No Reserve sale

I recently won a bid on an item that was listed as a "no reserve" sale. This means the high bidder wins the bid without restrictions as to what the seller had hoped to get. Item #330370480444. I realize they didn't want to "give" their item away, but when they post the ad as "No Reserve", that is their risk. Do I have any recourse, aside from not continuing to use Ebay, in this matter? djcobraman97123

At least you didn't buy a "new" transmission from them for $1500 plus...

I did, and it has internal problems, bad solenoids, leaked, and now it is at a reputable tranni shop where they have confirmed that there is further internal problems - and guess what ?

They're not honoring the warranty listed on their e-bay store.

Cost me a pant-load of money dealing with this already.

Warning!!!

Beware !!!
