I have been leasing from the store in San Marcos, TX, for just under a year, today I called in to make a payment. The man who answered the phone, we have been calling you because you are late asked me "Why are u late?", in avery rude and demanding voice, I told him because I didnt have money, then I asked him to give me his fax # so I can send in a "credit card authorization form" so they can bill my card, HE WAS IN ANOTHER CONVERSTATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE AT THE STORE, WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM...then he said, " Im sorry, wat do you need again", then I tell him, AGAIN, fax # please, then he said, "oh, so what do you need the fax # for ma'am?", AGAIN, to fax you the "CCAF", then he said, well, we can do it over the phone what is the number, so, I started giving him the card #, and he pauses and continues the converstation with whomever he was talking to at the store, so I had to keep on repeating myself, I was about to hang up and call someone else to take my payment. For crying out loud, ALL I WANTED WAS THE FAX#, so they can have the form for my future payments. I think if people dont like their jobs, they should find another line of work, but dont be rude to the american people who work hard, so those idiots can be rude and keep their jobs, we are living in an era when we can DEMAND for stupid, lazy, rude people to get fired. So if you go to the store in San Marcos, TX, demand to NOT speak to the manager.
