I responded to an e-mail regarding free ringtones then I got a text message telling me I got a subscription to jokes for $6.99 a month which I never asked for.

This is FRAUD. Instead of a free ringtone I get stupid jokes that I didn't order and no ringtone and this company
has the gall to charge $9.99 to my cell phone bill. This is COMPLETELY UNAUTHORIZED. This is THEFT!!!
I have tried to e-mail but it is returned and undeliverable mail. I have tried texting the STOP with no success
My next call will be to the FCC and FTC to file a complaint. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE CHARGES
AND STUPID JOKES TO STOP NOW!!!

i was charged for services i DID NOT ASK FOR THE AMOUNT OF 19.98 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT TWICE CENTIENAL COULD NOT DO ANYTHING THEY SAID BUT SAID TO TEXT STOP TO THIS TEXT #'S 71769 & 65465 AND I GOT A RESPONCE BACK RIGHT AWAY BUT SO NOT THE POINT WHY I'M I FORCED PAY PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT OR GET ANYTHING FOR IF I HAVE TO PAY THAN I WANT SOMETHING FROM IT...
