I just recently tryed to cancel my account with your company and I am trying to get a refund back. I was told the only way to get my refund is for me to go online and to submit this information. I'm just requesting that I get a refund back. Can you please help me?
Just to let you know I got hit by these crooks too. I was looking for a payday loan online and didn't see that the box was already checked on a form evidently allowing them to scam me of $31.98. I searched for the company online and called the customer support line, I gave the lady an earful. I told them they scam artists who use sneaky tactics to steal peoples money. She told me to go to www.idtheftrefund.com and fill out a form and I would hear back in 72 hours if I could get one. I explained the situation in the form provided. At the end of the form I also informed them that if I did not recieve a refund within 2 days that I would report them to the attorney generals office, the better business bureau, and I would call Fox 2 problem solvers and have them do a story on their company scaming people out of their money. I filled out the form yesterday and guess what the money is back in my account right now. Do not put up with this company threaten to file complaints and expose them and they will give your money back. You don't have to be out $32.
I have just read all the above complaints and I am appalled that this is happening to so many people! However, I know you have to be very careful what information you give out on the internet. I have learned my lesson and will be very very careful in the future. I too was seeking a short-term loan and did NOT authorize "SafeIDSupp 8665926439 to take $31.98 out of my account. When I called them they said to get on this website, fill out an application, and my money would be returned. After I saw all of these complaints, I called them back and the woman assured me no, no, no, this is the website, blah, blah, blah. Long story short, I called my bank and put a stop payment on the $31.98 and my money will be credited back to me.
i am very pissed off with this company. I put in for a damn pay day loan and you took $31 out of my account. That makes no damn since. I want my money back in my account today. This is bullshit and it is not ok.
They did it to me too!!! They are a rip off they hang up on you.Told me my money would be back in my bank in 72hr.That never happen.They are a SCAM!!! They took $31.95 out of my bank!!!
These people dont do nothing but take your money. I applied for a loan, didnt get the loan but later on there were charges coming out of my account supposedly for some ID Theft that I dint apply for. They need to be stopped. I had to close my account and reopen a new account.

31.85 was debited from my checking account and i did not intend to authorize that transaction since i knew my account could not cover it. Iwas told that the money debited from my account would be restored on 8/22/08.the cancellation number is 2732103.please return my funds in full asap.
I am very upset to think a company would screw customers and steal money from checking accounts with out consent. They should have other charges stated plainly so this confution does not happen.I will never get any kind of pay day loan again. It is a crock of SHIT to take advantage of people when they are already in a jam.
IM writing ya"ll to comfirm that I ask a representitive to cancel the I D theft about a week ago and they comfirm that IT was done .SO today I call my bank refer to them about my account and it is in the negative because they"re still taking money out of my account .THE balance is $31.85 they withdrawn from my account and im request my money so it can go back in my account. my comfirmation number is:2846912.
