Justin, the instructions are horrible. They dont even agree within the same page AND even less w/ the website;
My scab didnt fall off only when I applied little spray, but then again when I applied it "like the instructions", that is, a quick 2 sprays-wait 2-3sec- 1x spray- wait 2-3sec and 1x spray; it left that wonderful red, now brown, SCAR
Its been like...5months or so I beleive (kinda gave up to keep timeline as the scars are still here even after several months and theres no sign of fading more now);
the scarring is still well visible, not to mention they're worse then moles in appearance
(no one ever asked me what my moles where, but everyone do ask 'whats that' upon seeing the scar)
If only local dermatologists removed the tiny moles :(
I need to clarify...we do not deliver the kits..the US Post Office does. We ship all kits within two days of receiving the order. I am sorry that in some cases it takes a couple of week to get your kits but there are added inspections due to the terrorist threats. We have no control over the delays.
Also, when we run out of our skin tag formula we substitute our regular formula. There is no difference between our skin tag formula and our regular formula when treating skin tags. But there is a difference when treating any other blemish.
I want to thank everyone for their favorable comments!
We have all our customers test our product on their hips first to determine if they have a rare skin type that turns dark after freeze therapy and stays dark. This happens to about 2% of our customers. If your treatment is still dark after 5 months then you have this skin type. You should have healed by now. Please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com and I will send you a refund and tell you how to remove the dark area.
Ok so I know I dont have this skin condition. So Im not really sure what to do my skin gets red and pretty sore to be honest with this stuff. then it kinda just goes back...am I just not doing it for long enough?
Charlene, You just said "please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com and I will send you a refund and tell you how to remove the dark area." Could you just tell us here on this bored how to remove the dark area. It seems that many of us have this 'rare' condition where the area remains dark many months afterward. If I never had this pigmentation I would be well on my way to having perfect skin by now. PLEASE PLEASE tell me what to do about the dark area.
Better yet, can anyone tell me what I should be looking for to see if this is working or if I've applied it properly? How long should I wait to see if it falls off before reapplication?
It is normal for your skin to be red and darker than the surrounding skin. You have frozen the blemished cells and now your body will cast them off and replace them with new cells. This healing process varies with skin type, age, immune system, etc.
Davii,
Please answer my question. It will not effect your refund. I need to know if you tested our product as the instruction tell you. If you test first and it turns our you have the rare skin type then we only have to deal with one small spot. Many people just take longer to heal than others and do not have this rare skin type.
You say you know how to remove the dark areas if they're still around after 5 months. PLEASE let me know how I can do this my life depends on it.
Justin yes the moles are gone, the product does work. If your mole is blistered or scabbed then you can count on it being gone within a week. The burning question is if my skin tone will ever be even. So Charlene please tell me about how to achieve that with whatever it is that you know. If I do then I will gladly vouch for this product. Plus considering all the stuff I want to erase my skin I can see myself going through a number of bottles of blemish free but I will not buy another unless I know it has worked and my skin tone is even, it's fading but I have a worry about permanent pigmentation.
A few of our customers have skin types that take longer to heal than others. And 2% have a rare skin type that turns dark after treatment and stays dark. We need to determine which is your case.
We have all our customers test our product on their hips first to make sure they don't have the rare skin type. If they do we refund their money and they never treat their faces. Dermatologist face exactly the same problem. You just don't know a persons skin type.
Please tell me...did you test our product on your hip first?
Missdrd23 has posted her opinion about our web site and product. Please note this is only her opinon, she has never tried our product. You have to wonder why anyone would take the time to post a negative comment about a product and web site when they have never actually used the product? This is supposed to be a complaint board and not a place to post malicious opinions.
I have tested the product on my arm and I think I might have the 'rare skin type'. So, is there anything I can do about it, you stated that there was in a previous post. I would like to know how to treat the dark area please. What are my options I need the dark spots to go away ASAP. Thanx.
As explained in the email, yes I did test the product on my hip as suggested on the enclosed leaflet;
However, spraying once as a test is not as strong as the usual 'dosage' of spray to remove a mole.
The test on hip did fade away, whilst the final spray on the bicep did not blend/fade.
To say everything, the mole DID peel off and there's sort of a dot in its place; so this product does remove moles, however the final result is not aesthetically pleasing as already described earlier, due to the darker patches where sprayed.
You are from Malta. People from that area are know to have the rare skin type. Only 2% of all our customers have this problem. This is why we have everyone test our product on their hips first. If they do have the rare skin type then they only have to deal with on small spot which can be removed.
Hi everyone, i am starting to have alot more freckles lately due to summer hot days.I've been checking out this product for some time now, but scared of the outcome when put on face.I was wondering, how does it work with the face when there is so much freckles, is it a must to spray small part at a time? And also, does the pigmentation/freckles come back when removed and healed? Please, anyone who have actually removed freckles please let me know and give me more basic info of how to use it.Demonstration would be very helpful! Many thanks
Sam I recall there was a user who managed to remove freckles; I suggest you quick read through previous post to know the approach and have a better idea
(i remember in the instructions they suggest to spray the whole w/out the tube if there is a large area, but most likely on shoulders not on the face...)
I'm of Ukrainian/Irish background and I am from West Vancouver, British Columbia. You've been saying that the dark spots can be removed but have yet to say how. I hope you do tell us how. Thank You.
Im not gonna jump the gun here, and it has taken longer than I was told, but one of the ones on my leg seems to be peeling off now and redness is going away. Here's hoping ill let everyone know whats going on when it totally comes off.
