GPnethelp.com made 2 charges to my credit card. one for 9.99 and one for 34.95. When i called the co to ask what the charges were for they said i signed up for a dating service. I told them i have been married 35 years and didn't think so. lol. They very quickly said they would cancel the membership and credit my account.

I called my credit card co and told them and they advised i cancel the card and get a new one which i did. I don't know how they got my card number that was the scary thing. I guess ill have to be more careful of who i deal with online. When i went on line to look up GPnethelp.com i immediately noticed some fraud alerts. Thanks to this site and the people on it i learned a good lesson.

I got the same charges on my account. Not sure how these people got my information. I called 1-88-205-2644 and they agreed to credit my acount in 5-7 days! We should all file a formal complaint against this company. The woman advised me a that they are just a third party biller and would not give me the information for the company that provided them with my banking info.

I too was victimized this week, by this sick company "GPnethelp.com"
It's a mystery to me how they got my info, nonetheless i have canceled my visa card, and am in the process of disputing these chargeds.

My daughter received a call from her credit card company asking about a few charges. She agreed to one charge, yet she disputed the charges for the GPNET.COM. She called me frantic. I didn't get her card statement until yesterday. Sure enough, like everyone else here, she was charged $9.97 and & $34.95. I went to the web site and got this phone number. 1-888-824-3640.
I called them at 11:00 CST and didn't have to wait on hold at all. I talked to a woman named Ann and she assured me that the charges would be reimbursed. I told her that the card has been canceled, but I would be checking with the card company in a few days to see if the charges were reimbursed.
I do agree with Mel...these people have to be stopped. Many people never look at their statements, they just pay the bill. I don't know if my daughters card has had this charge before.
I do hope these people, who ever they are, get stopped and soon.

I WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR A DATING SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN HAPPILY MARRIED FOR 43 YEARS NOW. I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS TO BE REMOVED AND MY CREDIT CARD CREDITED NOW.

In checking my credit card statement, I noticed several odd charges, most followed by a credit. However 1 charge, that was on gong for the past 3 months hit me for $9.99 + an additional charge for $34.95. When I called the 888 # listed by the charge, I was told that I signed-up for an on-line dating service, and being billed for the sign-up and monthly billing fee, Since I've been married for 26 years, not the case. They offered to cancel the account and credit me for the 3 months of charges. When I asked for a physical location, i was just given a fax# and an e-mail so that appropriate law enforcement could deliver an inquiry. The account rep was nonplused, and read the info from a script. This is a total scam, and sending information concerning this breach to the CA and FL Attorney General(s) for prosecution.
