For those of you who would like a phone number for these people, I just called them. It is 1-877-481-6825. I only got refunded two months of my recurring credit card charge of 12.00, however they gave me an address to write and try to get the rest back. It is:

I agree with all the above. I have the same problems. Can't seem to stop them from taking my money from my checking account! The next questions is AP9*24PROTECTPL the same as CIC triple Advantage?

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I was also unaware that I would be charged for multiple months. I saw that I was charged a second month and was unable to locate their phone number. Once I did locate the number, they continually egged me on wanting me to stay with their company. I spent approximately 2minutes literally yelling at this lady to have her get rid of the account. I was suppose to get an email stating that it was cancelled however I have not as of yet.

this company is absolutely absurd!
