IGE is a rip off!

IGE is a ripoff for sure. I purchased gold that I was told was delivered and I received nothing. After several online chats I was told that they delivered and I was out of luck. I would not use this service under any circumstances. I was told they couldn't guarantee delivery.

Denying me a full refund is in fact a violation of your contract which clearly stated "The Company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee that permits you to return any goods undamaged for a full refund 24 hours after delivery completion."

I have news for you, you T&C's leave much room for interpretation which is definately a plus for me as delivery of my order has not been completed. I've contacted AMEX and will be instructing them that this is a fraudelant transaction and have also contacted the better business bureau.

So... To all you people that think we are whining. The proof is there. IGE is in breach of their own contract. It's been 3 weeks and I have received 1/4 of the gold I purchased. They clearly stated it's a security violation to give back any gold dispersed out YET there Terms and Conditions clearly state 100% refund available with 24 hours of delivery. I have not received my full delivery and their Terms leave too much room for interpretation. ENOUGH SAID CASED CLOSED.

and BTW I've purchased over $6000 worth of Gil in FFXI in the past. And that didn't even budge them. BROCK PIERCE have fun in jail. You are one not so mighty duck! Yes the owner of IGE is the kid who played in Mighty Ducks.

ArenaNet! I hope this helps your cause to steer people from buying online. I have learned my lesson and am more than willing to take whatever action you may need to take on me to penalize my actions.

I HOPE THIS HELPS AND PUTS TO REST IGE! I have a 4.5M name email list I've sent this too in hopes of discouraging future buyers away from IGE.

I TRUNED MYSELF IN TO PLAYNC IN HOPES OF SHUTTING DOWN IGE!

After this nightmare with you, I decided to turn myself in to PlayNC and share with them this entire event. They are now aware of my activities and the characters you used to trade the gold with :D. I want to truthfully admit that I purchased gold online for my character Sixpack Monk. I'm doing this because I've been scammed by IGE. Please see my posts under Daniel Hall on this link.

I am willing to take full responsibility for my actions. Be it known that the gold I purchased was used to buy stuff for our weekly guild parties. One thing that our guild charishes highly. It was not used for personal gain inside the game. I was using the gold to buy Obsidian Shards and Ectos to give out.

Needless to say it was wrong and is in violation of the agreement I signed. Please let me know how you wish to proceed for my actions. I would ask if you are going to shut down my account that you wait and let me say good bye to my friends this evening. I promise nothing in my account will be traded or moved to anyone else.

Your are more than welcome to use my story to inspire others not to do what's happened to me.

I ordered 30p online with ige.com - its been 4 days and no plat, they kept telling me over and over they guarantee service. I asked for a refund. I did not see it in my paypal logs after 2 days. They just emailed me that now they had some kind of "temporary technical issue " and it will be fixed soon. So now I do not have my plat and I do not have my money. I ordered 500, 000 Gil for FFXI and keep getting the exact same reply from the Support team... but it also shows that true online gamers are havin to resort to buying game currency for real cash because we have trouble aquiring it in-game... the Reason for this... wait for it... Because ige and other currency exchange sites like this spend there time aquiring the currency leaving it more difficult for gamers to get it themselves.. in short, we're having to buy from IGE and others what they are blocking us from gettin ourselves in the first place...

Well i ordered 700k gil on FFXI twice now. The first order I waited 3 days for. The second I wait a total of 5 days for. I sent this $HITTY company plenty of emails and messages. The only responses I would get from their stupid @sses was that my delivery will be fulfilled in 24hours which is bulIshit just like their business practices. It went from one 24 hour notice to a lot more. IGE needs to know, I will not play their FUKN GAMES!!! I will sue the ever livin $hit out of them. My sister is a legal attorney. It is nothing for me to do it either. I put the big threat on them, I told them I was gonna file legal action and seek damages for fraud and they made sure I got my gil. They had better watch it. So if your reading these IGE, don't fuk with this, because youre about to get hurt in court and it won't be a pretty battle for you. Beware people, if you are even thinking about buying any type of currency from IGE.com, just save your money and don't spend it at this website as they are probably going into quite a few lawsuits about fraud right now. My sister is also going to contact Paypal and see how many complaints they get about IGE and what kind of scale it is. A class action lawsuit against this company is something I think they need right about now.
