Me in my family decide to walk in into nearest pizza parlour in south east of calgary ( forest lawn area) my wife and kids order the bbq, and hot wings, cheese bread, 1 large pizza with half veggie and pproni toppings and one medium pizza with just cheese and hawaiian. The server said it’s a 30 min waiting period so I said its fine. 45 mins later the cheese bread and chicken wings arrive and I’ve noticed that the food is little bit cold looks like its been sitting in the counter for quiet a while.

We were expecting that the pizza is coming soon but its another 45 min our order didn’t arrive yet. So I decide to ask question to the server and the answer is your order is not in the oven yet.

So I called the manager and ask what is going on since we were waiting for that long for our order and the manager didn’t say anything he just *** up the server why what happen like that the manager never answer my question and he walk to the back and take a pizza and give it to the kitchen . I was really upset coz he never answer my question, my kids and my wife are hungry and he never ever say anything like apology for what happen. me myself and my kids are love pizza especially pizza hut pizza but in these case I was really pissed when this manager never say anything

So I decide to pay and walk out in that premises the worst experience I ever had in my life to be treated like that never say sorry at all I would say *** u everyday to that manager who ever he is and we were not coming back in pizza hut anymore
