www.greentea.performancehealthusa.com: it was suppose to be a 30day trial and then have the choice to cancel and all i got was a five day supply and three days later they charged my bank acct 79.95. Does anyone have the number for this I looked up on dex on line and i put all the info in that i had on the little manilla evelope it came in with out a bill of any sort... and dex on line couldn't find them or info on land line...
i just want a freaking number...

This company is set up so that you enroll in a monthly program without really knowing that you've done so, unless you read the FINE print. You will automatically receive the first order within the 10-12 days mentioned in the program. Unless you act VERY quickly, you will not be able to return it within the 30 day time period that began when you placed the initial TRIAL order. By the time you receive the first 30 day supply, you will already be 14-21 days into the deal, with only 9-16 days to cancel and return.

When I spoke with customer support (888-289-8740) they verified that they receive TONS of complaints but aren't actually part of the company that sells the product, they are simply an independent service that fields customer service calls. They don't like dealing with this company due to the sheer number of unhappy customers that they have to deal with every day.

Therefore, BUYER BEWARE!!! Read the fine print and watchout for any already selected options before you order that trial subscription!!! You can probably find this product already available on eBay from someone that already fell for their scam and buy it for a lot less!!!

I misplaced the email address to where I could cancel my order from your comjpany. This has caused me to be over drawen with my bank. If there is anyway you can rfund my money I would greatly appreciate it. I am on a very low fixed income and my doctor recommends me not to take the green tea pills. I did not care for the way the sample bottle made me feel. I will not use any future bottles of them and will return them to you at your expense. Please help me out by giving me back my money. THIS IS A RIP OFF!! I just found out that I have been scammed twice in the amount of $79.95 each time. I never received any paperwork, invoice, statement, etc. of any kind. This is the first time I have gotten caught in something like this. These people are professional scam artists. I will be contacting the BBB, Consumer Protection Agencies & every agency that I can to make them aware of this. This is a joke and it is NOT funny.
I was just told by these jokers billing company that even if I refuse the second bottle (of which I did not order) they will not give me credit back. I can't imagine having to do something like this for a living. You can't even get through to the company that is selling this Hoodia stuff. If you do get somebody it is just their billing company and they are a bunch of very mean people! I will just feel terrible if I had to do people this way. Please tell everyone you know about this! I hate for people to get hooked up with a business like this!!! It is just wrong!

If anybody has any suggestions to help please let me know.

I did search my CC bill and found the charge of $79.95 and called the number after the name PX Performance health. It is a recording telling you to go to the website y0u ordered them from, and I'm having a hard time finding it again, on the Oprah Winfrey website I originally ordered from.
I left them a message about the problem, and I guess next I will call the card company, and make them take it off, I will send their capsules back if I get some results.

I too have been ripped off. There seems to be no way to cancel. My bank account is being hit each month by $69.50. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and have already contacted the bank. If you use a credit card you can have them stop taking this out. If you used a debit card the only way the bank can stop this is to close your acct. That can cause alot of problems with having to notify places that you do bill pay. This will drain my acct. fast at this rate.

The same thing happened to me only th product was the 100 %Acai Berry. We recieved a sample at a charge of $4.95 then another bottle at a charge of $74.95. I called my credit card company and they are filing a complaint with esperformancelife's bank to get us reimbursed and this way they will be flagged if they try to use our card to ship us again.
