7-Eleven - manager of the company was very rude!

I came in to the store to buy a drink and their was a man wearing no uniform, when i was getting my drink from the cooler he pumped into me and made me drop my drink, he turned around and told me that i would have to pay for that drink, while giving me an attitude face. When i went to pay the drink i asked the cashier that who was the man that was not wearing the uniform and he told me that it was the manager/owner of the company. To be the owner of the company you need to have good customer services and to me that owner of the company was very rude...

Earlier this week, I recd a free 7-11 coffee container at the subway stop. The people handing out the containers said the first coffee would be free at any 7-11. I went today for my "free" coffee at the 7-11 located on Fairfax Street (across from The Falls Church) in Falls Church city. The bar code on the container clearly states at the top "First Fill Free." The mgr read the statement, then scanned the bar code and it read $0.00 but he still charged me 99 cents for the coffee. He said, "Nothing at 7-11 is free." Even though I had purchased other items besides coming in to get my "free" coffee, I felt ripped off. Unless the mgr is totally our of touch with the publicity 7-11 conducts, then this is a total scam and a fraud and 7-11 should be fined for this misleading publicity to get people to come into their stores under false pretenses.

to whom it may concern.

unfortunately i am reporting this incedent. i am a reguler customer of 7 eleven. matter of fact my first job in usa was in a 7 eleven. any way. i went to this store. address 5076 w sunset bl. los angeles. ca 90027. i needed $20.00 cash back. 7 eleven does not allow more then $10.00. so i bought two item seperately. on my second transection store clerk anil says no more then one transection with an attitude. then i said you did not stop me before i swipe my card and where does it says cant have more then one. he start argueing with me. and this bold head ( anil says his name is tony) hispanic guy. start screming at me said you want the number "### hole". i said "wow" thats how you behave. "he said customer like you". then i asked anil manager number. then the hispanic guy came around came upto my"face" and this is what he said " ### you mother ###er" i would kill you if you would outside the store. then he said i dont give a ### you complain to the manager. dont come to this store ever. i was shocked and surprise and speachless. transection number. 2146 01/29/11. 10.08pm. if you could check the camera you will be surprised to see this gangster behavior ruining the reputation of 7 eleven. i am really scared to go that location. but i hope and requesting a fare investigation. i hope you will take this matter seriously and give me a call pls. rafi. I would of told him to suck my ### and take a free drink.
In my 7-11, if a customer drops their drink because of an employee, they not only don't have to pay for the dropped drink, but they get the largest drink free of charge.
