AARP mail order prescription

Company information:
AARP mail order prescription
California
United States

I sent in a prescription to the mail order company that handles AARP claims. I have been given wrong information 4 different times. I am told something different each time I call. As a result, I am going to have to pay almost double for my prescription at a local pharmacy. I am sending the mail order all the info they requeasted and I'll see how long it takes to get my new prescriptions.

I will definitely change to another company next open enrollment and advise anyone NOT to get their Part D through AARP. It is less expensive because the service is terrible!!! I hope this will save someone else the greif I've gone through.

I hope I'm not too late to help you here. I too have been given the runaround for a week. After dealing with these awful people, I found a FREE discount program online and signed up for it on the spot AND - get this - the prices are LESS than AARP's discounts. Just go to http://www.yourrxcard.com/ and you can even compare prices in your area on what you're taking. AARP can stick it. I'm sick of them and their scams.
