Be Glad You Didn't Receive Your Orders

To those who never received the DVDs you ordered from the Ultimate DVD Shop, be glad, with the exception of the fact that your money is gone, of course. I feel for you all but having ordered, gotten ten or so of the infamous "backordered item" e-mails and received two out of the three sets that I ordered, take it from me...you would have been just as pissed off had you'd actually gotten what you ordered. To say the least, I was caught off guard by the "bootleg" presentation of the discs which I probably could have gotten over had any of the discs played all the way through, had I not been missing discs, or had more than half of them played at all. I've spoken with Customer Service at 1-800-787-1219 on more than one occasion only to get the same Korean chick stating the same and offering no resolution other than your refund is being evaluated. What the heck is there to evaluate?
