I wrote in a few days ago about my experience. I reported them to my bank's fraud department and I was able to get my money back. My bank is still investigating and i suggest anyone else who has been stung to pursue the matter through their banks fraud departments. It is the only way to stop these Bastards. Also a lesson I have learned is if it sounds too good be true, it probably well is.

hi!i had the same problem some moments ago.
i try to search for a download program and i get in "www.baydownloads.com", they promise me the full download, but first i would have to pay 4.85 or something...to get acess to all the movies and stuff like that...when i click to purchoase i was send to another site "megadownloadpass.com"
after all i saw ha this dont was even the same site but an "adult site"
i just come to search and i run to cancel my credit card, but they dont took me only the 4.85 dollars, they took me in the same time 3 different amounts...they even dont sent me any email back...
some monhts ago i got one virous in my pc, (was everithing blocked, and some hide programs...advertisement of antivirous of 2009...)that i got because i made a download in some turrent site of wha was supose to be an antivirous (avg)...then i didnt know what to do i start do lock in the net to buy an antivirous tha could took that...when i was about to bouth it comes a different page of the another site of the virous(they jus knew that i was about to buy an anivirous and without and advertisement they put their page to i just buy a fake antivirous...i was lucky to saw i on time...)and that kinde of virous just want us to expend money in some anivirous that promise to control the situation, but in fact they only want to take our money...i just made a new instalation to windows xp and everithing was ok with any charge :) but in this time i was more naive...we never can trust in promises of this or that without check it before...sorry for my bad english hope to can help somewone :)
this thing is a complete fraud. i just got charged over $100 out of my bank account that i did not authorize. now i have to see if i can even get my money back. do not sign up with this, you will get screwed!
i am an agent who gets to answer your calls... and its been running through my mind that this network is completely fraud.
The network name is Platinumbucks.com. of all the networks that we support mainly adult websites this is the only network
that is completely fraud i tell you.
we give refunds for this if ever you were caught unto this but if someone answers the call and states that "we cannot refund trial memberships only full memberships can be refunded on our system" please just say that you will deal it with your bank. Since our phone conversation is recorded we are not allowed to tell you that trial membership can be refunded. as soon as the caller hungs up the phone we can refund now the trial membership if we do know that the caller will deal it with the bank. if that is the case the company will not worry anymore of the charge back that the bank will do.
I should have checked here before handing over my card details. Funny thing is I entered my card details and app they didn't go through and said I have to do a second verification. So to test this I put in an old card number i had and it said card number not valid rather than the second verification thing? This leads me to believe they have got my details so im gonna have to get a new card to avoid having my account cleared in the future! Also I used https://secure.jettisintl.com/support/index.html to check if an account had been set up using my card and even though I got no receipt it informed me there was and I clicked cancel.
This is all very confusing and very dodgy and plain uncalled for, I will donate some money to anyone who hacks this website and fucks all their computers up for good. (im serious)
baydownloads.com and downloadnova.com are both on the same IP address 87.233.159.178, which is located in the Netherlands. The ISP is true.nl and you should contact info@true.nl to take these sites down.

Before becoming af member I did a search on files I really wanted. And to my surprise they all showed up. It seemed very strange, to good to be truth.
Then I did some search on files that should be showing up, and they did. Then I knew that this was just a fraud site.

You get anything you want and its all free, i did it because I wanted a music producing software and baydownloads.com happened to have one. I don't really have a credit card so I was trying to look for a subscriber's ID and then I looked up this site. Holy hell, forget those people.
I came across BayDownloads while searching legitimate sites, and was first impressed, then suspicious when every single title I entered showed available, no matter how obscure.
Glad I googled and found this site. They're just typical scumbag scammers.
I sign up for 3 day trial with charge $4.87 for the files they suppose to have but they did not. Instead they sent me passes to 3 porn-sites, I didn't ask for.
After that in 3 day period they withdrew from my account 4.87 +1.00+1.00+9.82+39.73+39.73
together $96.15 which I have known about.
They are using links to websites like rapidshare or megadownloads trying to pretend honesty of business.
This way they get profit from free user (profit free) links of other websites.
This is scam both ways because they steal from both us (the sign-up baydownloads users) and the sharing file sites.
I went to their site and checked if they have got such file: 'We baydownloads.com are c...ck sucking scam-bags and motherf...cking thives'. And guess what- they "have it"

I was billed 6 times. 2 from MY-Statement and 4 from t-rex for discountvideos and some other porn site. My bank said I should reply to the custmoer support site address which I did and they actually refunded 3 of the payments today, although from a third name I'd never given money to.
They are billing from a large pool of names so it is almost impossible to stop them. They have your details. They are sharing them. It is no different from using your card details to order stuff from the web. the difference in this case is that they are setting up subscriptions to which you haven't committed and if yuo signed up with Visa, because Visa make a commitment to pay, you can only stop it by replying to the address and copying your bank in.
Your bank will then contest future withdrawals.
However, they are billing from many different names so how will your bank know which payments are valid and one s that are genuine?
This is a nasty scam but hats off to those that are doing it because it's working. I'm just amazed that Visa and the like are allowing it to happen.
Maybe this is what's happening. The set up the other spurious sites. Use baydownloads to capture the data. Register with these credit card details on their other dubiuos sites.
