I was guaranteed access to their site, and sent a cd. I was never able to access their site, and continue to get charged.

They have not stopped harassing us in the past week. I signed up online without a definite decision to do it or not. They called me and lectured me for about 15 minutes. She said that all I would need to pay is $3.80 for the shipping on how to get grants for school and a nonprofit organization. She didn't really care what we needed the funds for. I told her that I did not make payments over the phone and that she could send me an email. That did not work. She interrupted me claiming that the call is being recorded and is very secure- bull crap! I have worked at a call center and I know that it is not a good rebuttal. So, I had to firmly tell her that I am not comfortable about paying on the phone. Her persuasion failed. I finally told her the last time and hung up. Since then, they have harassed us by calling us about 30 times past three days at very inconvenient times. My husband and myself have told them to put us on the "do not call list" and to stop harassing us. He finally told one lady that he was going to report them and the lady said she was just doing a followup call. He told them that we were not interested again and she said "fine" and hung up. I know from experience that is a customer service representative hangs up on a customer in a valid company, they could lose their job. Since then they have not called back. I am so thankful that I thought about it first and they did not recieve our Credit card info. We reported them. This company has to be fraud.

Little to late.
I was helping my daughter to find loans. We found this site. They took out the 3dollars and some change. We never received the cd so I called the number they gave me, unlike other people my call was answered by easy health center. Now i say sorry I thought i was calling grant consultant and they say this is grant consultant. Big flag and I m really worrying. i stated we never received the cd and they said it woulds be sent out right away. They did give us a web site which also opened with easy health center. We could see no useful info here, but evidently by signing in the web site meant she became a member and like the rest of you 49.95 dollars was taken out. Now I called our bank and she gave me a number to call and see if they would return the money the # is 866-614-2701. I called that number they still answered with easy health center then switched to grant consultant, I expressed my views and told them I never authorized more money to be withdrawn. They told me they would refund the 49.95 and close the membership. This just happened today they said the money should be returned in 3-5 business days. we shall see. If the money is not returned the bank will do what they do and get money back and we will have to close that account/debit card and get a new one. I hope we have good news within the week. I hope this information will help someone else, seems they are at least answering the numbers we received. Guess we have to live and learn stick with the Government sites, If it sounds to good it probably is. God Bless and good luck.

I to have been duped into aggreeing to grantconsultant.com. I signed up and they said that I would recieve the package in 7 days. I waited the 7 days and never recieved anything. I recieved a call on the 8th day from them saying that they couldn't charge my credit card the $4 + for the shipping. I told them "Let's just forget the whole thing. I don't want your service" and hung up. After that I got 3 more calls asking for permission to access my credit card. I kept telling them "NO!!" On the 4th call I finally relented to get them to stop calling me. The said ok and if you want to cancle call 1-888-868-0848. A few days after that I got an email, I think it was from them and I said to cancle my account.

I have check today to see if my account was still active and cannot find my email in their data base. I will check my credit card statement when I get it to verify that nothing has been taken out. (Fingers Crossed). But for those of you that are in that trial period or have just been charged once, here is the website to cancle with Grantconsutant.com:

I sent money in to receive this cd, and still does not help me. I am Disabled and i think this is terrible when you do this to some one. I want a refundand cancle this.

I had got my CD for 1.99. They said I had 30 days free trail then they would charge me 39.95. They did not wait 30 days before they took their 39.95. And then I can not get on the website at all. They also sent me another CD and charged me for it all over again. So they took their monry and ran. I am a fill time student and I can not afford this to happen to me. All I was trying to do is get some money to pay for my schooling.

I called them and told them to take me off the do not call list or I will take legal actions.. we will see... If every one will call maybe they will get the picture
