I did this on the internet for a trial version of ultra slim, would like to cancel my whatever, but there is no number to be contacted about the matter.

I just turned 50 years old and had to lose weight. I have been using this tea for 21 days and I have lost weight and trimmed up considerably. I have felt the energy to get up in the mornings and have a positive mood. I have three meals a day but dont feel the need to snack between meals like I used to do. If you have to lose weight and don't like all the exercising and diets that are out, then this tea is for you. BUT, everyone is an individual - I'm saying it worked for my situation. YEA!

did you know that the site diet reviews site you are referring to is only there for driving traffic, they advertise for other weightloss sites. The content they use is from ultra, and they make up anything so you buy from there sponsors and they use there name and traffic to gain sales and make money off the clicks.

I tried the product, didn't like the taste and cancelled within the 14 days. It could not have been easier, they were very nice and no money came out of my account. I called 866.544.6590.

I will give it some credit, though, it did curb my appetite and gave me energy.

It is true that they did not mention the monthly fee, but as soon as i received my order in the mail (30 day free trial), i just gave them a call and the lady was super nice and cancelled the order. She said that i can keep the 30 day free trial and if i liked it, to just order it again. It literally took less than 5 mins. Just give them your zip code and thats it. :)

OMG!
So I initially thought this was stupid, but I wanted to lose some weight, so, why not? right?
WRONG!
I never got the packets I was billed 5 bucks for S&H and then an additional 30 something for a product which I knew I unchecked, which she kindly refunded...so she said she would cancel everything and only charge me the 5 bucks, but I don't really mind that. But I am definetl calling in the morning to make sure.
She never gave me a cancellation number or anything. So, I hope it works...

I'm so happy I checked here, I tried to call to cancel my order but I'll have to wait until Monday since offices are closed now. I saw the ad on facebook and assumed since it was from there it was somewhat reliable. I paid for the shipping and handling, only wanted to try the product since I noticed in little letters that they would automatically start charging me if I didn't cancel before the time was up. It doesn't taste really great to me but it does curve my appetite. But I'd much rather buy regular green tea from the supermarket, eat less, and exercise more often than spend $90 for two months of little drink packets. But thats just me...

Well, It's now 7/19/08 and there is no answer as to if it is good? Does it really work? How long does it take before seeing any results?

Has anyone tried it for the trial and or extended time? I have just ordered. I'll try it and be able to see for my self.

I have 3 days left until my card is billed for the next month, still haven't received the 14 day free tea that I paid $4.95 for. And when I called the man told me that when I get it I need to return any unused portions as only 14 days is free and they send 30. So will cost me to send it back once I get it, if I ever get it. I don't know what to do if I don't receive it and they want me to send it back in order to not be billed. This is a rip off company, don't buy it.

I am soooo angry at Ultra Lean Green Tea... whata scam. I signed up for the $6.95 trial and in turn have been charged 3 additional charges that I know of as of yet all at $69.00 plus. I am dealing ith my credit card company on this right now and am waiting for the disput papers in the mail. The woman at Master Card has said that there are so many cases right not towards this company that they are swamped with calls... My suggestion is to NOT even think about ordering from this scamming company!!!

Misleading customers!!! there is no FREE TRIAL!!!
I got this "free trial" on 6/13/08 for $4.95... looks pretty good, but after I tried for 3 days, it upsets my stomach and taste like shit. So I stoped, but they charged me $68.95 on 6/28/08, I didn't know until 7/11/08, then I called the 866 number on my statement, the receiptionist told me that they have shipped another pack to me on 7/10/08, and she said she will refund after I send back that pack to them...I waited for 14day and didn't receive anything, then they charged me again on 7/14/08...I called again, they kept telling me I have to return the product to them then they will refund to me, but I never received anything after I canceled on 7/11/08...then the last receiptionist told me that I have to return the trial package back to them to get my refund...I thought it's FREE TRIAL!!! bullshit!!! and taste like shit too...it's a fraud!!! no wonder they only have PO.Box for address, there is no company address at all...

UPDATE: I just called to cancel my order. THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL because if you call to cancel you not only have to send the remainder back, but you don't get your shipping refunded, AND you have to pay for reshipping it back to them.

THERE IS NOTHING FREE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT.

The woman I spoke to told me I have 2 days to send back my "free" trial or else they're going to charge me $34.00 half priced for the product if I choose too keep it. As far as I know my order is cancelled and I will not be charged any further, she was very nice about it, but if you use over half the product before you choose to return it they'll charge you the $34.00; what a scam. I'll keep you updated.

Ive looked through everyones opinions on this product and some say its great and others disagree, obviously it costs alot of money for packets of green tea. Does anyone know if you can just get something similar to this product (that actually works) in a store where you will not get the money stolen from you?

All of these trial things are the same. You just have to read the small print and then do what they say and then you can get stuff virtually free or reallly cheap. I ordered the product, received it 10 days later (no express shipping but who cares) and then cancelled my order 3 days later. I was charged the $4.95 and got to keep the 30 day supply. It's that easy. If you're going to sign up for these things, you just have to be smarter than they are. They know that they will pay for the product that goes out without being paid for with all of the people who don't pay attention and end up paying $74 or whatever it is. I order these trial offeres all the time and I have never had a problem with any of them as long as you follow their rules. And the stuff is pretty good and it does seem to decrease your appetite a good bit. But there are just no miracles out there so don't buy this expecting a miracle.

I ordered your product at the beginning of July. You hit my Visa on 4 July. You took $6.95 for shipping, and $37.95 in addition. You stated that I would only pay shipping for the sample 30 day supply. It's now 21 July, and I still don't have my order! Cancel my order immediately, and return my money NOW. This is a bad example of customer service.

I was bambozzoled with the thought of losing weight in a delicious way, just pay shipping and handlening of 4.95! When i went to cancel my membership i was charged $69.87 plus $20.00 and another &24.06 was taken from my account, but the representative told me i would be getting my $69.87 back in 7 to 10 business days since i did cancel before my trial was up but i was still charged. I cannont see myself paying that kind of money for a powdered drink to aid me in weight loss, i rather buy the Kellogs powdered drink mix, it works toooo well, you do not be hungry all day.

I received my trial product today and a charge has been issued on my account 12 days ago for $4.95. I tried calling them today to cancel my membership and I was put on hold for what seemed like an eternity! 5:30PM rolls by and the damn place is closed! I am going to call them again tomorrow morning. Hopefully I will get through to them before they start charging me $70/month!

Guess what? I just called my credit card company not too long ago and reported my card stolen just in case they start charging me $70 within the next few days. (Haha! They can't bill me now!) I won't be activating that card anytime soon. Maybe that's a good thing because I need to cut back on using my credit cards anyway! I have too many. Well, stupid me, I should have used the "virtual account number" from Citibank where it generates a "one-time usage" credit card number from an existing card (that way, companies like this one won't be able to bill me repeatedly after the first transaction for the trial!). I wasn't thinking at that time! Oh well, let this be a lesson learned: Use virtual account numbers for future purchases!!

Screw this bullsh*t, I'm taking my behind to the gym tomorrow and putting "return to sender" on the package I received from them. I blame myself for being an impulse buyer. Maybe I should call them while I'm jogging on the track and tell them, "Please cancel my membership and don't try to offer me some discount or other incentive to keep your product. I have a better solution and it's called "stop being a lazy ass and workout." As a matter of fact, I'm at the gym, so I don't need your sh*t anymore. Thank you."

I have recieved my 14 day trial for my Ultra Lean Green Tea, then I started reading all of the complaints regarding the 14 day trial period. The way the customer service department explained it to me was that after the 14 days if you dont like it then send it back but if you keep it passed the 14 days trial then they assume that you like it and charge you the full price of $69.87 for the 1 month supply that you already have (you can cancel at anytime but you will still get charged for the 1 month you recieved). But right now they have a promotion going on where if you sign up to keep getting the Ultra Lean Green Tea then you get 50% off, so that makes it $34.95 a month, and it will only cost $34.95 a month until you decide to cancel with them. So I have done this because I think that 50% off is a good deal and plus I still want to see if this is going to work for me, I have been drinking this since July 19th and so far it seems like it will work, I already feel more awake and feel like I have more energy, I have also noticed that I am not as hungry all the time like I used to be. I am going to use this 30 day supply and if it starts to show results I am definatley going to stick with it.
What do I have to lose...but $34.95...and maybe some weight...if you have signed up recently with Ultra Lean Green Tea then call them the day before your 14 day trial is up then see what they have to offer, or speak to Libby, 866-540-9633 and ask about the 50% off.

69$ was taken out of my account and I still had not recieved my order I called customer care and they refunded my money immidiatly their rep was great Thank you Janda
