The representative /photographer was great but the equipment was outdated/ not working properly. You are supposed to be able to review your pics before you order them but the computer images were distorted and the color on the screen was either all blue or all fuschia! Please up date the equipment for these people!!

The photographer was very good and did a wonderful job with my son. I liked all the poses she took with him in it.

My Granddaughter took her daughter to the wal-Mart supercenter store#1976 in Horseheads, NY. to get her pictures taken and she said she would never go there again to get pictures taken because of the rudeness of the photogopher, she complained about the baby crying, and when she came to get the pictures she got mad because she didn't buy all the pictures and riped up the rest of them in front of her. As af former wal-mart associate i know that you don't act that way to the customers. come on store managers and fix this problem

I took my new grandson to Bonsac Walmart and our Nichole was the photographer she was great with the baby (he was 3 weeks old). She was very patient and creative. She stayed over to take our photos because we had asked her to, because we had been there a few days earlier to have pictures made, we had called ahead to make sure they were going to be open teh hours on the answering service were up to 7:00 pm, we got there @ 6:15 and was informed by an extremely rude man that thye just changed thier hours the day before to 6:00 pm and we would have to come back another day, I work until 6:00 as I explained to him and he said you will just have to come back on a Saturday when I eas not working I was furious and left. I did go back on Saturday because I wanted to have my grandsons pictures taken and thank goodness we got Nicole. Thank you Nicole for a great job and a positive attitude not like your co-worker.

i took my 5 yr old son on 5/19/08 to get his photos taking . his brother and sisters just got their school photos so he was not to happy, but the lady taking the photos was very good with him she let him know the photos where all about him and let him pick out backgrounds and things he wanted in the photos. she made him feel like a big boy. he was very happy with is photos. but when he ask to have me in the photo she said ok mommy and son that would be a good photo. that made him happyer then ever, and now he tells everyone thats his favorite photo. and all the photos came out very good! THANK YOU!!!

I HAD A WONDERFUL VISIT. MY CHILDREN ARE VERY DIFFICULT AND SHE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I WOULD LIKE MY PHOTOS. I DON'T LIKE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET THE PICTURES BACK...BUT FOR THE PRICE IT'S WORTH IT.

I had my 19 month old daughter's pics taken at wal-mart store#0936 and the expierence was terrible. The photographer was very bad. She was inexpierenced and all the pics were bad. They were ready on may 14 and I go to walmart at least twice a week and every time I go I stop by to see if I can pick up my pics and no one is ever in the studio. I have been there 3 times already, and still haven't got my pics. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Effingham, Il walmart

I had a great experence with picture me. They really try hard to make the children smile. There was great pictures.

The only negative thing I have to say is that they need to upgrade their computer software. The pictures are red and not clear. I think people would buy more photos if the images were better.

I have had nothing but good expieriences with Picture Me studios, with the exception of one time. I have had twelve sittings in three years. At the Crossville, TN Studio I had my son's three month pictures I ordered the 70$ package. The photographer assured me that the pictures would be cropped, because they were off center. Other than that they turned out cute. When I came to pick them up She quickly skimmed through them and it wasn't until I had already paid for them that I realized they were not cropped right, in fact his legs were cut out, and the other side of the picture was all background. There were bad spots on another photo, and one of the backgrounds had a defect that she had assured me would not show up but it did. There was a sticker on my envelope that said the pictures were not acceptable, and that the sales associate would let me know. She didn't, and it wasn't until months latter that I realized that I copuld have done something about it.
I love picture me studios, I just had a lousy photographer.

Most of the studio's are being converted to digital as we speak, which will resolve the poor visual quality problems. As of right now, there is no way to view them online.

The stores that close are the low performing studios. Not enough business to off set the cost of being open.

As for the background issues... when digital happens, the studios will be left with next to nothing. Black, Brown, Blue, white.. and a small assortment of the panel backgrounds. From what I understand, new backgrounds will roll out, but they will be plain as well. The Muslins, for full body shots.

Classic photography is the new owners hope for Picture Me. What they fail to understand is that Picture Me has built their business by offering variety. Taking said variety away will only hurt them.

I have no complaints because the photographer was such a sweetheart. They upgraded their equipmtent so she was not very informative with the package prices...but her interaction with my son and overall attitude made up for it.

my daughter and i are long term customers at 27 and oklahoma mw wi. we love joy she is great and deserves raises and promotions. i think you need 2 people to make things faster though. way too busy for 1 person to do everything.
