The representative /photographer was great but the equipment was outdated/ not working properly. You are supposed to be able to review your pics before you order them but the computer images were distorted and the color on the screen was either all blue or all fuschia! Please up date the equipment for these people!!

I took my four year old daughter and three year old son to have our pics taken for the first time in the Wal-mart at Oxford Commons. I would like to say that Janet did a great job taking pics and also going over the pics that I chose to keep. I must say that my first experience there were just wonderful. Thank you Janet!!

I have always had a good experience at the Wal-Mart in Greenville Tx. I guess as with everything else...it depends on the talent of the photographer. At our store, Caroline always gets a great set of shots. It has been a blessing for this stay at home mom to have one of the "good stores" in our town. You can't beat the price. THANKS- Sharon...With gas @ $4.00 a gallon it gives a new meaning to stay at home mom! :}

have used your company for 3 generations of family pictures. excellent .--however this last setting was very bad. chain0005-studio 5450-week5/11/08 roll 16-customer 003 code 4225 lab3.
posing of the child very unprofessional, had coupon for extra 10x13 (mother day) didnot receive., the most shocking -paid $20.00 extra to receive the prints because I was told I then could take the prints to any store and get extras. I questioned the salesgirl 3 times, as I thought this was too good to be true and I was right, it turned out 1- false statement, 2-salegirl pocketed the $20.00, 3- when I picked up the pictures, that was the time I learned the sorry truth. Also was told the salesgirl had done this to others and they fired her.

I brought my son and grandaughter in for pictures and the sales girl Kimerly was patient with the kids however I feel she could have taken better pictures had she been more focus on the the session than her cell phone. It is important to have more than one person on duty when taking pictures exspecially of small children. We spent a lot of time waiting for her to help other that were stopping by with question and that took time from us. By this time we have gotton fustrated and undecied on extras and left. One last thing, it is not fare to make your customer pay for a package at the time of the shot, due to money and time. We should be allowed to choose a package at time of pick up at a reasonable price. I was told we could only get the package at a certain price on that day. We were not prepared to do that but wanted to purchase all the picture. Please get a better system to allow you customers to purchase more and a good deal as well as have the full attention of the sales person.

i just wanted to say that i had a very good experience with my pictures at walmart in bayou vista, la. the lady had a challenge before her, i took my 4 older grandchildren, ages 9, 7, 5, 2 and myself to get a picture made, she did it and i even ended up buying more than i planned on. studio#10540, i would like that free offer that you mentioned on my receipt please .alisa was the ladys' name who took our pictures.

THE PICTUR ME STUDIO'S WAS GREAT .SHE WAS VERY PROMPT GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND THATS WHERE I WILL GO EVERY TIME.. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOOK FORWARD DOING BUSSINESS AGAIN SOON.

I took my son to get his pictures made at wal-mart Jonesboro Arkansas. The photographer was very patience. and the pictures turned out excellent. I do agree they need new backgrounds. But, the employees are really nice and polite.

I have been very please with the quality of the pictures I have received from The Picture Me studio. I have been there twice for my sons pictures, and will continue to go there for future pictures.
