Yoursavingsclub.com charged my card monthly membership fees without my authorization. when I contacted them they stated that I had been refunded the amount and was credited back on 2/1/2008. as of today, 2/19/2008 I have not received a credit back from them. i tried to call them to speak to a service rep only to find out that it is an automated system and does not connect you to a rep. there is no option to speak to anyone, if you press zero it tells you that is not an option, and if you stay on the line too long it automatically tells you "good bye" and hangs up on you.

I was charged $l.oo on my credit card this month...I do not remember authorizing anything for membership...
I wish to cancel my membership immediately... Please e-mail me if there is a problem... I am not happy with the
whole situation...

I was getting charged $1.00 every month by this company ever since I checked my credit report. I just called the 1-888-946-7268 number and the first lady I got said she couldn't help cause I was in the states, but I didn't have my membership number to give her. She gave me a 1-888-415-7650 number to call. Before calling the number she gave me I called 1-877-820-7107 to get my membership number. MAKE SURE YOU CALL THIS NUMBER AND GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER BEFORE CALLING TO CANCEL...IT'S ALOT EASIER. I then called the number the lady gave me and it said it would connect me to the next agent. I then got a busy signal and the phone disconnected. So I called the 1-888-946-7268 number again and this time used my membership number and got a guy named Shane. He pulled up my account and said he'd cancel it for me. He also stated he would send a confirmation email which I did actually receive that has a cancellation confirmation number included. So let's hope this actually works.

So for anyone who is getting charged I suggest you call the 1-877-820-7107 to get your membership number then call the 1-888-946-7268 number and give them your membership number. They CAN cancel your account at this number. Do NOT let them tell you to call any other numbers.

Cancel my membership at once. I do not want my credit card used for this membership. It is impossible to get a response so I must alert my credit card to stop payment each month. I gather from the numerous complaints that I am not the only one who has the same problem

I got tired of playing the cancellation game with these fraudulent pri(ks. I cancelled my credit card, had another reissued with a different number and filed fraudulent charges against the company via the charge dispute process.

I guess if enough people do this, maybe the attorney general will get wind of it and shut these $hitbags down.

I kept gettting charged $1.00/month so I had a new debit card issued obviously with different numbers, and I just saw the monthly "membership" charge anyway. I think I'll change banks. The guy in the fraud department at US Bank acted like he worked for "your savings club" and lectured me about how I signed up for a service whether I realized it or not.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for months by telephone. My membership number 7381zip 880. I don't know how to dial "zip" om my phone so I wrote you a letter a couple of months ago, but I did not receive any result. I did some research and found from the date this 1.00 was being deducted started when I ordered Dish net work from an ad insert in our local paper. through some deal pass. However, no auth. was given for this deduction to have ever taken place. It has been 9 months now and if you figure up 1.00 per month per 100, 000 people ...wow... these people are getting wealthy off this scam...
Maybe a Bold attorney will read our complaints and HELP!!! and put an end to this.

I have tried to stop this billing for over a year now! I had CANCELED and a few m0nths later they start billing my account again I've called numbers till I'm blue in the face.

I have been charge $1.00 on my credit card for four or five months. I have call agent @ 1-877-820-7107 twice and received no satisfaction. I never gave permission to charge card. I do not know what this is and was angree enough to cancel my credit card, which I had for 22 years.

Okay, I'm hot on the trail to shutting them down. The Des Plaines newspaper is going to run an article on this SCAM and their business license pulled and all employees are to be fired after this event.

If I don't hear that this company's business license has been pulled within 30 days, I will file a lawsuit against the City of Des Plaines for harboring an illegal website.

You have 36 hours to respond.

I was under the impression that this was free credit report, which I never did get, and AP9 is charging my credit card every month . I tried to get a hold of a live person to get them to stop charging my card, 2 accounts for the same thing, and a recording would ask for my account number, which I don't have one, then would says goodbye and hang up on you . I don't want AP9, PERIOD

I too have called to cancel my membership...I called the 877-820-7107 number, after pressing two, and telling them my membership ID number is says, YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELED. But then I get my bill and again...I am still being charged $1 by this STUPID company! It seems like I should be able to speak to a REAL person and get a confirmation number to prove this account has been canceled.
I guess the only thing to do is to cancel my card?!?!?!

This just started happening to me on 9/26/08. Currently I have four unauthorized AP9 transactions on my checking account. My bank has started legal processings thru their fraud department. I also contacted a lawyer, who has started a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT & INVESTIGATION. Visit them here: http://www.abingtonip.com/classactions.html and then click on AP9. Write them an email & see what they can do for you.

Being in the legal/criminal justice field myself as a parole officer, this makes me extremely annoyed.

This supposed company called: YOURSAVINGSCLUB.COM is owned by ADAPTIVE MARKETING LLC. They have customer service at the number 1-800-962-4106. The website for this mother company is: www.adaptivemarketing.com.

I'm honestly not sure how YOURSAVINGSCLUB.COM got my debit card number. But as of right now, the card has been deactivated. The ONLY company that EVER had this number was BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO. My bank & I have come to the conclusion that it's them. So does my lawyer.
