I brought my ford truck in for repair but the technicians were unable to figure out what what the problem was so they asked if they could keep my truck - - for a week. I complied and left my truck in their care with a full tank of gas (About 25 gallons). When i came back i was not only told they did not resolve the problem but my tank was empty and i had learned they had replaced perfectly good parts that were not the problem - - and charged me for it! I am not a mechanic but i searched online and discovered it was the neutral switch. I replaced the switch myself (A $30 part) and it has worked since. The mechanics at this shop either a) do not care, b) are not competent, c) dishonest or d) a combination. I contacted the manager about the incident a couple times which he ignored. This demonstrated to me how much he does not care. I would never recommend this repair center to anyone. Don't be deceived in thinking the aaa name is meaningful. Its not.
