7-Eleven bad service

The 7-11 is located at Pasir Ris st.71 blk 776. First thing first, this is not the first time. The 7-11 has a really bad service, they are lack of experience, they dont restock their product regularly causing most of it to be expired already & also 7-11 is known for it's 24 hour service it is very INCONVENIENT that a very specific worker is always seen slacking with his friends at the table located at the void deck. Therefore, locking down the store and causing inconvinience to customers. This incident has happened for more than three times already.

7-Eleven verbal abuse/ physical threat

I want to report at incident happen with me at work. I am working in seven eleven from last five months. One of my co-worker name Sukhwinder Singh being very disrespectful towards me and bullying me as well. Today sukhwinder crossed his limits, Sukhwinder used verbal abuse against me and he was physically aggressive against me. I started my shift at 3.00 pm and was not able to go for break till 10:30 because store was super busy. I took my break at 10:30 Pm after working for 7:30 hours regularly. He started his shift at 4:00 Pm and spend his whole day in the office. He did not came to relieve me for my break or help out when it was super busy. He was upset when i was going for my break, i tried to explain him that i did not had break since i started my shift . I was sitting on my break and he came back start yelling at me around 10:45 that i should come back from my break. I again told him that i did not had my break since i started my shift . I am suppose to get half an hour break and i am also not feeling good after working for 7:30 hours continuously.
After that he started verbal abuse against me and even scared me with physical aggression. He told me to leave my uniform and go home in very disrespectful manner, told me don't come back to work. I told him that i will talk to store manager and if he have any problem then please talk to store manager. He kept yelling at me that you are new in this country, you don't know any thing.
I did not go home before finishing my shift. I love my job and respect it too but i don't feel safe and comfortable working with sukhwinder. I called my manager after i came home and going to meet with him tomorrow. I am looking forward that relevant action should be taken to protect our rights at work place.
Please contact me at [protected], if any further information needed on this matter. Please also suggest me if i am suppose to report it anywhere else too.

7-Eleven rude employee

I'm a customer at the store and 7-11 is giving away free items in the store daily and another customer asks the associate steve at the store on 56th and whiteway i called the store to speak to the manager about the situation however he stated that the associate was right for telling the customer to leave but I really beleive the associate was racist for sure the tone in his voice was unprofessional and I know because I'm a manage myself and the customer is always right in this case the young lady was just asking the male a question and he could have handled it better.I will never shop at this 7-11 again...

7-Eleven bad attitude

My wife went in to buy me two pack cigarettes an employee named ty said it was $9.00 she ask for the discount then he said the total is $10.25 she then “said don’t you have to sell it to me for $9.00 “ “he said in a very rude way “I don’t have to sell you anything” she then ask to see the manager because of his attitude, “he said ty is the manager” “she asked who is ty” he said in a very smug way “I am”. After a few unkind words by my wife, she left the store and proceeded to tell me they would not sell her cigarettes. I went into the store and waited in line, I asked ty why he would not sell me wife cigarettes he said in a very matter of fact way “because I don’t have to sell to anyone I don’t want to” I said ok so are you going to sell me cigarettes, “he said No” I ask why he again said “because I don’t have to sell to anyone I don’t want to” I ask who is the manager he again said “I am” in a very smug way ” by this time another employee started helping customers I ask him if he would sell me cigarettes he said yes I ask him who the manager was and he told me. I proceeded to tell the employee that ty was rude and that he did know what he was doing and that he either under charged me or over charged a few times before. Ty then proceeded to tell me that he did not need to stand here and listen to this and started to yell loud in front of me and customers, I took it for a while then started yelling back at him, the other employee did tell ty to stop then I left the store. This is the most disrespectful and rude employee that I have every encountered in the 30 years I have lived in Newport. In that 30 years I have shopped at that store almost daily spending on an avg of 10.00 to 15.00 dollars a day along with shopping at other 7-11 stores. I not sure who train this new employee but with this one it did not work! For me to be yelled at by an employee and refused service at a 7-11 that I have shopped at for 30 years is bad business and for that reason as long as this Employee is working for 7-11 I will not set another foot inside a 7-11. / PS. I did send this to 7-11 corporate, with no response back.

7-Eleven lisa & the cashier at 7eleven in blasdell, ny

The cashier Lisa is discourteous and insolent. Since she began working
there she has accused me of stealing for absolutely no reason
whatsoever. She automatically assumed that I was a suspect simply for
walking into the store like every other customer does. I am an honor
student in college and have a great deal of integrity, but for some
reason this cashier feels the need to treat me like dirt. She also
refuses to greet me whenever I come in even after I have acknowledged
her. I have filed five complaints against her to corporate and they
never do anything about her terrible attitude. I purchased something
there today and she was extremely rude to me once again, so I came back
to ask for a refund. She refused to give me a refund for two of the
items that I purchased because she supposedly didn't know how to refund
my credit card, yet she's been there for FIVE months. So then she
refuses to give me back my receipt claiming that it is store policy to
keep it. I asked her, "how am I suppose to prove that I purchased the
other two items when I come back to return them?" She responded, "I'll
have it in a folder for you, " as if I'm just supposed to take her word
for it. Luckily a police officer was there who was kind enough to make a
copy of my receipt in order to rectify the situation. I spoke to the
police officer and he informed me that I'm not the first one to have an
issue with her. This lady has zero common sense and absolutely no
common decency whatsoever. Who in the world has to be trained to greet a
customer? It is just common human decency to do so. It is obvious
that my business was never valued so I definitely won't be shopping
there again.

Oh yeah,
since Lisa is a very common name I thought a brief description of her
would be beneficial...
She is about five foot seven inches tall with very dark hair, white, and
about 300 pounds or more. I hope this helped.

7-Eleven slip and crash to the pavement on ice

On the morning of 12/26/2013 about 7:50 am i went to 7-11 on Independence ave and Benton BLVD. as I walked to my car I slipped on a sheet of ICE that should have been treated rite at the gas pump. I hit my head on the concrete and fractured my elbows. the attendent stated that she could not make a incident report on my falling. I dont understand why she couldn't make a report, I also feel that the area should have been treated being that this is a 24hour convient store. As a result I have had Migrains all day and severe pain at the elbows especially the left side. My Name LaCreshia Strain PHONE- [protected]/[protected]

As I said in your other review B. P State inspector, it seems like you are the one that needs to grow up. Seriously stalking her from post to post. Posting comments that have nothing to do about the topic all because she told that you were wrong in your complaint. You made a complaint making claims against TGI Fridays without backing it up with proof. You were called out on it. That is not trolling, that is calling you out on making claims without proof. However your following her from post to post, posting things that have nothing to do with the complaint, and bashing her because she disagreed with your review is trolling.

Prime example of "FOXYGRANDMA" trolling a PUBLIC complaint board user. If you want to be a judge so bad then get off your ### and do it, stop trying to find your pathetic satisfaction in replying to peoples complaints like its YOUR problem, because it's NOT. These are problems between the specific user making the complaint and the target of the complaint. Its hard to tell a lady of 73 years old to grow up, but you in fact need to grow up and understand the world does not resolve around the pathetic statements you make on a daily basis. You give American law enforcement a bad name.

7-Eleven cheap and disrespectful

I've been to this poor excuse of an establishment with my college buddy and I and have only received the worst possible service imaginable. The both male and female owners, inbreed Indian [censored]es, have refused to give me my change back on every occasion that I have been there. The male's name is Hary, yes with one 'r', is the biggest poor excuse of a human being I have ever come across in my life. People like this deserve to have their business reevaluated by whomever does so because it is given this marvelous company a horrid reputation. I will NEVER come back to this place as long as I live. The universe has a special place for ###s like him and as a person who cares, I can't stress enough how horrible and straight rude these people are. It is better to go to the Am/Pm next door to this [censored]hole. Screw this place and the people who go there because what they are doing to innocent costumers is down right a violation of my inalienable rights as a citizen of the United States and world!

Went in this morning to buy lottery . Asked for a pen to sign the ticket. The girl threw the pen at me. I asked her what her problem was she was mad because I gave her a 50.00 dollar bill. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me to make a complaint in line. I always shop there but I will not go there again. The sales clerks name was Marie. Could not believe the crappy and rude service I got.

7-Eleven employee rudeness over store closing

I am a disabeled woman. I live very close to this 7-11... Alot of times this is the only place I can get to for food. I went in this morning, 10.23.12 830am broadway store... I go in today, to find the shelves more empty than full.. I asked why.. I was told very rudely by nikki, we dont like the neighborhood... We're closing the store. Why can you not have security in there? I have worked for a security company in the past, and they would be happy to cover this store. Closing isnt the answer. It ruins the rest of the neighborhood... Taking a necessary resource away from people that need it. After that discussion... I paid for my items, and wasnt even offered a bag. (I had 9 items and I dont drive anymore) I was told tough #.. We dont have any, by this same person. I then got a bakery bag... It broke on the walk home. I lost the 3.00 cup of coffee I treated myself too. How is this world supposed to get any better when the only stores available to some ppl are closing? Closing this store isnt the answer... But... Finding ppl that really need/want to work is. This was unecessary behaviour on the employees part. Her manager backed her up in her foul attitude. Unacceptable. But this store is necessary to this neighbourhood.

Hello,
First, i manage a 7-11. I am sorry for the way you were treated. Im sure the employee's were upset about losing thier jobs.
Still they should have given great service to you. We had a store that lost money for 20 years before it was forced to close down not far from my store- it happens. As far as a bad area - if the store managment is strict and takes and active roll in thier store
such as not allowing loitering, panhandeling, and keeping a clean store stocked with fresh IN CODE foods, keeping cash to a min at night they wont have a lot of problems. And always give a greating and a smile :) I offer the best deals in town - maby I make a little less on a sale BUT my cust retru more often so my store makes more in the long run. Also we do have fresh salads and many
healthy food items to offer. Ask your cust what they want and stock those items. and as always hope you have a great day :)

7-Eleven rude behaviour

When customer came she never smile.. She even sitted and talked on the phone often.. This is a company phone.. I thought that you cant use your company phone unless nessecery.. And she even asked the customer to put the ezlink by the customer himself and after she (Employee) done with the transaction she (Employee) asked the costomer to took the ezlink by himself... Is this how you treat your customers? I once work in a 7-11 before.. But I never once treat my customers like that.. I use to smile and say thank you but she (Employee) never once say that to me or smile at me. And once I buy a lighter at this store, and she ask if i'm 18.. Why do you need my ic for buying a lighter? 7-11 next time before you employ someone.. Please make sure that she/he been trained properly... Thank you.. :)

Since you are under 18, they cannot sell you the lighter, fire is a very dangerous thing therefore they cannot sell lighters to minors such as yourself.

Just FYI
7-11 policy is You MUST have ID for every transaction that has tobbaco or tobbaco paraphernalia aka Lighters, matches, pipes, ect
and must check if you appear under 30. Most employess dont check but risk getting fired if they get caught.

7-Eleven rude employee

While purchasing items using the debit machine at 7-11, I thought the credit/debit card in front of the debit machine was a part of the advertisement that it was on. I loudly said that and more to my grandson as I picked it up to look at it. I was not even sure that it was really a credit/debit card & I wanted to read the name. The clerk who never noticed the card until my rambling, said nothing, she just held her hand out. HOW RUDE. No verbal communication, just her hand out to me. I am a 60 year old Black woman; does that make me a thief or a threat to Indian women? Or do they just perceive themselves as better than me? Or do 7-Eleven just employee rude people. If I had wanted to steal the card, I would not have said anything. I just would have picked it up after I scanned my debit card and put it in my purse. If my grandson had not been with me I would have showed her that I could be as ill-mannered as her.

Location: 320 North Arch Rd., Richmond, VA 23236. Normally, I do not write any comments/complains, but this employee is uncalled for. I tried looking at her name tag, but it was blocked, thus I could not obtain her name. However, she is an African-American lady, short-hair, about 5'7, and has a big mole on her lip (that's the only characteristic I remember of her). Anyway, this is the third time she has done something like this, and I thought that she needs to have an attitude make-over. My first incident was when my friend was buying drinks, and this Hispanic man was trying to purchase a money order from her. She then denied this Hispanic man's purchase, because he doesnt speak any English. Seeing this, my friend tried to help him out, and because we do understand a bit of Spanish, (we are Asians by the way- Filipino), he helped him get his money order. This cashier lady was pissed, perhaps because my friend had helped him. The whole time, she would mutter words under her breath. Second incident was when my friend went to purchase lottery tickets. He purchased ONE 'easy-pick' ticket, and as he was paying for this ticket, he notices that he has another dollar bill in his pocket, so he told this same cashier if he could get another 'easy-pick.' This lady takes the dollar bill, and snaps: Why didnt you just buy 2 tickets in the first place? My friend, not knowing that he had another dollar bill, told her: Well, because I didnt think I had enough money in my pocket. Anyway, I was shocked how this lady was rude and has a diva-like attitude. Who talks to their customers that way? The third incident occurred when my friend and I went to buy scratch game tickets. This same cashier lady asked for my ID (as flattering as this might sound, I am in my 30s and I do look my age and the fact that she has NOT asked the ID's of other people that 'look' younger than I do). So to my luck, it happens that I left my wallet at home, so of course, I couldnt purchase it. But then when my friend tried to buy a scratch game 'immediately' after I was denied, she 'refused' to sell this scratch game ticket to him (having his ID) and she stated: I wont sell you this ticket, because your friend (which is me) wanted it. My thought, first of all, was, are you kidding me? He has his ID, and these are separate purchases. My friend and I always buy a scratch game there. He wasnt buying me one to begin with. So after this incident, my friend, who has had enough, tells me: You see how bad their service is, that person is an a**h***. I told him to just leave. So we left. (I understand that this foul language wasnt correct, but this cashier lady isnt exactly right either). We came home and grabbed my ID, and went back to this same 7-Eleven store to purchase the scratch game that I wanted. This lady tells me that she refused to sell me this ticket because I cursed at her. I told her that it was not me, that it was my friend. And she says: I'm refusing to sell you this ticket because you're with him. Then she said, "I have the cops on you and I wrote your plate number, and you're on video that you cursed at me." I was THINKING: Are you kidding me? You're the one who is BEYOND rude and a jerk! You have NO right to refuse me a ticket, just because I''m with someone who cursed at you. It doesnt make sense. I was beyond shock, so I left, embarrassed in front of many customers. This African-American, short-hair, about 5'7, and has a big mole on her lip cashier lady, located in 320 North Arch Rd., Richmond, VA 23236 NEEDS an attitude check. She is beyond rude and disrespectful. If you are the manager of this 7-Eleven store and reading this complaint, please do something about this lady. She treats her customers like piece of s**t, or maybe just us Asians and Hispanics. We've been giving business to this store for almost 2o years, and I cannot believe how BAD the service we have received, not once or twice, but THREE times. If you visit this 7-Eleven store, then you'll know who I'm describing here. She is an employee beyond belief. What a DISGRACE! Come to think of it, my friend called her that name that suits her! What an a**h***!

Every time we go to this location late night (which is rather frequent) it's usually a pretty pleasant experience. Lately this greasy mulleted guy has either been hired or his hours shifted to where it rather unfortunately frequently overlaps my visits. Each visit is plagued with silent grunting and a short temper, one instance even involving him raising his voice to my friend. This most recent visit, however, mostly involved his silence and not only refusal to acknowledge a considerate "how is your night going?" but to respond to it by tossing a candy bar back onto the counter at us. Or rather than toss, quickly dropped at an angle towards us, either way the bar was cracked once open and the gesture was not appreciated. As unpleasant as that whole experience was, it was downright insulting to have him loudly mock my friend and I as we left. That isn't to say that he simply turned away and spoke ill, that is to say that from our vehicle in the parking lot I could understandably hear and see him flapping his hands back and forth in an insulting fashion and making "nyeh nyeh nyeh" sounds. I used to like coming to this location when the staff that worked over-nights was friendly and courteous, but with the increasing hostility shown towards me from this employee with every visit, I'm tempted to take my business to the Maverik or Chevron's down the street.

So you see a debit card laying on the counter, and instead of handing it to the clerk like any reasonable person would do, you very loudly started talking about the card as being part of the advertisement. Being black is no excuse for your stupidity.

Hi - ok first sounds like this clerk has a bad attitude and is NOT providing good cust service. Now on the ticket issue. I am a 7 eleven manager and we MUST id anyone who appears under 30 and we have to take into acccount you look younger on the video to loss pervention.
Its poss the other cust she may have known or checked in the past.
In CA its the law that if a person dose not have a valid ID we can not sell to anyone with that person. Its called a second party transaction and is aginst the law. The clerk should have Politly explained that to you.
She faild here as well. And I want to thank you for helping the cust with
his money order - that was nice of you. :)

On 09/29/2012 around 11:25a.m i purchased 2 lottery tickets.i notice after i got home i had #123 & # 125 so where was# 124 which would've been my ticket. i calls the manager to complain glenda (cashier), .was in the background yelling i needed to go to gambling anoymous saying all kind of rude disrespectful things and wat's so bad the manger was standing by her while i was complaining they made me feel real bad because i complained or that i was in the wrong.I good to the store to purchase items not to be treated as if i was the one stealing.I called back to get information on how to file a complaint the manager refused to give it to me(ex.lottery retailer license# phone numbers to corp.hung up in my face. i call back they would not answer. On 10/01/2012 i went in 7-11 around 10:25a.m with my tickets the manager seen them she would check it out ok i would like for someone else to do it because if she let her employees treat customers that way. This would be the second time that store#57110 has had issues with the lottery ok when this resolved and 124 was a winner then that should be my winnings.I bought 2 tickets, the 1st was 123 wheres 124 125 shouldn't have ever been in my possession pull the tape for 09/29/2012 at 11:25a.m

Humm, well they should have given you the Phone #

what prob happened as has happend in my store alot is a cust asked for the same ticket mabey 2 or 3 and then changed thier
mind or did not have the money. The clerk then has to stick the lose tickes back and they may not get reissued in order.
They dont have any way of knowing which ones are the winners so im sure they were not trying to cheat you.

7-Eleven employee

well I don't know if it was because I'm white maybe. anyway I was in line and when I first got to the store there were at least six maybe seven people ahead of me finally I was next in line when a Latina woman walked in and stood behind me by then it was my turn.I couldn't believe it he took her right there in front of me .I thought that was very rude also he was either middle eastern or Latino as well .I'm not sure that was the reason but truly I can't think of any other reason he would do that almost as if I wasn't even there at all. so I turned around and walked out and drove directly across the rd. to the circle K store . I just was shocked HOW THEY DO BUSINESS at this location I know I will never again be a customer of 7 eleven . this happened 6/11/2012 8:00-8:30am. please see to this man is corrected that is unacceptable behavior under all circumstances thank you much.

7-Eleven insecure ugly male employee insults female customer to feel better about himself

this is a complaint about an idiotic employee at 7-11 near alafaya mcculloch rd in orlando ... im sick of insecure disgusting males out there who feel the dire need to insult pretty women just to make their pathetic selves feel better...why are males in this society such insecure pieces of ### who do this to attractive women? If you loser men see a pretty girl...you feel it the need to belittle her instantly so you can feel superior to her? really SAD and bizarre. I went to this 7-11 june 9th later at night. I was 2nd in line and there was a tall brown haired loser working at the cash register. He began looking at me strangely so I thought...ok theres another one...INSECURE male and i bet he's going to insult me in some form... first he said "how are you doing" in a sort of derogatory way like I was a child...then he gave me a weird look as if something was wrong with me-- then he looked at my shirt and made a motion with his hand on his shirt...like something was there and said "youuu have ... something" as if... i had something bad there... it wasnt even my turn to be rung up! this low life geek was helping another customer and decides to jump in and INSULT me while he was helping someone else! he just couldn't wait! I looked down at my shirt and noticed a few minor water stains... really? so every customer who walks into 7-11 you want to point out if they have a ketchup mustard stain or a small WATER stain on their shirt? REALLY? FUKING LOSER?! then as I knew what the creep was doing.. i just shrugged...like wtf? then he gave me a look like "oh ermmm SHRUG" himself...like "oh you dont care about that"? basically without doing a whole lot trying to demean insult me and act as if my reaction to hsi total stupidity was strange... really i awnted to say to this pitiful ###...hey ### loser...you want to point out 'water stains' on my shirt like im a stupid child... just because im coming in to buy something from a 7-11 you stupid nutbag? REALLY? but this is what the male species has devolved to-- insecure bags of trash who upon seeing a pretty female will just belittle her immediately because these low lifes feel "she's too good for them." I wasnt intending to get into the psychological rantings during this complaint but i wanted to bring it forward because as a pretty female i am very SICK and DISGSUTED of males treating me this way... but I will say that if you go to 7-11 be forewarned that some ### low life species of trash worker idiot male there might point out that your hair isnt perfectly in place or attempt ot find some flaw in you derogatorily in order to put you down and make his ugly pathetic pitiful self feel better. At this one particularly some idiot will derogatorily attempt to point out a few water stains on your shirt...as some kind of a big deal...and try to make you feel stupid for it... i wanted to point at his head and say "oh...that...is that thing on your neck"? its hideous and gross... get a clue you ### males out there who are like this to women esp this gimp working at that place...you can't try to bring people down in order to feel better about yourself and esp not CUSTOMERS JUST COMING INTO SHOP AT A STORE IDIOTS! if you cant handle being in the presence of an attractive girl without having to insult the [censored] out of her- then i suggest not being in an environment wher you have to deal with all kinds of people you incompetent idiots or just shut your ugly mouths!

7-Eleven 7-11 forces customers to listen to tv commercials in store

I hate being forced to listen to TV commericals while inside a 7-11 store and getting my coffee. I am a regular customer 6-7 days a week and spend $4.00 every day on coffee, donut, & newspaper. Almost every day I get to hear the same stupid commericals about 7-11 blaring very loudly over the coffee area. It is very annoying and hard to have a conversation with anyone standing right next to me. It is so bad, you cannot even hear yourself think. If this continues, I'm going to take my business elsewhere! If you would also like to complain about this, call 7-11 at [protected].

7-Eleven no receipt & denial of discount coupon

On or about 21:05 hrs todat 3.19.12 at the above store I wanted to buy Pepsi 2 Litir bottle. It had a discount coupon by the manufacturer attached on it. The cashier an old asian lady took of all the the coupons of the Pepsi bottles and said she will not accept it because she will not make money. She will not reason and was set in her ways and spoke in a rude manner. I still bought the pepsi and she failed to give me a receipt for $ 2.11. I do not plan to go back on that store which closer to my house. Some one needs to retrain her in cutomer service and eplain to her that the manufacturer will honor the discount and that she will not loose money.

i went to my neighbourhood 7 eleven store, in Serengoon North ave 1.
at 8:30pm, ..I went there to top up my sister ezlink. i went in with a smile, but that guy just look gave me an unwilling smile.. thinking positively, probably his tired, i dun mind about it. When i was talking to him, he was staring blankly at me, that i had to repeat twice. i asked him " U have an ezlink concession here, right" cause i know the stores in s'pore do have this service. i pass him the ezlink and said that i want to top up concession, and explain to him top up monthly.. which it is already the simplest explanation, for a staff to understand. he was slouching at the cashier machine and ans me, with low serivce.. " i dunno...we dont have..." What kind of service am i getting...? He is a filipino guy. with so much attitude, i would not want this kind of service, n have to pay 50 cents for this kind of service, cause his atitude, do not even worth a single cent. i do hope, that you look into this matter. the neighbourhood do not have this problem, till this filipino came... i'm totally pissed.. if this guy is not getting out of the store, i'm not ever going to go to the store. Comparing me and him, i think i deserve the privilegde more than this rude foreigner guy. i do not have the proof, cause i really dont expect this day to come to me&i rather complaint straight to the website, where proper complaints are filed.

7-Eleven sexual harassment

One of the male employees continuously kept asking my girlfriend for her name and number when she was trying to buy a bit bite hot dog. Even after she paid he would not leave her alone. I came in the store and made sure he realized his mistake would not go unnoticed. I hope 7-Eleven has enough integrity to not employ sexist pig employees like the man tonight.

On the New Year's eve (31 Dec), I visited the store (958, W. Diversey Parkway, Chicago, IL-60614) at around 20:20hrs to pick up some stuff. I asked my fiancee to stand by the counter, while I went to grab the items.

Soon, I heard something and saw one of the employees trying to verbally harass my fiancee. Here are some comments that he passed with inappropriate gestures, to my fiance who stood turned away from him:
"You seem to be crying", "Do you need a tissue?", "Where are you guys partying tonight?", "You need some guys to party with you?" etc. etc.

I mean what business does he have to talk to a female customer? The guy looked Asian or maybe South-American (surely not a white or black) and all this in front of me and other customers.

The other employee stood by and was smiling sheepishly as if in acknowledgment. I have reported the incident to 7-Eleven customer care ... let's see what they do.
