أدفع قيمتها نقدا لهم مبلغ
(500 ريال ) خمسمئة ريال سعودي .

I have sent one parcel of 124 kg by abc cargo, jubail, riyadh saudi arabia to kerala, india on 23rd may 2015 as door to door service. Till now not received the parcel at destination. I tried to contact the abc cargo but unable to contact them and the shop in jubail also found closed. My hwb no. 404638. Iam Mohin Akhtar from Riyadh i had sent my shipment from Riyadh to Belgaum(Karnataka) from ABC cargo Batha my consignment no is 163128. I shipped it on June 27-2015 its still not delivered to the given address. I have spoken to the customer service and concerned person a 100 times, called them may be a 1000 times but everytime i get a same answer may be next month.
So please tell me now what should i do? Should i just keep hoping that it will be delivered? When you cant do things properly you shouldnt take responsibility right?7 months is a long time now., Please try to understand and do the needfull. Its not my problem if all your material is held in the airport i should have been informed before about this right? But while recieving the material i asked many times about the expected delivery date, and they said everytime 50 days max. And now?
Hope you help in this matter as someone at home needs my package.

Already 6 months has crossed, still I did not received even a single box. I am worried about my items, they may got damage.

I had placed a cargo shipment of some home need items through the abc cargo on 18/06/2015 from jubail office located in saudi arabia.. Now its crossed almost 6 months, and still the products are not yet received.. When am calling to jubail office they are saying it will send soon.. But when ever I check for the status of shipment, it is still there in riyad.. My shipment no: a821091 anda8210 92 this is the worst experience I ever had as I used to send parcels through other cargo also..

I have booked cargo from Buraidah for delivery to address in Hyderabad, in the month of May 2015. After continuous contact for more than five months the items were delivered in the month of October 2015 but the TV was not delivered. That one item bearing the no. 8770 was LCD 40" TV. Whenever I called the Buraidah ABC cargo office or Mumbai office, they informed me that it is in customs clearance and will be delivered soon. It is now more than seven months and no communications from the ABC cargo company regarding my TV set. This is bad service and they have collected money for the customs duty as well but not delivered till date.

One LCD TV (40") was sent through ABC cargo to be delivered to Bangalore(Karnataka-INDIA) address in the month of June/2015. vide receipt No 6262 from ABC cargo at Rabigh branch. But still now there is no proper response from the branch office at Rabigh as the office remained closed most of the times and irrespective of timing. Even the phone calls is not being answered properly. Pls enable me to receive the goods through proper channel. Regards
