I work in a law firm, I went into the computer at work to apply for a cash advance, and the next day i look and I see that 31.98 was taken from my account. I dont know anything about this, these people have all of my personal information! I had my bank submit a calm and the funny thing is that when I put the email address in that they give to cancel, that I got from my bank account. It directs me to this site!! I want my money back.

I do not undersatnd,

What I do not understand is that all I'm seeing are people's complants. Where is the web site or the information to get your money back ? A complaint does not help me. Can you offer a way to contact the states attory's office to file the complaint; if this place is in America?
So if is true that the statements form those listed in these complaint statements, what can we do?

i apply for a payday loan and they charge me 31.58 for Id theft program that i did not know about plus i did not the loan. I applied for a cash advance on on-line and it asked me if i wanted id theft protection i checked off no thanks and on 8/29/08 they withdrew $31.98 from my account so please credit my account since this was an error on there behalf
