Aaron's lawn mower yard man

I have been trying to lease a mower it has had problems from the start for 2 mo. I have been working with them to get it resolved but they took in did not listen when I told them the problem they just put new blades on it and sent it back the same so they took it and sent me a loner mower it worked ok but when they brought the other mower they fixed the unleveled spindle but left scalp wheel bracket was bent and the deck mowed high on right side 3in.so I leveled it but it wont cut when you turn or it the grass get a little loaded it just stops mowing the belt just stops moving I just wanted to ture it back and get my mo payment back but manager said they cant be done so I contacted hsc made a complaint #[protected] they had a upper management contact me on the 1st of July said he would get me another mower witch I taped him telling me he had 1 it needed a tire fix and he would exchange it so I called the store on the 5th and they said they were waiting for 1 to come in they did not even have 1 then I CALLED THE MANAGER SAID SHE GOT 1 IN AND WAS GOING TO CHECK IT OUT AND SHE WOULD SET UP A DELIVERY TIME NO RETURN CALL SO COUPLE DAYS LATER TALK TO A PERSON HE DID NOT KNOW WHEN OR ANYTHING now I just want my money back for the month it has not been usable this is no way to treat any customer

Aaron's poor and rude customer service

We leased a bed set at aarons evergreen way everett. Was behind with our payments this past months due to some circumstance which is outside our control. Everyday I am being harrassed by aarons employee with their calls using different number thinking I would answer them. When my husband got paid I called them so I can make the payment, atleast for the amount thats overdue. Spoke to the accounts specialist name pierre who is the most rude person I ever talked to. I can't wait for my husband to get his bonus so I can slap him with money in his face or shove it in his mouth. I understand that we have a responsibility to pay and we never forget that. We may be late with our payments but we always try to make some payment even though were struggling. Even if were late I paying you have no right to belittle anyone of us. I just hope that this guy would never have financial issue in the future. If he does I wish karma will slap him back. And btw quality of their furniture is the cheapest and worst quality ive seen! 1month after we got the furniture the dresser already collapse we just tried fixing it to save time in making appointment for it to be fix.. Also our bed broke too while my husband is sitting on it while watching tv. P. S my husband isnt fat and i'm only 98lbs so for that to collapse is such a shame when were buying it for more than 2k.. Before, I was thinking of getting near furniture once our account is paid off but because of pierre the "rude guy and disrespectful"employee I would say this is our first and last! I hope the owner will read this review and fire that guy! He is a disgrace in the company!

i used to work for aarons in aberdeen as a mt the one who would go around and stop by houses to collect or repo and i hated how they made me stay out till 9pm to do this. its a joke, if your late by a couple of days they send u out to the house. I would never do anything with aarons, they talk crap about there customers, talk smack to customers about other customers, it goes on. Im sorry your dealing with this, once your paid off dont go back to them...

Aaron's manager

The manager at Aaron's on Norris Freeway in Knoxville Tennessee is very rude to me. Every time I have talked to him, he has been that way. The manager's name is Guy. If anyone wants to do business with Aaron's, don't let him be the one that takes care of you.

Guy the manager is rude person. He needs to be fired. I made a payment on the 1/08/2016, He called me on 1/21/2016 saying I have an outstanding balance. I have proof I made the payment. So to those people in the corporate office, FIRE GUY...

Aaron's furniture

am buying a sectional from your casper wy store. There was an issue with one piece of the sectional so the manager Amber took it to the store to repair it. She was suppose to call me the next day. After hearing nothing I called her 2 days later. She said she forgot to call and that they had to order a part for it. After a week I called back and she said she forgot to call again but that the part didn't fixed the problem so she is trying to find a new piece but that the couch is no longer being made. She said she would call around and give me a call back the next day. I waited a couple days and after hearing nothing I called. She was waiting for a piece to come from another store. Once it came in, she never called me about it I had called her and found out it was there, it ended up being the wrong piece. I took it back to the store but she was not there. One of the workerschools said she would have her call me the next day. 3 days later when I heard nothing I called her and she said she was having getting the right one in from anotherecess store and would call me back. A few days later after hearing nothing I went into the store and she said she was waiting for a family member to bring it from another store. I had inquired before about getting into a different set and she said I would lose everything I paid on this one. I have decided to go to Rent a center and when I called to have this couch picked up she was busy and I was told she would call me back. 3 hrs later I called because I heard nothing back. She said someone would pick it up by 6:30pm. No one picked it up and she never called me back again to say why. So I called again and she said they were running late, understandable but, she could have called to let me know. The lack of customer service and communication is horrible and I went a month and during the holiday season with part of my couch missing. I have tried to be understanding and have been very polite about this enter matter but this is ridiculous and I will not ever be giving your company my business again.

Aaron's employees

This has got to be the worst company to rent from. My roommate rented a TV. After a day after they mailed mailed him a letter saying that if he can get anything he wants for half price. So he got a laptop. It was the worst thing he ever did. They started calling him before the due date. He didn't even have to pay yet and they were already leaving voicemails. He was confused because it still wasn't time to pay. Then when he was only a day late on his payment, they started calling me. I am one of he's references on the list. So when they called they asked me for him, and I said I didn't know.. he is my roommate and I have nothing to do with it. The second day they called me again and threatening me with jail. Telling me that I am gonna go to jail if he don't pay, cause I am he's roommate. What kind of crap is that? Even though I know that that is not true, I still feel the pressure and feel and they are harassing me. So that made me upset. Me and my roommate had an argument. Or a couple. So a couple days after they show up banging at the door. I felt disrespected. I said "who" in English but I am Spanish, but the black guy answered with sarcasm "it's me Aaron's" when he said "Aaron's" he said it like if he was Spanish trying to pronounce it in English. I already felt offended with he's sarcasm. My roommate wasn't home. They wanted me, to let them in to take the stuff back, and I told them I can't do that. I can't touch my roommates things or whatever he has, without him knowing. So they started threatening me in front of my child, saying that I was gonna go to jail. I had to explain to my daughter that it wasn't true and that I didn't do nothing. Everytime they came, my roommate wasn't in the house, he was working or whatever he was doing, but he wasn't home. I cannot believe how hard they banged at the door. I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I ignored. They kept coming like almost every day literally bangging at the door. They probably even kicked it cause it sound so loud. I felt really upset. Then they nocked on the first floor. I live on the second floor of a house. So they knocked so hard on the first floor door asking them about the second floor and they said the same thing I said, "they have nothing to do with it" can you believe they had the nerve to say that if the guy on the first floor was the owner, he was gonna go to jail. Now I had another argument with the first floor people, because they were very upset they had to go threw that. I had to apologize. Aaron's still calling me and banging onnon the door. One day they knocked on the first floor again, loud like if they were cops, at the wrong moment cause the lady just came back home from the hospital and she wasn't feeling well. So when the guy on the first floor opened, the guy on first floor was so upset and started cursing them out for banging loud at the door. So they apologized. After the guy told him he's wife was very sick and just came from the hospital, they still harass him saying that if he's the owner from the house, he is going to jail too. It is not fair that they keep harassing people including me, for something that we have nothing to do with. I keep telling them that and they don't care. It makes me feel miserable. I don't want to be hiding or not answering my phone cause I think it's Aaron's. But I also don't want to keep telling them the same thing, over and over. They should just do what they say they are supposely going to do. I am not gonna let them make me feel like I am part of this. I know I am not. They are greedy. All they care is about the money. They don't care if they offend you or if they let the world know about your personal life. They will let your neighbors and everyone that you owe them. This is the worst company. They don't understand their customers and will treat their customers like crap. The worst company ever. I would never recommend this company to someone. So if you are thinking of renting from these money greed people, you should think about it. Someone has to stop this company.

Aaron's customer service/management

10/20/2015-11/01/2015 Paid $1 to rent a HP Computor-#1.Aaron's stole the sale from their sister store by claiming that their Fax machine was down which I mentioned this in the review that came to my e-mail-so the management calls me at 8:30 a.m. to discuss why I complained in the review and that I did not understand how the system work's-no problem.2 days before time for the lease to expire I called requesting for the merchandise to be picked up that I had found a better deal with they're sister store-I was told that I would receive a phone call scheduling pick up on 11/01/2015-I did receive the call but for me to pay the bill than a hassle about them not being told that I wanted them to pick up the merchandise-to the point of them hanging up on me, not answering when I called the store back, than when some one did answer-I am put on hold until the line went dead, called them again-spoke with the management that said he could pick it up after 3 p.m...I agreed that I would be home.7 p.m. is when they close so I call at 20 til 7 p.m. again speaking to the manager that say's no they might not come until 9 p.m.-so I have waited 4 hours already that they have inconvenienced me and has totally ruined my entire day!When the manager does make it to my home-he insist's on plugging up the computor to make sure that it is working properly and tell's my husband to wake me to get the password..my husband refused!The man was rude and than sat in my driveway with his headlights on while my 9 dogs are barking, 2 donkeys have been dis-rupted so he has disturbed not only my house but the neighbor's as well, I go out and tell him that Aaron's must remove his-self from my property, all he does is roll up his window and sit there, I had to scream at him to leave my drive-way and that I would call the police, he got on the phone and my husband walked out and also demanded to know why he was still sitting there-and he said that he was taping "your wife assaulting me".I am outraged at Aaron's and will never do business with them again!

Aaron's damage to furniture and apartment on delivery

Agreement number: 25241 on 4/7/2015
When the furniture was delivered, the guys damaged my apartment with a large hole in my wall and numerous scuff marks multiple places on walls. They ripped the entire bottom of the couch fabric. In addition they ripped the end of the couch. I took pictures of all the damage and promptly called Chuck, the manager who sold me the set at the Loucks Rd. location. He assured me he would be out on Monday 4/13/2015 at 11 am to see the damage and make things right. At 11:05 on 4/13/2015, I called the store and he still had not even left. I had to reschedule the appointment due to work. I work in customer service and I have never experienced such poor service or follow up. I would like the damage to the apartment fixed. I would also like the furniture set written off if I am to keep it in the shape it is or replaced with a different set. After the missed appointments it was decided that they would assess the damage by means of email. I emailed the photo's and information and nothing was done. Then the continued harassment started to the point of having to call 911 twice and write a cease and desist letter to the company.

RE: Cease and desist from harassing

This cease and desist order is to inform you that Chuck (Salesman from Aaron’s store F331) persistent actions including but not limited to [Repeatedly calling my phone five or more times per day, calling my job after I directly ask him not to do so, contacting family members, verbal threats, etc.] have become intolerable. I want this stopped immediately.

On April 7, 2015, I purchased from your store for the first time. It has been a nightmare experience from the start. Upon delivery of the furniture, there was damage done to my apartment including but not limited to [ holes in the apartment walls, ripped entire bottom of couch, ripped two separate edges of the couch, scuff marks, etc.]. I took pictures and called Chuck immediately. He assured me he would be out to my apartment to access the damage on Monday 4/16/2015 at 11 am. At 11:05, I called the store only to find out he still had not even left the store. I had to reschedule the appointment due to working.

Since then I have rescheduled the appointment with Chuck to access the damage two separate times, both with no shows. This is the poorest example of customer service I have ever seen. Time is very precious. He actually asked me to remind him with a call. That’s not my job. Then we decided I would email the pictures of the damage and they would access things that way. I emailed the pictures of the damage.

I was never provided an amount of what I was being reimbursed and a new contract. This is required before we proceed any further. The services, furniture and agreement initially agreed upon have not been kept by your company. The furniture I purchased is not what or how I received it. It is already shredding where is was torn. I will not be held responsible for any payment until Aaron’s makes this right. The whole process has been unacceptable and totally incompetent by your company. I am escalating this to the better business bureau at minimum.

I would like another representative from your corporate office to rewrite a new contract which I am assuming at this point will be quite minor in price due to the fact the furniture is not hardly worth anything and already needs repaired. Very unacceptable to a buyer.

Aaron's bedroom set

On september 3, 2015 i called Aaron's up and said i was haveing finiancial trouble, never missed a payment in 16 months, The store mananger said to pay" I said no i cannot but would pay the 176 for October. The amount has tripled to 400.00 and they don't want to hear no..fast forward to today September 17, 2015 very rudely said i have to write a postdated check for 200 for september and october, and i said no again being haressed.This company is very bad and i will never do business with them again

Aaron's poor customer service

Requested a refund of my 25.00 deposit on 8/10/15. Was assured that it would would be sent to my account within the next 5 days. Called on 8/17/15 was directed to contact Jessica. Called Jessica and was sent straight to voice mail as she was in a "meeting". No respond back. Called 3 more times and Jessica was still in a "meeting". Called customer service and after being on hold for 20 minutes, was told that a supervisor would call back within 30 minutes, after they investigated my claim. Called back 2 hours later after not hearing from the supervisor, only to be told, quite rudely, there had been no refund issued, because the merchandise had already been delivered. Will contact the BBB and my bank for dispute. Next time I will go to a reputable company.

Aaron's loveseat

Katie Konkle renting love seat since November and delievery loves eat to my house then same day love seat had done rip off on leather so I called and said need come and check on it then they came over and said oh we will be back and then wait wait wait on them till 2 week ago they come to my house with new love seat but I wasn't home I was at my daughter graduation then I called back to make app for them to bring it then the manager Mitchell said will be on Wednesday on May 27 then never show up then I called and asked for Mitchell and they put me on hold for 12 min then Mitchell pick phone up and I told him about it he said no we said it will be on Thursday May 28 and I got argue with him then he put me on a hold fire other few more mins then said will call me back and never call or bring it over and it has been since November 2014

Aaron's speed

I special ordered a mattress 8 weeks ago. The employees said it would bs 6-8 weeks to deliver the order. I call and go up there constantly, all I get is bs stories on how they lost my order, there never was an order, ec. I'm so tired of waiting but there is no other shop in town that sells mattresses. I'm never going back to this store and they will be lucky if I even pay for the mattress on order due to the time it is taking to bet it her. Today they told me the order will have to be retaken and put on rush order, but they don't know how long it will take.

I bought a lcd tv from aarons. I returned the tv under warranty to be fixed. That was 6months ago. Now I don't have a tv that I paid for and no time frame when it will be returned to the rightful owner. They ripped me off and charged full price for it.

Aaron's why should I keep paying. I don't want to keep the furniture

They are so rude. One of the managers said that losing a love one is not tragic and that life moves on. I just loss my grandma two weeks ago and they have the actual nerves to say that. I told them to pick up the furniture because I'm going to stop making payments. The delivery guys came and said the couches are in bad condition. I'm like there's nothing wrong with the couches. I live in an apartment how can the couches be in a bad condition. Aaron's manager are just mouthing off and laughing with a comment saying oh we just have to call you everyday until you make a payment. They even said there going to call all the reference numbers that I put on my application. I don't want their couches anymore but Aaron's stil want me to pay. I can't believe Aaron's is doing this. There's nothing wrong with the couches. I paid off three merchandise from there.

Aaron's false contracts

Stay Far Far Away from this company, They tell you that you will be paying 120 days same as cash. I had one payment left to make 160 and the account would be paid off. I called in to make the payment today and now I have 8 Months worth of payments with a new buy out of $560.00 cause they stated that I did not pay it off with in 120 days. I asked if it was running out why did the kid that I made payment to last month tell me so I would have paid the 160 than and been free and clear, the managers response was " Its not our problem to remind you that it is running out and your payment will jump, that's why we give you a receipt and you need to keep track of it. so I went from owning $160 left on the furniture I bought for my company to know owning another $560.00 keep in mind it only cost me 600 to get and was almost paid off not I owe another $560.00 Take it form me I run a business, Stay far far away from companies like this.

I got a contract with them i miss one payment they started calling my work and calling my co worker harrassing her and telling her they are looking for me and they came down my house trying to find me. I understand if she is in my references list, but she not it just happened we work in the same company they started harrassing her about me totally ruined my reputation in my work place.

The thing to remember is that it is not a contract, it is a lease agreement. You can cancel it anytime. If you do not like how their treating you; you can tell then to pick there stuff up. Aarons is a bad company to do business with. They treat their customers bad. I would not ever do business with Aarons.

aarons policy is that if you dont communicate with them regarding pmts possibly missed you will get calls and we have a signed application from you giving us permission to try to contact you any way neccesary if you dont respond directly to our attempts to reach you through normal methods. that is why we ask for your wk, ref numbers. read your contracts... if you dont make pmt and dont call to make arrangements with us what are we to assume? we assume you are skipping out with our product...as it is our product until paid in full...and if no communications take place and we dont reach you through normal methods we have the right to contact all those you have listed thats why we ask you to sign tha applications it gives us permission.. if you dont want us calling your work you need to specify at the beginning... and with communication we can work with you and avoid these issues.

Aaron's appliances

first of all aarons is a big rip off i have had tv computers from them and now a washer and dryer my dryer is having issues squealing they said they cant find anything wrong with it i looked inside the dryer and they have it TAPED with maksing tape this is supposed to be like new but its used they cant fix anything there stuff is crap i also had a laptop that i had to get a computer man to fix then the harddrive went out less then a year i have 3 more paymenst on my washer and dryer and i have a bed from them iam not getting anymore stuff after this

Aaron's 1 day late

I have to say Aarons is the worst place for you to even think you will be helped by them at all. My payments were due on the 1st of every month. I was ( and i am Not kidding one bit) one day late getting there and they had called my phone not once, not twice, but four times that day. So by that time i was ticked off... One day... Come on. So i put them off and put them off. Now i was just doing it to see just how long ot would take them to track me down. Well it took a whopping 16 days, and they had showed up at my door to take what i bought back. Okay now lets see... 16 days at 4 calls a day ( 2 home and 2 on my cell). 64 phone calls they made for my pittly little 30.00 i owed them. I would have went in and would have been more that happy to pay the money to them but the messages were snotty on my phones and they harassed me to much. I think more than one call a day should be against the law. So if you ever think of aarons furniture on industrial blvd in Cumberland md. Let me just say i think someone is on the payroll, just to harass people by phone in that store. Beware of Aarons!

Aaron's very rude and unreliable

This is my second purchase here at Aarons.. I purchased a washer and dryer and had no issues.. My husband and I decided to buy a Refrigerator with Ice maker the ice maker decided to quit so i called aarons to see if it could be fixed or replaced it took a month before someone came to check it out. once they were here for 5 min pulled ice tray out said if it dont work by morning give them a call so i called the next morning and no returned call. the service tech called 2 weeks later stating he was not coming due to aarons saying our warranty will not cover nasty. i was appalled i had just remodled my kitchen and i am not a dirty person by no means.. I refuse to pay for something that is not working. Talked to the accounts person they were supposed to come check it out yesterday to get it resolved and of course I took off of work and no call no show from aarons. Very dissapointed they can come get it I will never deal with them again.. So two months and still not working

The Account Manager at the store in Gresham Or is very unproffesional. He yells at his customers on the phone, threatens to call the cops if we dont pay our bill, treats his coworkers the same with no respect. It has been brought to the GM attention but nothing ever gets done about it cause its still going on. I hope you will look into this and take it very serious or the next step for me is to go to the BBB. Thank you!

A sales person name Gene disrespected me in his tone and acted as a thug as he spoke to me. He tried to threaten and black mail me into making the other half of my payment. I was upset by the matter and asked for his supervisor and he gave me the name and telephone number of his regional director. However the regional director has not called me back. Thus I am now ready to give my complaint to the CEO of Aarons Sales and Lease.

Bought the fridge at this store for cash in April and was told that nothing was wrong with it and less than 5 months later, completely the compressor has went out and is not working. The owner of this store does not care about anything but making money. Not people just money.

Aaron's sales and lease has the worst to worst customer service and pompious attitude ever in a service orientated business. I strongly advice to don't get envolve you will be miserable. Their technique in handling calls is so what degrading to say the least. Calls will start on your due date and never let up until you make a payment and they would be three to four times a day to your home, business, relatives and friends asking for you. I leased computors and completed the leased agreement. The purchase agreement should be more relaxed, IT IS THE SAME MANNER OF COLLECTION TECHNIQUES, DEMANDING AND DEMEANING.

Aarons sales and lease is one of those company's that take advantage of people that have in the past made bad decisions concerning credit. Anyone that has the ability to obtain credit to make a purchase would never consider stepping foot in this place. Inflation on the mostly pre-used items they are basically renting to their customer base is sad. People are throwing money away and I would recommend taking a lose on the amount you have already paid and returning the item instead of paying the extreme amount to finish out the contract. The type of business they run is ofcourse not illegal, but shameful. Do not do business with Aaron's Sales and Lease.

Think about what you just wrote. You bought a used t.v. and it quit working 5 months after you purchased it. They wouldn't fix it for you? Wow! I hope this helped.

Aaron's won't fix my tv

We just finished paying off 3 different, 2-year agreements. Our house was recently struck by lightening and the tv we got from Aaron's was hit. This is actually the third time this has happened to the tv. Now they were more than willing to fix while we were under contract, but refuse to now! We are still within the 60 day covered period, but we will have to be the ones that have to pay to get it fixed! Needless to say we will not be going back to Aaron's for any reason in the future and letting everyone we know to not go there either!

Aaron's poor customer service

I have bought 2 computers from Aaron's in the past, which was like maybe 5 to 10yrs ago. Wouldn't you know it, they aka Aarons had me start all over again and ask me for 5 references, when I already have bought stuff from you all before. The next thing I want to report is the way they handle things, such as lying to customers and saying the product is brand new, but when you receive it, it is scratched up, the screen had lines going through the top of it, this was no way a brand new tv and they wanted to charge me $45 a month for a POS television that they thought I would never notice it being used and scratched up and the screen is about to die on the television. I did not go into the store to order this television I wanted..I did this all online, so there was no way I could see the television first before I had decided if I wanted it or not. Next complaint I have about this idiotic company...is them calling and harassing me for a payment, when the payment is not even due yet and then if they cannot get ahold of me, they call my references asking them if they know where I am! WTF is up with this ###? I thought references were used only in deciding if the person is trustworthy and does pay his or her bills. I really DO NOT appreciate Aaron's calling up my references, as this is another form of harassment. Last complaint I have is...When I called up complaining about the used television they brought me when I applied again to buy something from you as I never had any issues in the past with you all. They brought me another television and this time they told me it had a built in dvd player...It does NOT have a built in DVD player...So why lie to your customers and then charge them more for a television that does not have what they said it had. NO DVD player and here they want to charge me $20 more, just for this other television they replaced. I am not paying $65 for a television that has no built in DVD player as Aaron's said it had a built in DVD player. Why should I have to pay more for their mistakes and errors..I will not do it and as long as they keep calling me and my references harassing me, they won't see any money from me..They can come get their POS television because I will not buy another thing from this company again and I will also tell my friends not to buy anything from Aaron's. Aaron's is a very bad company and the way they operate is why they suck!

Aaron's service

I have been a customer of the lima store for a couple of years. We bought a 65 inch mitsubishi hd tv, about the time we paid it off we started seeing dots appearing. So looking it up I found out that a chip on the lamp motor was going out. Our tv was still on the 60 warranty after paying it off. I called the store and a woman by the name of brandy proceeded to tell me she would have to look into it. Without explanation so I called the hot line to corp office not wanting to file a complaint but to find out about the warranty it's self. Later that day I called aaron's back and the district manager talked to me told me they would fix the tv at first we were trying to bring it in our selves but it would not fit. I contacted aaron's again and inquired if they could pick it up I even offered to pay them. I was told they would call me back and they did said they would come and get it at no charge which was good. So our tv has been gone for 3 weeks and we went back to the store to inquire about the tv and we just rented to own a new air conditioner. Received a call from one of the nicest lady's that work there marlene telling me the tv was fixed and was due back in the store friday 5-30-14 and she would call me if it came in and set up a way to get it back to us so I thought all was good. So I called back today and brandy answered she proceeded to tell me they wanted to check the tv to make sure it worked before it was returned to us which was fine. But proceed to tell us we had to get it and I told her no you guys picked it up because we had no way too and marlene just left a message saying when it came back she would call and set up a time to get it back to us. I told her to call me back when she knew something. Brandy then calls me back says the tv is ready and working fine but that she talked to tony and we had to come and get it. I was mad at this point I asked for the manager/district manager's number who is tony and she refused then I said well you call him and have him call me and when I got off the phone I was filling a complaint with corporate aaron's inc she then said well we just don't know when we are gonna be back in your area. By this time I was so mad I hung up on her this woman needs to be fired one and two aaron's needs to keep there agreement and bring our tv back. I have the voicemail message saved as proof

Those rent-to-own places are absolute scams. You do realize you paid about 3x what the TV is worth right? If you had saved some of that money, you could have just went to Target and paid for it in cash, and saved $1000's.

You paid for a Tv. You paid for a warranty. You did not pay for transportation of the Tv. Rent a van by the hour, get the Tv. Oh, sorry, you can't do rent to own on a van and you apparently have no credit. The employee deserves a raise for dealing with difficult customers. Perhaps check craigslist for somebody doing light hauling with a van or pickup. Maybe a neighbor can do it for you?

Aaron's laptop (huddleston)

The lease to own was presented on a four monthly payments $129.87 with a final payment of $64.05 if I choose not to purchase. Working on error messages to troubleshoot with Dell they finally ask customer to return the unit with four reinstall. This begin Sept. of 2013 to Nov.8, 2013. Aaron's manager began making threats of bad credit however they claimed Dell was sending them a new replacement. The tech claimed it was all because customer wasn't acquainted with the computer and refused to fix the new computer after using it for about a week when it totally refused to go online or function.
Customer decided to pay all remaining payment and return the unit when she was told she had signed up for 12 month payment plan and then option to purchase. It seemed when Carl delivered the unit to my home and charged my card without permission he failed to inform customer the account number was at the top edge that indicated it was for a 12 month deal.
On top of that the manager attempted to charge customer's card for two payment on picking up the new unit but all fund had been withdrawn and card cancelled. Another unauthorized charge. This was reported to the police but they stated due to the wording of the contract it's impossible to identify which agreement was stated verbally. FRAUD
Not only that customer called Dell and discovered Aaron had limited access to the interest and usage to programs such as the music player and etc. Customer noticed the headquarters in Georgia without a word. Also the district manager refuses to give his address and the tech refuses to give his last name. Customer has a law suit in progress with the help of a law graduate. I was told by the officer that I spoke with since the building rented brings in city tax's. . . . .BUT I'M FILING LAWSUIT ANYWAY! With so many disgruntled students a CLASS ACTION!
