I was told that I signed for this services when I applied for a Last Chance Payday Loan in Jan 2008. I told them it was an ERROR so they canceeld my account however, I was unable to apply for a refund for my refund over the phone told to go to www.cancelidtheft.com tried could not get a request form called back told to go to www.idtheftrefund.com got this site to file a complaint still have not been able to apply for my refund of $160.30. taken from Jan 2008 until May 2008 $31.98. HELP
someone needs to do something the help people stop been SCAMMED by these online companies.

I was also given the web site to get a refund back and put back into my account of 31.98 dollars. ID # 2391291 is this another trick. That money was taken out without my permission and everydollar counts in my books.

After fighting with this company about finding the refund site foe 3 weeks now finally figured it out. go to cancelidtheft and click on live chat, ask for the site for your refund and make sure u have your cancel conformation # which u can also get from live chat and click on the site they type back to u. Thats the only way to get to it. try typing it in yourself u wont get it only message boards. I never authorized anyone to go into my account and didnt know about this so called company till my bank account bounced from it. Also I cancelled back on May 9th and on may 15th they took another .02 cants and did that again the very next day plus all the bank fees from this. So watch your account even after they cancel u. Something needs to be done with this compant!!

I applied for a loan not ID theft protection but instead i was charged a $30.00 fee for youtrying to get $31.98which I did not have in my account that was on the 19th of may but before that on the 16th you also did the same thing, if idon't receive a refund in my account, yes, It is your fault because I did not give my permission, I can get the Better Business Bureau involved and the State Corporation Commission. e-mail a response as soon as possible or just put it in my account. I never signed up no Id Theft. I called my bank to see if my payday loan I signed up for was received into my account and I show a charge of $31.98 taken out of my account. My bank gave me the a number which was 1-866-886-1277 and says called this company because they are the ones who took money out of my account. When I called some guy answered the phone very rudelyand tells me that I signed up for this protection. I told him I did not and I want my refund back on my account because I have 4 kids in which one is a 6 month old and I stuggling very hard to put food in me and my kids mouths. he tell me to come to this website and request a refund. I told him, I don't think it's fair and he just hung up the phone on me. I will never apply for another loan online again. I pray I don't, with the price of gas and food I doubt it. I just wish people wouldn't take advantage of other people.
