I purchased PFD (play for differences) trading software from Tradesmart Technologies 5 weeks ago. In that time I have been able download the software and complete one trade. Rob Anderson has repeatedly missed training sessions and I have yet to complete training. He will not answer e-mails or return calls. I have tried for hours to put trades on however they have grossly over stated the capability of the software and the ease of trading. Most of the trades cannot be used because the bookmakers don't accept moneybookers.

Because they have failed to complete my training in the system and they have misrepresented the true of their capability I have asked for my money back. I cannot get hold of anyone at Tradesmart and they are not returning calls. I have heard from other customers in New Zealand who also want their money back due to product misrepresentation.

I would be interested in hearing from any other people who are having the same issues.

Still here reading your amusing posts Roger. It seems that most agree that once you put the effort in to get started the program works. I wonder if you joined this thinking you were going to 'get rich quick'. Unfortunately Roger I have found that you never get something for nothing, but have found with this as long as you put the work in and follow the training you will profit.

Yes Tradesmart Technologies are definitely scammers. I was also sucked in by the amazing brochure which totally mis-represents the product with statements such as "guaranteed profit", "the program does all the work for you", "PFD trading is risk free", etc etc !!! For gods sake don't gete sucked into this crap program if you are considering purchasing. I had the program for a month and got only one training session and was promised many other but no phone call came, never got to do a trade. I even asked if you had to set up an account with every bookie and they outright lied and said you only needed a moneybookers account to bet with all. Even with that account you still need an account with every bookie you want to use and even then you find alot of them don't even take moneybookers ! When you complain they will say you are the only unhappy person to have bought the program, yeah right ! I am keen to put a class action lawsuit together, please email me.

Tradesmart are undoubtedly scammers and are committing fraud on a massive scale. They appear to target small business owners in Australia and New Zealand. Their sister company Baranstone appears to be targeting the UK. Their marketing material make blatantly false and purposefully misrepresentative claims about potential returns. They have two bogus 'review' websites pfdinfo.co.uk and sorttradingguide.co.uk, the competitors listed on these sites are Tradesmart / Baranstone creations.

I bought the software 7 months ago and all I've experienced are lies, excuses and stalling. I've just uploaded to this site a full report on my dealings with Tradesmart and the discoveries I've made regarding their fraudulent activities, a 'Tradesmart Technologies' search should link you to it.

The positive comments in this thread have undoubtedly been made by Tradesmart themselves. If there are any genuine individuals who have placed positive comments I invite you to provide proof that the claims of the Tradesmart marketing material are true and that you have consistently made profits and compounded earnings on high value amounts of $20, 000 plus.

If you're holding out for a refund, unfortunately judging by my experiences and others I've been in touch with it will never come. The guarantee is bogus and although they may agree to refund you, they will simply drag out there dealings with you and lie to you in order to keep your hopes up.

We need to all link up and take action against these scammers. Please email me.

contact the Queensland office of fair trading and lodge a complaint also post information on the net regarding this scam for all to see.I dont know what has happened to Dillon and Shane and Jane. hi all i just got email from jolly rodger thought id come back and update, for a start i dont work for tradesmart andrew dearns you retard im just like everyone else on here trying to make a easy buck
here are my tips, im currently working with $12000nzd so 6000euro
i am making 28% per month and i realize that tradesmart server which is locate in uk is stuffing up lately which is setting everyone back so tradesmart ozzie cant do fuck all bout that, but im sure the global live network will be fixed sooner or later right now for tips

these tips will only help if you trading over 3000euro
1.open multiple money bookers accounts .say one under you, your dad, your partner, your mum etc.etc
2. increase your moneybookers acc as they raise your limits if you ask, but u will need muliple accounts
3. open mulitiple bookies accounts your only using 25 bookies not the whole 50-75 they give
4. make up a list of questions you need to know from bookies such as wats house limits, whats withdrawl fees etc.i already know what all them are but am not going to reveal them as i did my homework not like some lazy moaning c*nts on here
5. now i know they tell you, u can trade everyday but thats one thing i will disagree with, unless you half your money into 2 bets which is waste of time, the most reliable trade is 1-2% so if on monday you make a 2% trade with say 6000euro which i use, you will have to have 3moneybookers accounts with 2000 euro in them each, then transfer, what the program says to the 2 bookies and make the bets
then on the tuesday go to the bookies account and it will be updated with the winnings then withdrawl back to moneybookers which will take another day so wensday you make your next 2% trade then with drawl on thursday etc.etc as you can see you will be able to make 14 trades a month (28days) and if you get a trade over 2% then its just a bonus, so after 28days you will have 28% of your investment which i then withdraw from my 6 moneybookers accounts to all the bank accounts, and then have everyone withdraw the cash and give it to me and start the process again the next month

no one said this was going to be easy money and the way i do it, is a hassle but once all accounts are running smoothly as in being verified and having to send thur all the id's then you will see its worth it, and as to all the faggots that complain about the program and winge like a bunch of fukin infants stop being bitches and do some homework ive been unemployed for ages yet managed to come out on top with this program its not rocket science(sorry to admin for the language)it just pisses me off

if your trading under 2000euro then just one account to work off as you will only be spliting your money into say 800euro on one bet and 1200 on the other and all bookies allow this

also watch out when your trading with 5dimes they charge 15usd to with draw back to moneybookers

jade thanks for those tips mate i wish i had of read your comment before i brought the program because i would not have bothered purchasing it with all the hassel, at the end of the day tradesmart have missrepresented the program and lied .
They told me there were only a few programs left to sell,
the worst anybody has traded was 26000 in one year,

all of these are a lie and it was these points that sold me the program
they have broken the law (fair trading act )

hi all yes i know what they say is a bunch of shit, but luckly for me i had mate who had the program
and got to toy around with it i know they put up alot of trades that arent there and show 7% and these glourious figures but the turth is by law they have to put up a 1% each day, so i guess 1-2% of 1000 euros is garbage if you look at it like that but hey if an unemployed bum like me can scrap together 6000euro which then gets you 120euro off each 2% trade times 14 trades a month which then works out to be 1680
which then works out to be 3360nzd a month or bout 3000 australian a month then no its not worth going to work cause i can make 800nzd a week which is higher than the average new zealand wage
not sure if this enough for uk owners thou pretty expensive shithole over there,
any ways, not sure why they wont refund your money thou retarded monkey, i havent came across this as i am happy enuough with the program, but i will suggest which i thought of the other day, put your program on ebay and give all the crap speil that tradesmart do if you live in australia or trademe if you live in nz, even if you get a bad feedback who cares you got your money back, i know that sounds ruthless but hey i garenntee half of you will try it, and thanks jane didnt know 5dimes did that thats very handy, and to rodger yes i myself expereinced this with my mate who was showing me the ropes and got the first bet on of 500euro and the bet went off before second bet, it was the only time il watch a tennis game hoping the outsider would win but amusing as it was both our money, so what we did next time was wait a little while longer so that we knew bets would be there awhile not just wait for them to come up and quickly get them on, and also get both bets to final stage and push them simoultansley (sorry bout spelling), also i know you are not sure how you will know if the next button is the final stage or place bet thats why i went to all bookies sites and bet 1$ at the start and wrote down which is final stage and which is place bet as they all differ, i hope this helps you all, i may have to check back as it looks like some of you need help

I have also found many holes in the Tradesmart system, most of which have been mentioned above. The time it takes to move money around the accounts is longer than the odds are even available for. I had bookies rejecting bets because the value was too high at 300 Euros and I could only bet 75 Euros. I had allready placed the other half of the bet so I had to find another bookie with close to the same odds to reduce my losses.
In my opinion this is Fraud via misrepresentation!

I agree, Tradesmart have not represented the product truthfully.
The system has been "down" for the last 2-3 weeks. I have been on it all day and no trades have come up.
Friday is supposed to be a hot day for trades!
I have managed to do 3 trades in the last 3 weeks. None of them over 3%.
I was promised an average of 5 %.
Some of the trades are untradable as bets will be available on one site for one side of the trade, but the other site doesn't show the bet at all - Usually Betcris!

Rob Anderson is a lying mongrel. Says he will ring you back, never does. Jo is good for training.

The system doesn't work as they advertised!

Jade is rob and Hapuku is also full of shit. After a few big trades with anyt bookies they will limit your bets. This is pretty much garanteed. You dont have time to merrily go around placing bets because the odds dont hang around for that long...so multiple accounts still doesnt get around these issue. Also some bookies dont accept the bets straight away so you can get one side on but not be garaunteed the other. Please feel free to email me and i can tell you the low down. The software doesnt even work propally, the filters dont filter out sports with different rules.

Tradesmart Technologies agreed to refund my purchase of their PFD software in early April after failing to complete the training required to operate it and agreeing that it did not perform as sold. Rob Anderson has told me on an almost daily basis that the directors would be depositing the money on my card. After 4 weeks of calls and e-mails I still have not received my refund. This company is a scam and you should stay well away from them. I have also found a warning about them on the ASIC website. I have been contacted by other disgruntled customers and we will be seeking legal redress as they have breached the Fair Trading act in NZ by selling hear in this manner. This company cannot be trusted and are promising refunds to try to keep you from complaining, they have no intentions of honouring their word.
