Home Builder, RW Hertel & Sons of san Luis Obispo, CA built our home in the rancho Obispo Development today I learned most the homes have massive defects with Leaks, and TOXIC MOLD, my neighbor at 1720 Singletree Ct has Smith & Sons MOLD people at her home all day I asked what for and the pace Suit guys said the Homes are FULL OF TOXIC MOLD the builder concealed it from us renters and that the State has told the builder to re-do all 53 roofs since the entire development if DEFECTIVE and has MOLD.

We have been cheated and lied too by RW Hertel & Sons.

Pasadena, CA LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT # 07-C-00673 Hertel failed to pay as owed and lost the case a Judgment is against them for the fraud. More are coming so the facts are real clear Hertel and Sons are a scam and con company.

The CSLB has the information is awaiting to pull there license not yet over 145 others have been cheated so justice is coming Ron and Robert so sweet it is.

Same old story builder rips off banks, investors, and buyers now according to Larry Ward of HOB, Hertel and Fowler have gotten there monies moved to new accounts and other banks all in a crude attempt to conceal the money fraud they are now facing in Federal Court. The only loans the Bank has that are not performing or being paid back are all by Herel and Fowler and Atatscdero Ventures, LLC et al so now we know who the con men are Robert JS Fowler and his boyfriend ron W. Hertel, maybe they can share a 5x5 cell together.

Thank you Mark Garden for your information on Hertel and his Planes being seized, ACI has confirmed Hertel failed to pay his bills as usual and the planes were in fact taken. Too bad the banks can not take back the loans they gave him which are now in default. he cheated many people but the Good News is he and partner signed several applications for loan under federal perjury laws. So the justice system is watching very close to see his next scam.

It is listed on the www.cslb.ca.gov site under his license 683494 since he failed to pay Court ordered judgments his license is going to be revoked as well. He is hiding his cash but they know were it is.

Has anyone got information on these con men involved with SLO-VERDOT, LLC or VERDOT Group, L.P. run by Robert Fowler and Ron Hertel of the RW Hertel 7 Sons, Inc. I have been notified they are going out of business and have Fraudulently defaulted on many loans and concealed moines into the above companies please provide if you have information or email me. According to the State Investigators there contractors license is being revoked for fraud and unpaid Court Judgments and they have defaulted on so many loans it is unreal. Indeed this builder RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. and his multiple bogus LLC's and LP's are just smoke and mirrors to a big fraud, according to the CSLB there license is going to be revoked and they are still under investigation by the board more formal complaints have been filed against them for defective and leaking homes. There offices have closed and are down to just a hand full of unexperienced employee's who know Nothing about construction. The CSLB has several more complaints against them and are awaiting a hearing to finally revoke the license. Per several other victims some special investigators have been obtaining key statements under oath to indict Ron Hertel and his Lover man Robert JS Fowler.

When will this builder ever, ever learn it does NOT pay to Lie, Cheat or be Dishonest, now i see in the Modesto Bee written by my friend Tim Moran that again RW Hertel and Bob Fowler have been cited and are being fined $250, 000.00 for as i quoted " Water Torture Continues" at Hertel's Homes in Diablo Grande Legends in Patterson, CA

Once again they have polluted the water and did NOT tell anyone now Cancer is a Risk to all who drink the water, Hertel and Fowler will never learn. I am told they are in default in the millions of dollars in loans and are trying to off load Verdot Group, LP dba 5 Mile Bridge winery I wonder what water they used in the process.

Wow, this builder has screwed us as well, he has been sued all over the state, in Stanislaus Superior Court he was found guilty of fraud and theft case CV-383845 so we are not surprised he is going under and thanks he can hide assets all while cheating bankers, investors, homeowners etc.. we are on to his scams.

Hello where is the missing builder Hertel ? There email is gone the web site removed the phones and fax numbers disconnected they are NO where to be found last week one of there soon to be x employee's said all have been closed or laid off, They the owners Ron Hertel and Bob Fowler are hiding some where ?

They are in default on millions in fraudulent loans, do pay for services rendered have bounced checks all over the town. The Modest Bee just this week is reporting they have been cited for causing environmental damage to there now closed and bankrupt project in Patterson, Ca Diablo Grande Legends, LLC got there fancy airplane confiscated and now seem to be hiding ? I was told by the DA's Office it appears they are in some trouble with many banks and homeowners for defective homes and the Contractors State License Board has issued a Notice of pending revocation of there license for FAILURE TO PAY FINAL CIVIL JUDGMENTS.

But that still does NOT answer why my New Hertel home is falling apart ? and no one can be found in the company to fix it ? Regina Cera says all the homes are falling apart that is why they are going out of business.
