I don't even know the name or information about the company that continues to call me 4 - 6 times a day for the past month and a half. Whenever they get the answering machine, they hang up. When anyone at my home answers, "Trenker Residence, may I help you?", they hang up. We have called the company number twice and asked for them to cease and desist. At first they said that they weren't calling us, then on the second call they said they are a collection agency. We explained that we don't have any outstanding debts, and even if we did, they need to identify themselves when they call and ask for someone rather than just hanging up. We were forwarded to a supervisors voice mail and left a detailed message yesterday, but the calls have continued today. We do not have any debts in collection and consider this to be extreme harassment. We have attempted to contact the company and have the problem dealt with to no avail. We have filed complaints with the DO NOT CALL registry, the Attorney General of Virginia and in various places on the internet. The calls are often before 7 AM and after 8 PM which is very disruptive since we have small children in the home. Any help that smb can give would be greatly appreciated. LtCol Karl R.
