Ordered sample of tea. Paid delivery charges. The n my card was charged $29.99. I paid this since they said I signed agreeing to this amount. Now I'm charged 19.99 I had cancelled on April 5. i never received more tea. and I don't want it

I agree with them all. It all scam and cheater. I've called them to cancel and they still took the money out of my acct. Called them again and now they want return item. Why should I have to pay to return them. Only got one box and it suppose to be the sample and I paid the shipping and handling.. Will NOT ever deal with them again and will not recommend to anyone.. I want my order cancel and stop taking money out of my acct.

Please stop charging my account . I ordered the free trial offer. My account was charged shipping and handling. I received one shipment of tea my account has since been charged an additional 29.95 05-13-08 and 34.95 05-26-08. Please do not send charge my account anymore. You ask for a order # there was no information in the package. Your company seems to be a scam. You will be reported to the BBB.

My order # is T2023 - 1184620, according to the box I received of my last 2 month order.
the other numbers I found were ORD47152 AND THE ITEM# WAS 2183366139755027
That is about all of the numbers I can find on my delivery.

I wish to cancel my orders from now on--as I will be away for the next while - out of the country--if I decide to continue I will call you-or email you.
For now please make my cancellation official IMMEDIATELY-- thanks
