Same scam as above, and not getting any response from the customer service number. And to those comments which are clearly from someone at the green tea company; saying "didn't your mommy teach you nothing is free..." you should really smarten up. Didn't your mommy tell you that you that fraudulant companies are not good ones to work for? What your mommy should really have told you is that you are irritating and should go play in traffic.

Companies like this should be ashamed. Perhaps if you focused your efforts on having a decent product and decent marketing, and less on SCAMMING PEOPLE, you could make a profit the honourable way.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! WHEN I ORDERED IT I FAILED TO READ THE TERMS VERY CLOSELY. BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND I WAS CHARGED 69 DOLLARS AFTER 14 DAYS, AND THAT WAS 14 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED THE PRODUCT NOT 14 DAYS AFTER I ACTUALLY RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. I HAD ONLY USED THE PRODUCT FOR LESS THAN A WEEK WHEN THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. THEY USE SNAIL MAIL TO MAIL THE PRODUCT, NOT EXPRESS. I DID NOT RECIEVE THE PRODUCT UNTIL ABOUT 7 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER IT!!!

To those of you who can READ...

This is a continuation of two previous posts, evaluating the product since several other people have asked about it's effectiveness/flavor, etc. Please read those previous posts to get answers about how/when to take it, what types of ingredients are in it, and about extending or canceling the auto-ship.

I am still trying the product to let you know what the verdict is.

After trying the orange-cream flavor a couple more times, I didn't think it was so bad. And for the part that doesn't mix well at the bottom, I've just been adding a smidge more water as I get toward the end and shake it up again and it's okay.

I DO feel like maybe i'm getting a smidge more energy at the gym---but maybe it's just the music I'm listening to.

I haven't had any trouble falling asleep.

i was just about to order the product and on the free trial page the last question before the payment is would you like to purchase another supply $69.00 or just send me my free trial!!
111 days ago by Andrea [send email]
I have tried it for about a day and a half thus far, and I have to admit that I like it more than I thought I would. It's pretty tasty! I didn't have trouble falling asleep (sometimes if I take diet supplements, they keep me awake), I don't feel jittery or jumpy, and it does indeed curb my appetite and give me a LOT more energy (in a good way). I'm not trying to lose an extreme amount of weight, so I don't know that it would work well in those cases, but a few extra pounds might be gone in a few short weeks.

To those saying there isn't a number to call to cancel -- there is. To those saying it takes a long time to cancel it -- it doesn't. It just took me less than five minutes, was painless and I didn't get the hard sell that some trial offers give you when they ask you again and again to not cancel. I like that! They gave me a confirmation # too, so if something IS charged I can dispute that -- because I canceled.

I think some commenters are irresponsible and don't know how contracts work. Have I been duped before? Yes. Was I pissed off when I found out that Ultra Lean Green Tea gave my information (including my cell phone, which was texted repeatedly) to third parties? Oh yes. But they didn't lie, they didn't cheat, and everything was VERY plainly stated if you took a minute to read the disclaimer -- that is what it is there for. If you think that any court (or lawyer for that matter) would listen to your case for five seconds, or that your credit card or bank will charge back the amount (unless you are a very good cardmember), you are sorely mistaken because you AUTHORIZE them to charge your account. Consider this a life lesson (not an expensive one in the grand scheme of things) and CALL TO CANCEL before you continue bitching about things you should be taking responsibility for.

The website was really quite clear about the autoship, however after reading this complaint board I called to cancel the day after I received my trial days worth. They immediately offered to drop my price by half. So I will try it for the full month.

I ordered some of this ultra lean green tea and because I live in Canada it took over a month for it to get across the border due to customs. During this time I asked them to cancel my order and they did and they said if it did come not to worry about it. I only canceled as it took so long to come but not because of them. They were great about it and very understanding and have not charged my visa account any more money and also reversed my money for the trial period.

I'm glad I read this, I had no idea i'd be automatically charged!! YIKES! i just phoned, they answered quickly and the guy was very nice. I was charged after all, I just have to send back the product to be creditted, hopefully that won't be problematic. Thanks everybody! I was only checking this site to see if anyone had weird side effects (I'm leary of trying things with weird ingredients.

Nowhere in the trial ad did it state that my credit card would be billed monthly. In fact I have 2 unathorized charges for $70 on July 23 and August 7...and I didn't even get any product! What a scam. I phoned the company and Visa and here is what I was told:

There are 2 numbers for this ripoff company: 1-866-540-9633 or 1-866-544-6590

After calling and cancelling my account, I was given no confirmation number or anything. This made me nervous. The service rep was very polite, assuring me the account was cancelled but I called VISA anyway. I was told to call back, get a reference number and also a fax number for the billing department. I did recall, again got very friendly service, but no reference number was available and apparently no fax number either. The VISA rep told me to sit on the phone until they provided one, because there had to be a number. After calmly explaining to the service rep the steps I had taken, the advice given me by VISA she gave me a fax for the customer service department: 1-630-392-2111. I sent a letter to confirm in writing that my account was closed and no further charges should be made to my account. Further, there was a dispute filed for the unauthorized charges. I hope this is the end of it, and never again do I let my kid talk me into this BS again.

I too was foolish to not google the company before placing my order for the free trial. This was on the 10th and I saw it right after. I just called and spoke to a rep named Jason operator id 294 who cancelled my account. He double checked to see if the trial had been shipped yet so if not he'd cancel it all. It was shipped already and I confirmed again and again that I will not be charged anything but the shipping. I also asked if I had to send anything back from the trial to not be charged. He told me no, only the shipping because the trial product itself was free. I asked him for the confirmation #. He said his name and operator id was the confirmation. I advised him that I read that some people got the same thing as confirmation and others got an actual confirmation # like they do when they order it. He advised that when its online you get that but when you speak with a live operator you get their ID # as when they put notes in their system its updates with their #. To be on the safe side I'm going to call again in a couple days to confirm cancellation. I will probably get my visa re-issued as well before the 15 days from the day I ordered is up. I'll let you all know how it goes! I just checked my Visa and the original shipping charge of $6.95 is there...is it more in Canada? He said $4.95, but whatever...doesn't matter, I accepted the $7. Beside their name is the 866-540-9633 number on my statement so we'll see.

I got ripped off too. I was charged for the shipping, and also an extra $37.50 for some bottle of pills on the same day. It took over two weeks to get here-so much for the 14 day trial, plus I had to pay $24 for customs. Then, on my credit card bill, I noticed the first of this month, I was also charged $70, which is only a month's supply. So, it's cost me way more than it's worth, I don't feel I have any more energy and I haven't lost any weight.
I was able to get through just now to cancel, at least. My recommendation is don't waste your money on this stuff.

Wow. I had (like so many others, and no we are not idiots) clicked on the facebook ad for this product. After I read a little about the free trial, I then just googled Ultra Lean Green, and this is where is brought me. This is the exact reason this board exists. For honest complaints. Im glad I didnt jump the gun, but to be honest, we all DO sometimes. I think that the complaints targeting those women who made the mistake of trying this product, the ones asking if they know how to read, are just rude. I agree with the blogger who suggests eating healthy and excercise. The two favorable blogs about this product say "curbing my appetite, I never eat snacks, and stay up till one in the morning cleaning...well, if you ever saw Something About Mary, the old woman who's cracked out frantically cleaning...thats where it sounds like these girls are headed. But, Green Tea is good for you...just dont drink it and be anorexic.

I just received my trial yesterday. I just starting drinking it this morning. While I'm drinking this stuff (which tastes great) I'm online trying to remind me how much to drink every day and I stumbled across this site with a Google search. Now I'm nervous without even getting started. Then I thought about things a bit and put things in perspective.

I was well aware of the 15 day trial and I just assumed it started when I ordered it because they only have control of when they ship it, not when you receive it because the mail system is not so dependable. I am willing to have the first auto shipment billed to me because you really can't make a judgement call in 15 days. When I receive that one, I will make my decision then. I know it seems like a lot of money for tea, but really folks, do you keep track of the money you spend in a month at Tim Hortons or Starbucks, etc. It would shock you. I usually buy at least 2 a day, that's $6 and change...multiply that by 30. That's right, shocking huh. The green tea will only prove expensive if you keep buying the coffee which would defeat the purpose.

By the way, could somebody...anybody please let us know how it works or is everybody so busy complaining about the price you didn't take the time to try it.

You can get a special price of 35 i think monthly, instead of the sixty something. i like it so far. anytime someone signs up for something print up the terms and conditions, if it is a free trial i print everything than cancel the auto ship next day. i also get a confirmation number. and insist on one should they forget.
i like this product so far and on the jar it says take up to three times a day wich means thirty pixies do not last a month if you do so. i will call them for more info so i can find out what most do.
today i think i will do two pixies instead of one.
:)
