I work in a law firm, I went into the computer at work to apply for a cash advance, and the next day i look and I see that 31.98 was taken from my account. I dont know anything about this, these people have all of my personal information! I had my bank submit a calm and the funny thing is that when I put the email address in that they give to cancel, that I got from my bank account. It directs me to this site!! I want my money back.

I was charged 31.98 the out of my bank account now i owe my bank due to a now negitive balance .My bank gave me the merchants # and once i got ahold of someone i want a full refund into my account I spoke with a representive just now and gave me this site to have this money put back into my checking account. I also got several transactions of 31.98 taken from my account, which put me into overdraft several times. I want all funds to be refunded including the overdraft charges immediately.

I am so tired of the run around your service gives. I have to type this website, enter this number, put in this website, type this number etc etc etc.

You can't even hear or speak to a real operator. They all don't even listen to you, and I can tell they are tape recording everything because of the clicks and the clunks, and the booms. Make it real. Now I really know this company is fake.

I visited a site looking for cash advance and next thing I knew my account had been debited for 31.98. Blew my mind that this company took it upon themselves to debit my bank account for their personal benefit. I have contacted this place two times, was given a confirmation number to go to a site and request my 31.98 be refunded, talked to someone two times on live chat and was always told to look for an email confirmation with the subject your refund. It has been a month and nothing. I am contacting them one more time and then going straight to the attorney generals site to leave a complaint and then hopefully get a refund.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK this is illeagal you took money without permission and I will be going to the court first thing Monday morning. This is steeling you took $31.98 and now the overdraft fee this is costing me more than $80. that I don't have.
I work very hard to provide for my family and I just fell into a bad moment and try to apply for a loan I guess the druggies and theives that take what they want don't have to worry about things like this oh wait a minute, what this company has done is exactly what these THEIVES do they steal what they wan with no right to do so.

It would be nice to be able to apply for a refund for a service that I never requested without having to sort through all kinds of garbage. This is time consuming and very unnessary. There didn't appear to be any problem in your taking money from my account, however, I seem to be having problems finding the site to not only get it back but just apply for "MY" money.
