Placed order on 04/01/08, sent check on 04/02/08, check cleared on 04/07/08. I have called at least 15 times to check on the status of my order and they give me different answers every time. In an instance i am told the order has shipped and some times i am told the order will ship on Friday. They will not give me refund either. PLEASE HELP!

I"ve been through everything everyone else has been through - the calling, the waiting, the holding, the hanging up on and I requested a refund and I filed a complaint with the BBB. NY textiles decided to send me about 1/6 of my order and call it "resolved" with the BBB. Now the BBB has told us to see an attorney or go to a small claims court. I can't believe I have to deal with this order. Its been about 2 months since I first ordered from them. And great, now NY textiles has their people flooding the complaint board about their credibility.

I need to print a retraction: STOP EMAILING ME!!! IVE HAD ENOUGH OF PEOPLE NOT BOTHERING TO READ ALL OF THE COMMENTS AND SENDING ME THE QUESTION "Help, i dont know what to do."

THAT IS NOT SOMETHING I WILL BOTHER JUSTIFYING WITH A RESPONCE MOST TIMES. I HAVE POSTED ON HERE ALL OF THE LINKS YOU WILL NEED AND EVERYTHING I HAVE AS A RESOURSE.

SO I HEREBY RETRACT MY OFFER TO HELP YOU PEOPLE, IM SORRY TO THOSE OF YOU WHOM ARE ON THE LOSING END AND HAVE READ AND STILL HAVE QUESTIONS, BUT FROM THIS POINT IN, NO MORE. THE ACCOUNT IS BEING CLOSED AND IM OPENING A NEW ONE. THE STUPID QUESTIONS NEED TO END.
